Arnautovic breaks down the left, drills a low cross across the area which misses Hernandez, but Carroll is there at the far post to put the ball into the back of the net.
GOOOAAALLL WEST HAM! That goal has surely won it for the Hammers here! It’s that man Andy Carroll once again, he was in acres of space at the far post, completely unmarked as a low cross came into the box from Arnautović. The striker had all the goal to aim at and he made no mistakes from just a couple of yards out. The London Stadium are overjoyed here!

HUGE CHANCE! Burke with a fantastic opportunity late on to secure all three points for West Brom. G. Barry enters the game and replaces C. Yacob.
CLOSE! Dawson find space down the right-wing, he whips a cross into the box which is deflected off Arnautovic, it looks to be heading over the crossbar but at the last moment it dips dangerously close to the West Ham goal, and Adrian is forced to make extra sure and he tips it over.
West Brom make their third and final change of the evening, with Claudio Yacob being replaced by Gareth Barry.
81'
The game is started to become stretched as both teams try to score the winning goal, with the pace certainly being upped in the last few minutes. However, there is a lack of quality in the final third of the pitch, both sides lacking a clinical touch inside the penalty area.
78'

WEST BROM CHANCE! Rondon plays a good ball in-behind, with Burke sprint onto he and skips past Ogbonna and he runs through on goal, it looks like he only has Adrian to beat, but the Hammers defender does brilliantly to get back and block his shot at goal with a slide tackle.

GOOD SAVE! Foster pulls off a fine stop to deny Arnautovic from close range. It was great link-up play by the Hammers on the edge of the box, with Arnautovic being fed deep in the box and he tried to chip the ball over Foster, but the keeper was quick off his line and made the stop.

GOOOAAALLL WEST HAM EQUALISE! Carroll with a towering header to make it 1-1 at the London Stadium. Aaron Cresswell with a fantastic cross into the box from the left-wing, Carroll then rose above Evans and powered his header into the bottom corner of the net, with Foster standing no chance of saving that.
56'
Rondon and Livermore exchange quick passes in the Hammers final third, the midfielder is then taken down by Masuaku and he gives away a poor free-kick. However the set piece isn't the best by Rodriguez and the hosts clear the danger.
55'
The Hammers have taken their foot off the throttle in the last few minutes, they aren't putting the visitors under as much pressure. The Baggies did well to withstand the opening 10 minutes of the second half without conceding.
53'
STAT: West Brom haven't kept a clean sheet in both league games against West Ham in a season since 1976-77.
51'
Alan Pardew doesn't look very pleased with how is side have started this second half, they need to start closing down the Hammers midfield quicker and press higher up the pitch, as they are in danger of letting all their hard work in the first-half going to waste here.
49'
This is a good start by the Hammers, they are dominating possession and looking to press forward and open up this West Brom defence. The Baggies are penned inside their own half and struggling to get a touch on the ball, with Rondon and Rodriguez looking isolated at the moment.
47'
WHAT A CHANCE! Carroll cannot believe he hasn't scored to make it level here! Arnautovic whipped a great ball into the box, just in front of Foster, but behind the defence, causing all sorts of problems. Carroll ran onto it, got a good touch onto the ball but his effort flew over the crossbar. A difficult chance there, but not too far away.

