All West Ham right now as they desperately search for a winner that would see them pull out of the bottom three, at least for the night. They're really going for it here, as Diafra Sakho is brought on for the final two minutes, replacing Masuaku.
90' +2
I. Slimani enters the game and replaces D. Gray.
A second Leicester substitution sees Islam Slimani replace Gray.
90' +1
INCHES AWAY! Pinball in the area as the ball somehow stays alive, headed around following a corner, and Ayew meets it with an overhead kick, but his effort skims the top of the bar on its way behind!
90'
As a result of the wealth of injury stoppages, there will be six minutes added on at the end of this match - plenty of time for some late drama.
88'
Horribly disappointing for the Hammers as Masuaku has the ball break kindly for him in an advanced position on the left, a chance that's crying out for a cross to be whipped in, but a heavy touch sends the ball behind for a goal-kick, despite there being no pressure on him!
86'
The pace has picked up as the teams go back and forth now, though that decisive ball has eluded both sides. Leicester are looking more threatening than the Hammers right now, but they haven't been able to test Hart. There may just be one more chance in this match.
84'
STAT: West Ham United are winless in their last five Premier League meetings with Leicester City, drawing one and losing four since a 2-0 home win in December 2014.
83'
Leicester taking charge here as they push the tempo and generate a pair of chances. Vardy first to threaten, but a good piece of defensive play snuffs it out, before Albrighton's cross in poses trouble for the West Ham defence. They deal with it, but Carroll takes a boot to the face from a team-mate.
81'
Into the final 10 minutes now, and the match is screaming out for a bit of attacking quality. There's been precious little to speak of from either side in attack, but there remains time for one of these sides to snatch the opportunity that sits in front of them here.
Minute
Description
79'
D. Gray gets yellow.
A. Ayew gets yellow.
Gray picks up the other, for Leicester.
A pair of bookings in quick succession here, the first shown to West Ham's Andre Ayew who put in a cynical challenge to stop a counter, perhaps a bit of frustration stemming from the decision that went against him.
78'
NO CALL! Big decision here from Martin Atkinson who looks away immediately after Ayew was tripped up, or at least appeared to be, by Maguire just inside the penalty area. It's big decision, but he made it with conviction, not flinching for a second. This one might be worth a replay - it looked close.
76'
Another stoppage here, but this one is cause for real concern as Morgan and Kouyate collide hard in the Hammers penalty area. The West Ham midfielder got the brunt of that, with Reid worryingly hurrying the training staff out to the aid of his team-mate. Hopefully he's okay.
74'
STAT: Leicester City are yet to win a Premier League game on a Friday (W0 D1 L3), though their four previous matches have seen both sides score each time, producing a total of 15 goals (3.8 per game).
72'
West Ham back in the attacking third now as they look to pick up where they left off, but their momentum comes to a disappointing hault as Zabaleta fumbles the ball on a throw-in, and that foul throw will hand possession back to Leicester - but then play crashes to another halt with Gray down and in need of attention. Sheesh.
70'
B. Chilwell enters the game and replaces R. Mahrez.
Leicester's first change sees Mahrez give way for Ben Chilwell.
69'
A. Ayew enters the game and replaces M. Arnautović.
Andre Ayew comes on to replace Arnautovic for the final 20 minutes.
68'
The wealth of stoppages have derailed the energy levels inside the London Stadium, as everything sort of fizzles out for a moment. Reid walks off the pitch under his own power, but looks alright to get back on here, which is a welcome sign for Moyes and company.
66'
This match hasn't been able to get into any sort of rhythm, as we have yet another stoppage here with Reid down in need of attention. The injuries are starting to pile up here, just as West Ham were taking control and building a head of steam.
64'
STAT: David Moyes has failed to win any of his 10 home Premier League games in 2017 (W0 D4 L6); the record for most home games without winning in a calendar year is held by Mick McCarthy, who failed to win in 11 games in 2005 (W0 D3 L8).
62'
Arnautovic with a clear limp in his step as he hops off the pitch. There is a change forthcoming here, but with the substitute not yet ready, West Ham will have to play a man down for the moment. Arnautovic is pitching his ability to play on here, but even if he is allowed to come on for a minute or two, his fitness will be a doubt.
