Gabriel Jesus has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by Y. Touré.
Toure makes it look so easy in the middle of the pitch, he spots the darting run of Jesus behind the Swansea defence and picks the striker out perfectly.
GOOOAAALLL! IT'S FIVE! Jesus finally gets his goal! The striker has had to be patient, after missing a couple of chances already this afternoon. The Brazilian got in behind Mawson after a lovely chipped ball by Toure, with Jesus lofting his header over Fabianski and into the back of net.
83'
GREAT CHANCE! Jesus with a superb opportunity to get on the scoresheet this afternoon. Foden whipped a terrific ball into the box, straight onto the head of Jesus, but he fires his header straight at Fabianski, who makes a comfortable save.
80'
This victory for the Champions today moves them onto 90 points at the top of the table, meanwhile it leaves Swansea just four points above the relegation zone, with four games remaining, including crucial games against fellow strugglers Southampton and Stoke in their final two fixtures.
78'
Manchester City with a free-kick in a good shooting position, after Foden is taken out by Van der Hoorn following a quick one-two with David Silva. Yaya Toure fires an effort at goal, but his strike is straight at the wall and Swansea clear the danger.
75'
B. Mendy enters the game and replaces F. Delph.
T. Abraham enters the game and replaces M. Olsson.
Swansea make their third and final substitution of the game, with Martin Olsson heading off the pitch and he has been replaced by Tammy Abraham.
One of the biggest cheers of the afternoon so far comes as Mendy heads onto the pitch after seven months out injured, he has replaced Delph at left-back.
73'
Fabianski has saved two penalties in the Premier League this term; no goalkeeper has saved more. The Swansea keeper was very unlucky that the rebound fell straight to Bernardo Silva today.
71'
P. Foden enters the game and replaces R. Sterling.
Man City make their second substitution, with Raheem Sterling replaced by Phil Foden, who is making his fourth Premier League appearance of the season.
70'
There is still 20 minutes left to play here, could the Champions go on and score more this afternoon? City are cruising to victory now, playing the ball around the pitch with ease and there are a lot of tired Swansea players out there on the pitch.

OFF THE POST! Mawson almost scores an own goal! He gets his head to Sterling's corner, but gets it all wrong and heads it towards goal, but luckily for him it hits the outside of the post and then bounces away from goal.
67'
K. Bartley enters the game and replaces F. Fernández.
Fernández picked up an injury whilst making the challenge on Sterling which gave away the penalty and shortly after the goal he has been replaced by Kyle Bartley, who also takes the captains armband.
65'
Y. Touré enters the game and replaces K. De Bruyne.
S. Clucas enters the game and replaces Ki Sung-Yueng.
Swansea make their first change, with Sung-Yeung Ki replaced by Sam Clucas.
The Champions make their first change of the game, with Kevin De Bruyne heading off to a standing ovation and he is replaced by Yaya Touré.
64'
Bernardo Silva has scored a goal for Manchester City!
Penalty saved by Ł. Fabiański!
Fabiański reads the penalty superbly, tipping the ball onto the post, however it then bounces off the inside of the post and back in play, ready for a Manchester City player to pounce...
Gabriel Jesus steps up to take the penalty, it was a short run-up by the striker and his effort isn't close enough to the corner of the net, which allows Fabianski to make a good save.
Bernando Silva is quickest to the rebound and slots the ball home from close range to make it 4-0! Unlucky for Fabianksi, who made a great save, but the rebound fell perfectly to the Manchester City man, who was never going to miss from there. That is now 97 goals for the Champions this season.
63'
MAN CITY PENALTY! Sterling is brought down by Fernandez deep inside the penalty area, the winger got to the ball just ahead of the Swansea man and his touch took it away from Fernandez who was late and took the legs away from Sterling. The referee points to the spot straight away.
59'
The pace of the game has dropped slightly, with Manchester City playing the game at their own tempo, dictating how the game is play. It then only takes one or two bursts of pace to get them in another good position in the final third, or a moment of the highest quality, as shown by the De Bruyne strike.
