STAT: Tom Ince scored with Huddersfield's first attempt on target.
90' +1
T. Ince has scored a goal for Huddersfield Town! Assist by M. Jørgensen.
Jorgensen provides the assist.
EUPHORIA AT THE JOHN SMITH'S STADIUM! The crowd erupts as Huddersfield surely win it at the death, claiming three points that could be enough to secure their Premier League status for next season! A giveaway from Gray allows the hosts to break and Jorgensen does well to pull it back for Ince, who smashes it home from close range! Incredible scenes!
90'
J. Sinclair enters the game and replaces W. Hughes.
Watford's final change sees Jerome Sinclair replace Hughes.
There will be three minutes added on at the end of this match.
88'
Back and forth these sides go, not in thrilling fashion, but instead exchanging hopeful long balls over the top that continue to amount to nothing. It's been a very tough ask for the strikers today, with service sorely lacking - and that doesn't figure to change over the final couple of minutes.
86'
STAT: These sides have not played out to a draw since a 1-1 final in a 1999 second-division match in Watford.
84'
The noise level is picking up here as we approach the final five minutes, on a beautiful afternoon where the only thing these keepers have had to worry is getting sun-burned. Neither side has been able to produce anything to test the likes of Lossl or Karnezis.
82'
SLICED WIDE! Well that's the closest Huddersfield have come this afternoon, as Hogg latches onto a loose ball on the edge of the penalty and drives a low effort towards the near post, but it slices agonisingly wide!
81'
A. Gray enters the game and replaces T. Deeney.
A second Watford change sees Andre Gray replace Troy Deeney, who was mostly a spectator this afternoon.
79'
It remains 0-0 here, but the goals are flying in elsewhere across the Premier League. Important to note for Huddersfield is that Swansea have just equalised against Everton, while Crystal Palace continue to lead Brighton 3-2 late on at Selhurst Park. Both of those notes are not ideal for the Terriers.

77'
P. Billing enters the game and replaces R. van La Parra.
A third and final change for the hosts sees Philip Billing replace Rajiv van La Parra.
75'
STAT: Having won 14 points from their first eight Premier League home games (W4 D2 L2), the Terriers have won just six from their last eight at the John Smith’s Stadium (W1 D3 L4).
73'
A. Pritchard gets yellow.
A second booking for Huddersfield as Pritchard is shown yellow here.
71'
L. Depoitre enters the game and replaces S. Mounié.
A straight swap at the top for the hosts as Laurent Depoitre replaces Mounie.
69'
Who is going to take the responsibility to try and snatch all three points here? The match is very much there for the taking, crying out for someone to grab it by the horns. Huddersfield have another change ready, and surely it will be to bring some fresh legs on in attack.
67'
A big chance for Huddersfield, set up by Ince with a good ball in from the left, but hesitation inside the penalty area allows Watford to recover as they get a pair of important blocks in to prevent any shots from getting through to Karnezis! These boots are tied just a little too tight, it seems.
65'
This match has really lacked attacking quality, something the tenacity being showed by these two sides simply can't make up for. There's just been no ingenuity going forward and little to suggest this match has a goal in it still.
63'
STAT: Richarlison is Watford’s top away scorer in the Premier League this season with four goals – all four of these goals came in the Brazilian’s first six games on the road, failing to find the net in any of his last 10.
61'
T. Ince enters the game and replaces C. Quaner.
Wagner responds with a change of his own as Quarner gives way for Tom Ince, a player who likes to take risks, and that's exactly what Huddersfield need right now.
58'
Richarlison enters the game and replaces Kiko Femenía.
Richarlison comes on for Watford with the first change of the match. He will give them much more going forward, as he replaces Kiko Femenia.
56'
The atmosphere has softened a bit too since the restart. Huddersfield need to start making more of their time in possession to get this crowd back into it. What this game really needs to liven things up is a goal.
54'
Watford have taken control a bit here, sensing the match is there for the taking. The Hornets have the luxury of taking a few more chances, as they could conceivably lose the remainder of their matches and still be safe. Huddersfield cannot afford to lose here this afternoon.
52'
STAT: 17 of the 20 goals scored in the last four meetings between these sides have come in the second half.
50'
Things are taking some time to pick up here out of the interval, with both sides looking to get back into a rhythm. It's been quite stale in these first five minutes out of the break.
48'
OUCH! A rough start to this second half as Hughes crashes hard into Hadergjonaj. There was no intent in that, but the Huddersfield defender certainly felt the brunt of that coming together as he has the wind knocked out of him and requires a bit of treatment before play can get going again.
46'
Here we go again...
45' +1
HALF-TIME: HUDDERSFIELD TOWN 0-0 WATFORD.
45'
M. Jørgensen gets yellow.
Jorgensen goes into the book for a late lunge to hack down Pereyra. It's the first booking for a Huddersfield player, and the third in total in this first half.
43'
Mariappa has had his hands full with Hadergjonaj, and is getting very little in terms of support from Pereyra. The centre-half has done well all things considered, but that will have to be an area of concern for Javi Gracia going forward.
41'
Into the final five minutes of the first half and it remains goalless, which is a fair representation of the attacking quality on display at the John Smith's Stadium. Neither side is really keen to take chances and commit bodies forward, instead selling out to keep things clean at the back.
39'
Back the other way come Huddersfield and they have a corner of their own to work from. They play it short, with a cross eventually coming in from Pritchard, but everyone is a bit hesitant to shoot as it comes to nothing in the end. That was poor.
37'
STAT: Javier Gracia is yet to see Watford score an away Premier League goal in his first four matches on the road – the last manager to not see his side score in his first five away Premier League matches was Gus Poyet in December 2013.