60'
Trouble here for West Ham as Arnautovic is left bruised and battered on the ground. He's in obvious pain, pointing to his right knee as the training staff comes out to attend to him. This would be a big loss, considering how well he has played tonight. Andre Ayew is being readied in the meantime.
58'
The energy level inside the stadium has not quite been matched by the intensity levels on the pitch just yet. Approaching the hour mark, and while it remains wonderfully poised, neither side has taken the opportunity to grab this match by the horns.
56'
Play comes to a halt with Simpson down injured, favouring his right shoulder. Meanwhile, these West Ham supporters take the stoppage as an invitation to ramp up the volume inside the London Stadium. They sense opportunity here to nab just their first Premier League victory since the start of October.
54'
Both sides will benefit from the extra day of turnaround time ahead of the looming midweek fixtures following the weekend. David Moyes and West Ham face his former club Everton as they make the trip to Merseyside, while Leicester welcome Spurs to town on Tuesday night.
52'
STAT: No side has conceded more Premier League goals from corners this season than Leicester (6, level with Watford).
50'
A good response here from the Hammers as Arnautovic takes matters into his own hands before winning a corner. Cresswell's delivery bounces around in the area as Leicester struggle to clear their lines, before Albrighton eventually dispossesses Masuaku to see the ball to safety.
48'
Leicester start the second half on the front foot as Mahrez drives forward and wins a free-kick, only to waste the subsequent delivery as the chance goes begging. West Ham simply cannot afford to concede the next goal.
46'
Back underway in east London!
45' +1
HALF-TIME: WEST HAM 1-1 LEICESTER CITY.
45'
C. Kouyaté has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by M. Lanzini.
A Lanzini delivery finally amounts to something as he picks up the assist here.
RELIEF IN EAST LONDON! It was scrappy, but that means nothing in terms of the importance as Kouyate meets a corner and guides a header at goal, and it bounces off Simpson's shoulder and into the back of the net! Timing is everything, and that means the world to West Ham.
43'
GOOD EFFORT! A warning sign issued their by Jamie Vardy and Leicester City, as the striker does well to open up a pocket of space for himself, before bending an effort agonisingly wide of the far post! Not far away at all, and boy would that have sunk the Hammers.
41'
STAT: Moyes has never lost a home Premier League game against Leicester (W2 D1). In the three previous seasons he’s faced them in the top-flight, either Leicester have been relegated (2001-02, 2003-04) or Moyes himself has faced the drop (Sunderland, 2016-17).
39'
Well it's safe to say West Ham have done enough to get themselves back into this game, at least in terms of possession and momentum, but they haven't done enough to restore parity on the scoreboard. Another tidy delivery is sent in here, this from Arnautovic, but Simpson does superbly to head behind.
37'
Good, patient building from West Ham as Cresswell sends an early cross in from the flank, and it's a great one. He places it right into the path of Kouyate, but the midfielder scuffs his header off his shoulder and harmlessly behind for a goal-kick.
35'
Leicester back in their comfortable spell in possession now, with their lead not looking under much, if any, threat. There's a good width to the Foxes on the ball, something that has been lacking from West Ham's game - at least in the final third.
33'
The set-piece tally is rising quickly for West Ham. They have not been able to break through, but they have been afforded a plethora of chances from free-kicks. Lanzini's deliveries have lacked any sort of consistency, however, as Leicester have been able to deal with each and every one of them without much fuss.
31'
STAT: Having won their previous two home Premier League matches on a Friday, West Ham United lost their last such match 0-3 against Brighton last month.
29'
Encouraging break for Leicester as Mahrez surges forward on the counter, takes on the defence and firing a shot at goal, but it's nothing to trouble Hart. And now he's picked up a knock after being caught on the follow-through, as play comes to a halt.
28'
West Ham are looking brighter as we approach the half-hour mark here, very much in the ascendency for the time being. Leicester's defensive structure has been sound, however, making it difficult on the Hammers to break them down.
26'
Dangerous delivery! Bent in well by Lanzini, it just escapes the head of Reid, but Arnautovic is attacking at the far post. Schmeichel does very well to stick with it, however, diving out to parry before the former Stoke winger can get a touch.
25'
A glimmer of hope for West Ham to try and generate a bit of momentum as Ndidi concedes a free-kick in a dangerous area, just to the left of goal and about 30 yards out. It's too far out for a shot, likely, but they have the big bodies forward from the back to try and attack the cross.
