Hector Bellerin looks set to unleash a shot from close range after making a clever run into the right-hand side of the Bournemouth box, but Charlie Daniels dives in and pokes the ball away from the Spaniard with a vital sliding tackle.

We're off! Bournemouth get us underway, attacking from right to left.
Good afternoon and welcome to our live text commentary of today’s Premier League game between Arsenal and Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.
This afternoon’s clash brings together two sides that have had to endure disappointing starts to the season, leaving them both desperate for a victory. For Arsenal, back-to-back defeats against Stoke City and, most damagingly, Liverpool have left them languishing at the wrong end of the table, already six points behind Manchester United and with Arsene Wenger facing renewed scrutiny.
Just three months after signing a new two-year contract, some Arsenal fans are already calling for the Frenchman to go, making a win here today absolutely imperative if they’re to get their stuttering season back on track. Another defeat would mark three consecutive Premier League losses for the first time since January 2012 and wouldn’t set them up at all well for next weekend’s huge clash away to Chelsea.
As for Bournemouth, they are yet to pick up a single point from any of their opening three games, although they were cruelly denied by Manchester City in the most dramatic of circumstances just before the international break. They looked set to earn themselves a much-needed draw at the Vitality Stadium, but Raheem Sterling popped up in the 97th minute to break their hearts with a late winner.
Under normal circumstances, today’s clash would be one that Eddie Howe wouldn’t be expecting much from, but Bournemouth are facing Arsenal at arguably the best possible time. With the north London side lacking creativity up front and looking particularly leaky at the back, this could prove to be a good opportunity for the Cherries to finally get some points on the board.
There’s just under 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this afternoon…
Arsenal XI (3-4-2-1): Cech; Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal; Bellerin, Ramsey, Xhaka, Kolasinac; Ozil, Welbeck; Lacazette.
Arsenal substitutes: Opsina, Mertesacker, Coquelin, Iwobi, Walcott, Sanchez, Giroud.
Arsene Wenger has decided to make three changes to the Arsenal side that started the 4-0 defeat away to Liverpool, with Shkodran Mustafi, Sead Kolasinac and Alexandre Lacazette coming into the starting line-up to replace Rob Holding, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Alexis Sanchez, respectively.
Meanwhile, Bournemouth boss Eddie Howe has made just one alteration to the team that featured in their last outing, with Andrew Surman making way for Ryan Fraser.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: ARSENAL 2-0 BOURNEMOUTH
So far, so good for Arsenal, who are on course to pick up their second win of the season thanks to what is proving to be an easy game. Bournemouth have been all over the place of the back, allowing the home side to comfortably run rings around them. The Gunners could be at least four goals up by now, but the visitors have some how managed to hold on to give themselves a tiny bit of hope heading into the second half.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half.
FULL-TIME: ARSENAL 3-0 BOURNEMOUTH
After suffering back-to-back defeats, this afternoon's victory is exactly what Arsenal needed. They did well to come away with what was a comfortable win, but their task was made easier by another disappointing performance from Bournemouth. The visitors looked all over the place at the back and only improved after Howe stuck an extra man in midfield midway through the second half, but by that point the game was as good as over.