42'
Good pressure by West Ham here in the dying minutes of the first-half, they are camped inside the West Brom half at the moment and whipping plenty of balls into the penalty area.
40'
There isn't long left on the clock here before the half-time whistle, can the Hammers pull one back before the break? Or, will the Baggies extend their lead at the London Stadium.
38'
CHANCE WEST HAM! By far the best chance of the game for the Hammers. Foster was really tested by a low shot at goal from Lanzini, it fell perfectly to the Hammers man after the visitors failed to deal with a long ball. He took the ball down and then fired a low shot which looked to be heading into the bottom corner, but Foster got down sharply to pull off a superb save. The hosts then fail to react quickly to the rebound and the Baggies can clear.
37'
The Baggies win a corner, thanks to McClean. The Baggies players pile forward in their numbers. The ball into the box is a good one, right into the heart of the box but none of the West Brom read the flight of the ball and it goes straight out for a goal-kick.
34'
STAT: West Brom have won just one of their last 19 Premier League away games, drawing seven and losing 11, plus they are winless in the last nine games.
32'
West Brom look full of confidence now, they are dominating possession and are camped inside the West Ham half and look dangerous in attack as they look for a second goal here. Once again it is McClean causing the majority of the problems down that left-wing, outpacing Zabaleta.
30'
J. McClean has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion! Assist by S. Rondón.
The initial lay off came from Rondón just inside the West Ham half, with McClean then driving at the Hammers defence, causing defenders to sprint back towards their own goal, before scoring with a good finish.
GOOOAAALLL! WEST BROM! The Baggies get a slice of luck, but they won’t mind one bit! It was a terrific drive forward by McClean, he cut inside from the left-wing, skipped past a couple of Hammers defence before curling a left-footed shot towards goal. It takes a big looping deflection as it is struck off Pedro Obiang, this takes it out of the reach of Adrian and into the top-left corner of the net.
28'
Both teams have been quite sloppy in possession tonight, giving the ball away far to easily and cheaply, which is breaking down attacks and taking the momentum away. The pace of the game really needs to be stepped up and the quality of passes increased, if either side is to break the deadlock here before the break.
25'
The West Brom defence are doing a good job of keeping Carroll quiet at the moment, the striker hasn't won everything in the air as is often being very well-marked so it is difficult to get the ball close to him.
23'
STAT: The Hammers 18 points from 20 Premier League games is their worst tally at this stage of a top-flight season since 2013-14, when they had 15 points. Since David Moyes has come in, their results have improved but victories at home need to start coming on a regular basis, they have won just one of their last six Premier League games at the London Stadium.
21'
GOOD SAVE! West Ham force Foster into action for the first time in the game. Zabaleta gets in behind this time and floats a cross into the area, looking for Andy Carroll, who distracts the Baggies defenders, the ball eventually falls to Lanzini, whose fierce drive at goal was well stopped. West Brom then manage to quickly clear the rebound and ease the pressure on themselves.
19'
Excellent tracking back from McClean down the left-wing prevents Pablo Zabaleta from whipping a dangerous cross into the box, the winger followed him all the way to the byline and eased the pressure on. This put Zabaleta off and he sliced his cross behind the goal and out for a goal-kick.
16'
There are plenty of empty seats here at the London Stadium and the home supporters that have attended haven't had much to shout about so far this evening. Chances few and far between for both sides, but a victory for either team tonight would be a huge boost to their survival chances and move them out of the relegation zone.
14'
CHANCE! First opportunity of the game falls to Rondon. Craig Dawson fires the ball up front to Rondon, he spins Ogbonna, then he has time and space for a shot, so he tries to chip Adrian, who is quite far off his line but his ambitious effort nestles on the roof of the net. First chance of the game for either side.
11'
The Baggies are seeing more of the ball at the moment, but it is all in their own half and the middle of the pitch and West Ham are doing a good job of pressing high up the pitch, forcing the visitors to play it all the way back to Ben Foster who has to launch it up the pitch.
9'
STAT: The Baggies have scored just seven goals in their last 12 league games on the road, and never more than once in a match in this run.
6'
M. Lanzini gets yellow.
Manuel Lanzini is shown the first yellow card of the game for a late challenge on James McClean as he broke forward on the counter-attack. A poor tackle by the Hammers man and the referee has no choice but to show the card so early in the game.
4'
Both sides struggling to keep possession of the ball at the moment, with neither team being able to mount a sustained period. However, it is already clear that Salomón Rondón is influencing the Baggies play, he is much better at holding up the ball and linking up with teammates, along with being an aerial threat.

Head-to-head: West Ham are unbeaten in their last eight Premier League home games against West Brom, although six of those have ended in draws, including each of the last four.