56'
CLOSE! Mawson goes incredibly close to pulling one back for Swansea! The visitors had a corner and Mawson was completely unmarked at the far post, he rose highest and powered a header towards goal, but he is unable to keep it down and it flies just over the crossbar. Best Swansea chance of the game.
54'
K. De Bruyne has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by Danilo.
Danilo with a simple pass into De Bruyne, who didn't seem to have much on in front of him so he opts to shoot himself and what a strike it was! The Champions now lead 3-0.
WHAT A GOAL! De Bruyne with the pick of the goals, a fantastic strike from the Belgian! The midfielder unleashes an unstoppable strike at goal from the edge of the penalty area, Fabianski saw it all the way but there as no way he was getting anywhere near the ball and it powers into the top corner of the net.
52'
Swansea are trying to press the home side more, they are stepping higher up the pitch and closing the space down better, so the Champions aren't finding so many opportunities in the final third.
49'
The second half has started in familiar fashion to the first, with Man City dominating possession and making Swansea chase the ball around the pitch and the Swans haven't made any changes for the second period.
46'
The second half is underway!
45' +1
That's the half-time whistle!

There will be a minimum of one minute added time played here.
44'
Decent effort! Mawson with a positive run from defence, he travels all the way to the Man City penalty area before takes a pop at goal. However, from that distance it was going to take something special to beat Ederson, who makes a comfortable save down to his right. Much better from Swansea.
40'
M. Olsson gets yellow.
Martin Olsson is the first player to be shown a yellow card in the game. The left-back is booked for simulation, after knocking the ball past Danilo on the edge of the area, the Man City man stuck out a leg but doesn't touch the Swansea player, who dives to try and win a free-kick.
38'
Swansea are unable to get a touch on the ball at the moment, nevermind look to pull a goal back, they will surely be hoping to get to the break just two goals down. The Ayew brothers have barely had a kick, with Jordan cutting a very isolated figure up top on his own.
35'
Decent effort! De Bruyne once again involved with a Man City goalscoring chance, he feds Jesus who fires a low effort at goal. However, he doesn't get enough angle on the ball, he was looking for the far corner, but instead it is straight at Fabianski, who makes a routine stop.
33'
CHANCE! De Bruyne with a terrific effort from the edge of the area, he cuts inside and switches the ball onto his left-foot, before unleashing a powerful drive at goal which forces Fabianski into making a good diving save. Sterling then looks to get on the end of the rebound and Fabianksi pulls off another save, this time from close range. However, the linesman has his flag up for offside anyway, so it wouldn't have counted.
31'
PENALTY SHOUT! Sterling is appealing for a penalty after Mawson came into the back of him as they competed for a high ball in the box. The Swansea defender certainly came in strong on the City man, but it looked soft and the referee waves away any appeals.
29'
The core midfield three of David Silva, De Bruyne and Gündogan are totally running the game at the moment, they are dictating all of the play around the pitch and we could see a few more goals here this afternoon.
24'
Olsson's free-kick is fired straight into the City wall. The left-back couldn't get enough height or pace on the effort and the wall does it job, the rebound bounces dangerously around the area, but Swansea don't get to it first and the home side clear their lines.
23'
Swansea have a free-kick in a decent position, as Sterling drags a Swansea player down around 25 yards out from goal. A good chance for the Swans to test Ederson for the first time this season. It looks like Olsson is going to take it...
21'
Man City have taken their foot off the throttle since their second goal, with Swansea enjoying a little spell of possession of their own. However, it doesn't last long and the home side are back with the ball, patiently waiting for another opening in the Swans backline.
16'
R. Sterling has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by F. Delph.
GOOOAAALLL! THEY HAVE ANOTHER! Sterling this time with the finishing touch on another great team goal. Delph and Silva played a lovely one-two down the left, the left-back just beating the offside trap, before he played the ball on a plate for Sterling, who had a simple tap-in at the far post. That makes it 18 Premier League goals for Sterling this season.
