OFF THE LINE! West Brom trying everything to salvage something from the game and Charlie Daniels is the hero on the line to clear Robson-Kanu's header away.
90' +4
Both Ake and Livermore are back on the field and able to continue. It means we're likely to see further time added on at the end though.
90' +2
A break in play following a nasty clash of heads between Ake and Livermore, which leaves both players requiring treatment from the medical teams.
90' +1
FIVE minutes of added time at the Vitality Stadium.
90'
A huge goal for both sides, as it should seal Bournemouth's Premier League status for another year and adds more weight to West Brom's sinking ship.
89'
J. Stanislas has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth!
GOAL! Bournemouth have turned the game on it's head! Junior Stanislas makes Dawson pay for his foul as he steps up, curling a fantastic effort beyond the reach of Foster. Three points look to be staying on the South Coast!
87'
C. Dawson gets yellow.
Dawson dives in and picks up a yellow card, conceding a dangerous free-kick in the process.
86'
H. Robson-Kanu enters the game and replaces J. Rodríguez.
The match really does have a last game of the season feeling for West Brom. They know that only a win would be good enough to keep their hopes alive, especially with a woeful run of fixtures ahead of them.
Alan Pardew is rolling the dice and is showing his hand. Robson-Kanu comes on to replace goalscorer Jay Rodriguez. Can the substitute be a hero? He's scored just once in 18 games this season, so probably not.
84'
West Brom running out of time to retake the lead and potentially ignite their hopes of a great escape. The odds continue to be stacked against them though and the final nail in the coffin doesn't seem to be too far away for Alan Pardew's side.
82'
S. Field enters the game and replaces C. Brunt.
Second change of the game for West Brom, who replace Chris Brunt with 19-year-old Sam Field.
Minute
Description
81'
As I've said, a point for West Brom doesn't really do much for them and this is the sort of game they could look back upon with a lot of regret. Bournemouth were there for the taking today but the Baggies may have now missed their opportunity.
79'
That pretty much sums up West Brom's woes. A decent performance for them, looking tactically stable, but one mistake proves to be their undoing.
77'
J. Ibe has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by C. Daniels.
M. Phillips enters the game and replaces J. Evans.
West Brom's turn to make a change, their first of the game, as Evans is replaced by Phillips. It looks to be an injury for the Northern Irishman.
Daniels gets the assist, as Bournemouth extend their scoring run to 12 matches in a row.
GOAL! Bournemouth equalise out of nothing! Jordon Ibe runs straight at Phillips, who's just come on, and fires a tame shot from distance. It's an absolute nightmare for Ben Foster, who sees the ball bounce beyond him for what could be a huge goal in the relegation fight.
74'
OVER! Stanislas steps up to take the free-kick and it's a decent attempt, though it curls onto the roof of the net.
73'
J. Defoe enters the game and replaces C. Wilson.
Bournemouth's final change, as mentioned, is the introduction of Defoe. He takes the place of Wilson.
72'
Yacob concedes a free-kick in a very dangerous area for a foul on King, after Bournemouth pinched the ball of the West Brom defence. This could be costly.
70'
Bournemouth can't get anything going and Howe, unsurprisingly, is looking to make another change in the form of Defoe. The problem is they haven't got the ball to their forwards throughout the game, so changing the attacking contingent is unlikely to make too much of a difference.
68'
West Brom are more than happy to allow Bournemouth to keep the ball but Pardew's side continue to try and threaten on the counter. The visitors still have all three of their substitutes available, so expect defensive changes shortly.
66'
Bournemouth are earning a flurry of free-kicks but look short on ideas when they get into the attacking third. Both Wilson and King have been feeding on scraps this afternoon, with the midfield not casting themselves in the best of lights.
64'
A deep free-kick for Bournemouth is taken by Daniels, who swings the ball into the six-yard box. West Brom once again deal with the danger though and another Cherries' attack comes to nothing.
62'
It's been all Bournemouth since the Cherries fell behind but West Brom have responded by putting everyone bar Rondon behind the ball. The hosts have so far lacked the creativity to break down the Baggies' defensive line, so Howe may have to look towards the bench.
60'
Certainly feels like there is more goals in this, particularly as Bournemouth have scored in each of their last 11 Premier League matches. West Brom have their backs against the wall but still continue to look dangerous when they push forward.
58'
Bournemouth have responded well since falling behind but King and Wilson continue to be isolated in the attacking third. They need to buck their ideas up but Howe's options are limited given the two injuries his side have sustained this afternoon.
57'
L. Mousset enters the game and replaces A. Smith.
Bournemouth forced into a second change, as Smith kicks the ball out of play. He picked up an issue in the first half and can't continue, with the full-back replaced by Mousset.