35'
SIDE-NETTING! Watford continue in the ascendancy here, and nearly have the opener thanks to a well-worked set piece. Doucoure is played in via the right channel and nearly picks out a sliver of space at the near post, but a slight deflection takes it wide by mere inches!
33'
R. Pereyra gets yellow.
Pereyra's nightmare afternoon continues here, as he lacks the pace to get on the end of a throughball following a Watford break, before diving to ground in disgraceful fashion, which sees him pick up a yellow card. He's been atrocious in this first half.
32'
Huddersfield respond with some pressure of their own, with Mooy feeding a dangerous cross in, but Karnezis does well to punch away. The tempo is starting to pick up now, suggesting we may have a lively end to this first half.
30'
BIG CHANCE! Much better, this, from Watford! Doucoure makes a run down the left and tees up Deeney atop the penalty area, but a crucial intervention from Hadergjonaj sees him deflect the striker's effort behind for a corner - which Pereyra again puts out of play!
28'
STAT: After winning 13 of a possible 21 points from their first seven games on the road (W4 D1 L2), Watford have won just one point from their last 27 available away from home in the Premier League (W0 D1 L8).
26'
Finally an opportunity for Watford to try and create a chance as they win a corner, but a lazy corner from Pereyra sees the opportunity amount to nothing as it swings out of play before coming back into the penalty area.
24'
Watford have generated absolutely nothing going forward in this match, hardly stepping foot in the final third. Deeney has been on an island up top, and he hasn't even had anything to try and feast off. You can see why Watford haven't scored a Premier League away goal since January 2.
22'
Huddersfield are asking all the questions here, but this time a smart piece of defending from Janmaat sees him block Van La Parra from getting a cross in from the left, forcing him to settle for a corner... which Watford then deal with.
20'
D. Janmaat gets yellow.
Well that's been coming. Janmaat slides in with a late challenge on Mooy, his third foul in 10 minutes, and that's enough for the referee to produce the first yellow card of the match.
19'
STAT: There have been 32 goals scored across the last seven league meetings between these sides, at an average of 4.6 per game (16 goals each).
17'
The bulk of this match is being played just inside the Watford half, but the two final thirds have seen very little action. Huddersfield have spent more time in attack, but have produced nothing of note yet, while Watford have been foreigners at the other end.
15'
Janmaat will be walking a tight line here. The full-back has made a pair of fouls already, with his next surely seeing him into the book. It's been quite scrappy here, with motivation looking a bit of an issue for Watford.
13'
Both these sides, but Huddersfield especially, will have their eyes on the scores elsewhere, and they will see that Crystal Palace have an early 1-0 lead over Brighton. Should that result hold, and Huddersfield fail to win here today, Wagner's side will drop into 17th, one spot up on the bottom three.
11'
Not the best tempo to this match in the early stages, with Watford hesitant to push the pace. Huddersfield are struggling to pick out the right pass in the attacking half, while the visitors aren't committing many bodies forward when the opportunity presents itself.
9'
STAT: Huddersfield are looking to secure their first league double over Watford since the 1995-96 season, when they were in the second tier.
7'
Quarner wins a free-kick in an advanced position on the right flank following a foul from Mariappa, and the subsequent delivery is inviting, but Watford are able to deal with it. Huddersfield need to take advantage of this early pressure by at least carving out a chance.
5'
Watford are allowing Huddersfield to play out from the back, as they like to do, and it's led to some solid possession from the hosts early on as the likes of Kongolo and Hadergjonaj are getting forward nicely in support. They're keeping the visitors hemmed back here.
3'
There is a terrific atmosphere here in the John Smith's Stadium, something Huddersfield have used to their advantage this season, and something they will need to carry them to safety - though they have won just once here from their last eight in the league.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Watford in red as they get the match underway, with Huddersfield in their blue and white stripes.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of this Premier League match as Huddersfield Town continue their fight for survival when they welcome Watford to John Smith’s Stadium!
With just two wins from their last 15 matches, Huddersfield have been dragged right back into the relegation scrap – just four points up on 18th-place Southampton, who just fell 3-2 to Chelsea at St. Mary's, but will have played one fewer game after this one goes final in Huddersfield.
It’s getting awfully uncomfortable for David Wagner’s side, who face what has the feel of a must-win match this afternoon as Watford come to town. Huddersfield’s final four games after today are against Everton, Manchester City (away), Chelsea (away) and Arsenal.
Watford are pretty much safe. Nine points up on the bottom three, it would be a shock to see them go down at this point – but that’s entirely down to their red-hot start to the campaign.
Their dreadful form away from Vicarage Road is what prevented the Hornets from making a run at a top-10 finish. You have to go back to January 2 to find the last time they scored an away goal in the Premier League.
CONFIRMED TEAM NEWS:
HUDDERSFIELD TOWN (4-2-3-1): Lossl; Hadergjonaj, Schindler, Jorgensen, Kongolo; Hogg, Mooy; Quaner, Pritchard, Van La Parra; Mounie.
David Wagner makes just one change to his side from the draw at Brighton, with Collin Quaner coming in to replace Tom Ince, who drops to the bench.
Javi Gracia makes one change as well from last weekend's defeat to Burnley. Craig Cathcart comes in to accommodate the switch to a back three, replacing Jose Holebas. Kiko Femenia will man the left flank.
Nothing to separate the sides through 45 minutes where it remains goalless at the John Smith's Stadium. Every point counts for these sides, especially relegation-threatened Huddersfield, which would explain the cautious approach on display, but hopefully we will see a few more chances taken after the break.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Tom Ince rescues maximum points for Huddersfield at a boisterous John Smith's Stadium to take them seven points clear of the bottom three as they take a massive step towards securing their Premier League status! Watford could have used the point, though they're likely safe themselves, but their wait for a Premier League away goal continues, last scoring one on January 2.