Delph forced Naughton to defend deep, taking the right-back on, he then spotted David Silva who gave him the ball back and his cross to Sterling in the box was inch-perfect. Sterling simply couldn't miss from there!
14'
Swansea need to try and close the Manchester City players down quicker and not allow them as much time and space on the ball as they are allowing them at the moment. They have so much time to pick out their passes and it is far too easy.
12'
David Silva has scored a goal for Manchester City!
GOOOAAALLL! MAN CITY LEAD! It was brilliant link-up play, a beautiful goal by the Champions to hand them the early lead here. De Bruyne fed Sterling deep inside the Swansea penalty area, he pulled it back for David Silva who took a touch and then volleyed the ball into the far corner of the net. Great move and goal.
10'
Swansea will be hoping to stay in this game for as long as possible and potentially break on the counter-attack, with the two wing-backs in Olsson and Naughton, it gives them the opportunity to make progress down the wings. Furthermore, Jordan and Andre Ayew are always a threat in the oppositions final third, if the Swans can get either of them on the ball.
6'
It's all the Champions at the moment, they are playing the ball around the pitch with ease and Swansea are chasing shadows. However, they are yet to carve open the visitors, who are shifting from side to side and remain strong at the back so far, with their five man defence cutting out a lot of the space which City like to play in.
4'
The atmosphere is excellent here inside the Etihad Stadium, as you would expect after their side were crowned Premier League champions after a superb season. The club put on a terrific pre-match show, with City lifting the Premier League trophy at home to Huddersfield in a couple of weeks time.
2'
As expected, Manchester City are dominating the game from the start, Swansea are yet to string more than a couple of passes together and they could be in for a long afternoon, if City work their way up through the gears.

We're underway!
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE match commentary, as the newly crowned Premier League Champions Manchester City take on relegation threatened Swansea City at the Etihad Stadium.
Manchester City will be in party mode when they Swansea this afternoon. City need 13 points from their remaining five Premier League games to become the first team in top division history to reach 100 points,They need nine points from their games to set a new record of most points in a Premier League season (currently 95 by Chelsea in 2005).
However, despite their amazing achievements, City have lost their last three home games in all competitions which will give Swansea hope, especially as they are not out of danger at the bottom of the table.
The team news is in, here is how the two sides will line-up this afternoon...
MANCHESTER CITY (4-2-3-1): Ederson (GK); Danilo, Vincent Kompany (C), Aymeric Laporte, Fabian Delph; Ilkay Gündogan, Kevin De Bruyne; Bernardo Silva, David Silva, Raheem Sterling; Gabriel Jesus.
SWANSEA SUBS: Kristoffer Nordfeldt, Kyle Bartley, Connor Roberts, Sam Clucas, Nathan Dyer, Wayne Routledge, Tammy Abraham.
SWANSEA (5-3-2): Lukasz Fabianksi (GK); Kyle Naughton, Mike Van Der Hoorn, Federico Fernandez (C), Alfie Mawson, Martin Olsson; Ki Sung-yueng, Andy King, Tom Carroll; Andre Ayew, Jordan Ayew
TEAM NEWS: Pep Guardiola has made two changes to the side that beat Tottenham last weekend with Danilo replacing Kyle Walker and Bernardo Silva coming in for Leroy Sane. Meanwhile for Swansea, Carlos Carvalhal makes a one change to the team that drew 1-1 with Everton last time out, as Mike Van Der Hoorn replaces Luciano Narsingh at the back.
Since Carlos Carvalhal's appointment as Swansea manager back in December, only seven teams have won more Premier League points than the Swans with 20. However, they have only won one of their last 15 away games. The Swans sit in 17th spot, four points ahead of Stoke who could only draw 1-1 at home with Burnley earlier this afternoon, so picking up any points today would hand them a massive boost.
The teams are out here at the Etihad Stadium, with Manchester City receiving a Champions guard of honour from the visitors as they make their way onto the pitch. Stay tuned for all of the match action!