54'
How crucial would this be for West Brom? They still have a lot of work to do but it gives them hope of pulling off what would be a sensational great escape. They're having to soak up the Bournemouth pressure at the moment though.
52'
King wins a corner on the near side for Bournemouth, which Ibe swings into the middle. It's headed away but only as far as Steve Cook, who lashes a shot over the bar.
49'
J. Rodríguez has scored a goal for West Bromwich Albion! Assist by S. Rondón.
GOAL! West Brom take the lead and it's been coming! Gibbs lofts a high cross over to the far post, where Rondon heads it back across goal to Rodriguez. He takes one touch, turns and smashes home.
Rondon was always going to be the winner in the air up against Ake and it's brilliant link-up play between the two forwards.
47'
Murmurs of discontent when Bournemouth lose possession sloppily, which is often. Howe needs a lot more from his side during this second period as they seek to end a run of four games without a win.
45' +1
THREE minutes added on at the end of the first half.
45'
SAVE! Stanislas tries to go for goal directly from the free-kick but it's easily collected by Foster.
KICK-OFF! Back underway on the South Coast, where Bournemouth get us started and now attack to the right.
44'
Another decent charge for West Brom but Rondon can't beat Cook one-on-one. Bournemouth then break on the counter, winning a free-kick in a decent area as Evans fouls Stanislas.
42'
Bournemouth can certainly count themselves lucky to be level though, as Ake's challenge on Rondon looks more like a penalty on every viewing. The Dutch defender didn't seem to get any contact on the ball, though the positioning of the officials makes it difficult for them to judge the incident properly.
40'
A decent spell in the game for Bournemouth but they're also struggling to create decent opportunities in the attacking third. More creativity is needed from their midfielders if they're to push ahead.
38'
The game is certainly there for West Brom to take and their attacking pairing have proven to be difficult for Bournemouth to handle. Rondon and Rodriguez have been heavily involved but haven't had a decent opportunity to try for goal.
36'
Smith, fortunately, is back on the field. Bournemouth really need to control themselves now as their game is starting to slip.
35'
Ake slides in to dispossess Rondon inside the area, when the striker had the goal at his mercy, and Bournemouth are looking rattled.
34'
J. Livermore gets yellow.
Livermore is also now booked, which seems to be for his reaction to the challenge. West Brom are furious as they feel Smith should have been dismissed for his foul.
33'
A. Smith gets yellow.
Yellow card issued to Smith for the challenge and he's still not moving comfortably. Bournemouth have already been forced into an early change so Howe will be hoping he's able to continue.
31'
Clashes on the field as Smith receives treatment after coming off worse in a challenge with Livermore. The Bournemouth man is penalised and it was a poor tackle, with his studs showing, so there could be further action.
29'
Stanislas wastes a decent opportunity for Bournemouth as he bursts through on goal but he tries to be too clever, cutting back and seeing the West Brom defence cope with the danger.
26'
SAVE! It's scrappy but Begovic is called into action as a lofted cross into the area is nodded towards goal by Rondon.
24'
The match is lacking the spark to set things alight here and West Brom certainly need to up their game in the final third, as only a win would be good enough for them this afternoon. A point doesn't really change their picture.
22'
Bournemouth having the lion's share of possession but Forster is yet to be tested properly, although the case is the same for Begovic at the other end.
20'
Fairly balanced start to the game here, with both sides looking vulnerable in defence but also lacking the quality in the attacking third to take advantage.
18'
Bournemouth win a corner which is taken short, then work it out towards Ibe on the edge of the area. However, his shot is poor and goes behind for a goal-kick.
17'
C. Daniels enters the game and replaces S. Francis.
Big blow for Bournemouth as skipper Francis is forced off, with Daniels coming on as his replacement.
15'
West Brom are at least showing intent breaking forward, particularly on the counter, but they're so far lacking the required class to put themselves ahead. Meanwhile, there's a short stop in play as Francis receives treatment.
13'
SAVE! Bournemouth call Foster into action for the first time as Gosling nods a looped header towards goal, which is an easy save. However, it once again shows the Cherries' threat in the wide areas.
12'
Brunt's third opportunity to play a cross into the middle from a dead ball and this time he has the lift required. However, there's a foul in the area and Bournemouth get a free-kick.
10'
SAVE! Nyom again proving to be a threat out wide, whipping a ball into the middle where Rondon is lurking. He heads towards goal but Begovic keeps the attempt out with a diving catch.
9'
CHANCE! West Brom counter brilliantly, with Rodriguez feeding through Nyom down the right. He plays the ball into a dangerous area but overhits his low cross.