23'
Decent penalty shout! More than decent, in fact, as Masuaku makes no attempt to get to the ball as he takes out Albrighton in the penalty area, but the referee says play on. Play continues and Leicester are in again, but some excellent tracking back from Arnautovic denies Vardy a chance.
21'
STAT: West Ham United have lost their last two Premier League games at the London Stadium: 0-3 v Brighton and 1-4 v Liverpool. They haven’t lost three successive league games there before and their last run of three successive home defeats in league competition came back in August 2015 at the Boleyn Ground.
19'
Finally a sign of life from the Hammers as Kouyate makes a break from midfield and is picked out by Lanzini. The Argentine takes a return pass and looks to cross, but his delivery lacks any sort of quality as it sails safely into the waiting arms of Schmeichel.
17'
Leicester have been allowed to run the game the way they please. They're dictating the tempo and are not facing any West Ham pressure when in possession, which has made life incredibly easy on them as they work the ball around at will.
15'
So far West Ham have shown little fight back, struggling to get their creative types involved in the attacking third. Carroll has been starved, and the likes of Lanzini and Arnautovic have been isolated. They need to pick up the intensity.
13'
West Ham's mental resilience will be tested here. How will they respond to falling behind yet again? They have had a tendency to crumble when allowing the first goal this season, and they cannot afford to have that happen again tonight.
11'
STAT: This is West Ham United’s second-worst points tally (9) after 12 games of a Premier League season, just ahead of 2010-11 when they won eight points at this stage and finished bottom.
9'
Well you could just imagine the scene should Leicester have scored first, and that imagination has become reality now! Panic has set in across the London Stadium as the Hammers trail again, and have another hole to dig out of or they risk being stuck in the relegation zone for yet another week - at least.
8'
M. Albrighton has scored a goal for Leicester City!
DISASTER FOR WEST HAM! It's a nightmare start for the Hammers! Vardy is allowed to walk through down the left and his pull-back is deflected kindly into the path of Albrighton, who finishes excellently into the bottom corner with a first-time finish!
5'
Cagey start here, with very little to speak of in terms of attacking play. It's awfully congested at the moment with the ball being contained predominantly in midfield.
3'
A predictably tense atmosphere at the London Stadium as these West Ham supporters recognise the magnitude of the match in front of them. These are some desperate times for the Hammers, and they need to start stringing some victories together.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Leicester in blue as they get the match underway, attacking right to left, with West Ham in claret and blue.
Hello and welcome to the London Stadium for some Friday night football in the Premier League as West Ham host Leicester City!
It’s been a dramatic fall for these two clubs, who finished first (Leicester) and seventh (West Ham) in the Premier League in 2015/16, and less than two years later find themselves in the thick of the relegation scrap.
Both clubs have undergone managerial changes this season as well, the Hammers appointing David Moyes, who takes charge of his second game tonight, and Leicester hiring Claude Puel, the Frenchman managing his fourth Premier League match for the Foxes.
David Moyes’ West Ham debut also marked his 500th match as a Premier League manager, but a day that should have called for celebrations ended in more misery for the east London club as they fell in Watford, leaving them entrenched in the bottom-three. Tonight’s match is close to a must-win.
Leicester have pulled away a bit from the relegation zone, four-points up thanks to a win and a draw in three matches under Puel. They fell 2-0 to seemingly unbeatable Manchester City last weekend and will look to get back on track against the reeling Hammers tonight.
WEST HAM (4-2-3-1): Hart; Zabaleta, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Obiang, Kouyate; Arnautovic, Lanzini, Masuaku; Carroll.
David Moyes makes one change to his side from the defeat at Vicarage on Sunday, and it's a positive one as Arthur Masuaku is brought on to join the attack, replacing Mark Noble.
No amendments to the Leicester side from the defeat to leaders Manchester City, as Claude Puel names an unchanged side.
Cheikhou Kouyate's late equaliser cancels out Marc Albrighton's early opener, as we head into the break at the London Stadium with nothing to separate the two sides. That goal has done wonders to boost the energy levels inside the ground, and it's set up what should be an exciting second half. Stay tuned!
West Ham will feel like this was an opportunity for three points missed after controlling much of the second half, but the way things have been going they will settle for the point, a first under new manager David Moyes, as Cheikhou Kouyate's equaliser cancelled out Marc Albrighton's opener.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