8'
After coping with the early pressure, Bournemouth have started to get into the game and are keeping the ball well. We await the game's first real opportunity though.
6'
Bournemouth are trying to grow into the game and they should find space in the wide areas, where West Brom lack numbers due to the 3-5-2 formation Pardew has elected for today.
4'
West Brom seem to be in the mood but they've been poor in the final third so far, wasting decent opportunities from wide areas. They've managed to keep Bournemouth quiet in the opening exchanges though.
2'
Bright start for West Brom as they win an early corner. Brunt's initial cross his poor though and his second attempt at a delivery flies way over the bar.
1'
KICK-OFF! We're underway at the Vitality Stadium, where West Brom get us started and attack the right during the first half.
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Premier League clash between Bournemouth and West Brom, where the visitors are desperate for points as they currently sit rooted to the bottom of the standings with just eight games to play.
West Brom have lost six Premier League matches in a row and sit eight points from safety with just eight games to play. The Baggies beat Bournemouth in the reverse fixture earlier this season, one of just three wins this season, and desperately need points in order to keep their survival hopes alive.
Bournemouth XI: Asmir Begovic; Adam Smith, Steve Cook, Simon Francis, Nathan Ake; Jordon Ibe, Dan Gosling, Lewis Cook, Junior Stanislas; Joshua King, Callum Wilson.
West Brom XI: Ben Foster; Allan Nyom, Craig Dawson, Jonny Evans, Ahmed Hegazi, Kieran Gibbs; Jake Livermore, Claudio Yacob, Chris Brunt; Jay Rodriguez, Salomon Rondon.
Bournemouth subs: Artur Boruc, Marc Pugh, Lys Mousset, Jermain Defoe, Charlie Daniels, Andrew Surman, Ryan Fraser.
West Brom subs: Boaz Myhill, Grzegorz Krychowiak, Hal Robson-Kanu, Matt Phillips, Sam Field, Oliver Burke, James McClean.
Bournemouth make two changes to the side that lost 4-1 to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend, bringing in Ibe and King as attacking reinforcements. Mousset and Daniels therefore drop to the bench, whilst Lewis Cook plays in the heart of midfield after earning his first England call-up on Thursday.
West Brom, who suffered a 4-1 defeat to Leicester last weekend, make three changes to their side. Krychowiak is on the bench after being fined by Alan Pardew for his reaction to being substituted last week, where he's joined by Phillips and Burke. Their spots in the team are taking by Evans, Yacob and Rodriguez.
West Brom could find themselves ten points adrift at the bottom of the table today if results go against them, which increases the pressure upon Pardew and his side. His own position has come under threat in recent weeks and another defeat may well lead to changes during the international break.
Bournemouth have hit a blip in recent weeks, with Eddie Howe's side winless in their last four league matches. The Cherries sit five points above the relegation zone and will be eyeing safety- so they would be handed a huge boost if the hosts were able to return to winning ways against West Brom today.
You may look at this game and expect a lack of goals but you may be surprised. Bournemouth have scored in each of their last 11 Premier League matches but have only kept one clean sheet during that run.
HALF TIME! An entertaining but scrappy first period at the Vitality Stadium, where West Brom have looked to be the better of two sides but have struggled to create decent opportunities in the final third. The Baggies should have had a penalty too, so they'll fancy their chances after the break.
Bournemouth have looked rattled throughout the game and, despite having space to exploit in the wide areas, have struggled to get a foothold on the match. Ake was fortunate not to have conceded a penalty, whilst Smith could have seen red for a poor challenge on Livermore.
West Brom need a win and they've shown determination so far today. A number of fairly good opportunities have fallen to Rondon, who also should have won a penalty, but their lack of quality in the final third has held them back. A draw probably wouldn't be good enough today so they'll have to come out with all guns blazing after Alan Pardew's rousing words at the break.
FULL TIME! Bournemouth's turnaround is complete and, whilst nothing is official yet, it realistically seals the fate for both sides. Bournemouth should now be safe from relegation, whereas West Brom's situation is very bleak. The Baggies performed well today, taking the lead through Jay Rodriguez, but goals from Jordon Ibe and Junior Stanislas mean that the points will remain at the Vitality Stadium.
Eddie Howe's side may need another win to be mathematically secure but with 36 points under their belts, and a eight-point cushion over the relegation zone, the Cherries should be stable. They return after the international break to face Watford and will be full of confidence after ending their four-match winless run.
For West Brom, it doesn't cement their status as a Championship club but the Baggies are now ten points adrift at the bottom. Two massive games are on the horizon now against Burnley and Swansea City but the damage may have already been done to Alan Pardew's side.
