M. Friedl enters the game and replaces J. Gondorf.
Second change of the game for Bremen, introducing Bayern Munich loanee Friedl in place of Gondorf.
87'
WHAT A SAVE! Pavlenka to Bremen's rescue again! Sancho delivers a perfectly weighted cross into the middle where Schurrle is lurking, looking certain to net a winning goal but the goalkeeper makes another magnificent save.
85'
CLOSE! Piszczek very close to putting the ball into his own net as a free-kick is whipped towards the far post, giving the hosts a corner. Once again it comes to nothing though, with Reus back on defensive duty to head the ball away.
83'
S. Papastathopoulos gets yellow.
These two teams haven't drawn a Bundesliga game against one another since February 2001. As it stands, they'll have to share the points- unless someone can come up with a late winner.
A heavy challenge from Sokratis on Kruse sees the Greece international issued a yellow card.
81'
Into the final ten minutes and the game is still very finely poised. I wouldn't want to predict a late winner but both sides seem like they will have chances before the whistle is blown for the last time.
79'
A. Yarmolenko enters the game and replaces M. Philipp.
Another change for Dortmund, who introduce Yarmolenko in place of Philipp.
77'
WHAT A CHANCE! Bremen find room down the right, with Junuzovic whipping a dangerous ball across the face of goal. It takes a big deflection off Reus and is only a yard or so wide of the far post.
75'
Corner for Bremen, who have slipped in the course of the past ten minutes, which is taken by Kruse. It's a dangerous delivery into the six-yard box, where Burki has to get down low to punch the ball away.
73'
If it stays like this, Dortmund will be two points behind Schalke in second. They'll be four clear of Bayer Leverkusen with two games to go. Stoger will be optimistic but the sooner Champions League football is secured the better.
Minute
Description
71'
Dortmund have missed a lot of chances in this game, with Bremen goalkeeper Pavlenka performing brilliantly, and Stoger will hope those missed opportunities don't come back to haunt them.
69'
J. Eggestein enters the game and replaces M. Rashica.
CROSSBAR! Dortmund close again! Akanji bursts forward down the left, cuts inside to shoot and sees his attempt tipped onto the crossbar by Pavlenka. Another superb saved from the Bremen goalkeeper.
First change of the day for Bremen, who introduce Johannes Eggestein in place of Rashica.
68'
Those two chances seem to have sparked some life into Dortmund, with Bremen unable to get a hold of the ball. The hosts still have all three of their changes to use though.
66'
OFF THE POST! Fantastic play from Sancho to find room, who spreads a pass across the field to Reus. He has space for a shot but can only strike against the frame of the goal.
64'
OFFSIDE! Dortmund have the ball in the net again through Toprak but the offside flag is raised against Reus, who tapped the ball back across goal to the defender.
63'
Less than half an hour remaining, with Dortmund showing very little in the second half. If they want a victory that would all but secure their Champions League spot next season, they need to up their game.
61'
A. Schürrle enters the game and replaces C. Pulišić.
Mentioned a number of times that Pulisic hasn't been able to get into the game and his afternoon is over, as Schurrle takes his place.
60'
Z. Junuzović gets yellow.
A yellow card for Bremen captain Junuzovic, following a blatant foul on Pulisic in the middle of the field.
59'
Pulisic and Sancho just haven't been able to get on the ball enough. It's therefore unsurprising that Schurrle is rady to be introduced.
57'
Bremen taking their foot off the gas a little bit, giving Dortmund a chance to recover and try to provide a spark to their own performance, but they're mainly retaining possession in the middle area of the field.
55'
Ten minutes into the second half and Dortmund are yet to get back into the swing of things. Stoger wanted consistency from his side in the back end of the season but they haven't even been able to be consistent over the course of one match at the moment.
53'
The hosts have been the better of the two teams since the restart, urged forward by the home crowd, and Dortmund need to find their rhythm again. So far, they haven't managed to make their dominance of possession count.
51'
HUGE BLOCK! Bremen continue to push forward in search of another goal and only a last-ditch block from Sokratis prevents Maximilian Eggestein from forcing Burki into action. The Germany U21 international has been very lively today.
49'
Yet to see Dortmund threaten in the early exhcnages of the second period but they are still retaining the ball very well.
47'
Junuzovic forces an early save from Burki after lashing a shot at goal from a tight angle but it was never too much of a threat.
45' +1
ONE minute of added time.
45'
T. Delaney has scored a goal for Werder Bremen!
GOAL! Bremen have an equaliser right at the end of the first half! Burki saves Maximilian Eggestein's header but it fell kindly to Delaney, who lobbed a shot into the air to net his third goal of the season.
KICK-OFF! We're back underway at the Weser-Stadion. The game is finely poised but a winner should be expected, as the two sides haven't drawn in the Bundesliga since February 2001!
44'
SAVE! A big, big moment in the game! Reus charges through on goal and only has Pavlenka to beat but the Germany international can't manage that, seeing his shot pushed behind for a corner that comes to nothing.
43'
Sokratis, widely linked with a move to Arsenal this week, looks in discomfort after keeping the ball away from Maximilian Eggestein. He looks alright to continue but it's something that will be looked upon at the break.
41'
Not too long left until the interval and Dortmund look content to defend what they have until the break.
39'
Peter Stoger's side certainly have a lot of potential and a lot to be excited about but it's also clear that there is work to be done. They've not looked great defensively, whilst their consistency in attack can also be questioned.
37'
Dortmund still in control and looking comfortable but they're certainly not home and dry. Bremen still look capable of throwing a spanner in the works, as they push forward in an attempt to secure an equaliser before the break.
35'
The free-kick is played short to Rashica, who can't cause Dortmund a problem with his attempt.
34'
Ł. Piszczek gets yellow.
Piszczek is the first player booked this afternoon, catching Augustinsson with a poor challenge and conceding a free-kick in a dangerous position.
32'
We haven't seen too much from Pulisic so far today, which is a shame, and the same can be said for Sancho on the other side. It's actually been the full-backs providing the most danger on the flanks.
30'
Sokratis smashes a shot against the bar but the whistle has already gone, with Langkamp fouled by Toprak on the edge of the area. He's back on his feet but certainly felt the force of that challenge.
29'
Dortmund having to deal with a lot of pressure from the hosts, although they're starting to look comfortable in possession again and look particularly dangerous in the wide areas.
27'
Bremen continue to threaten as Toprak deflects a cross behind for another corner, which Kruse fires towards the near post but it's easily cleared away.
25'
SUPERB SAVE! Almost the perfect response from Bremen, as Junuzovic sees his effort from inside the six-yard box saved by a strong hand from Burki. From the resulting corner, the hosts create an opening again as Kruse drags a shot wide.
21'
Dortmund have won 11 of the 13 games with Reus as captain. He's got the armband again today and he's given his side a valuable lead.
19'
M. Reus has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund!
GOAL! It's been coming and Dortmund take the lead! Sancho sparks another attack with a dangerous charge down the left and Bremen can't get the ball away. It's swept into the area where Pizczek heads it down for Phillip to see a shot blocked but it fell kindly to Reus, who smashed home.
17'
Dortmund dominating possession and starting to threaten the goal, although they haven't really had a clear-cut opportunity yet.
15'
SAVE! A brilliant run from Akanji down the left, surging into the box and teeing the ball across to Philipp. He creates space to shoot but sees his attempt smartly saved by Pavlenka.
11'
Dortmund now starting to push forward, with Piszczek seeing a shot inside the box well saved by Pavlenka before Schurrle fired the rebound off target.
8'
Augustinsson smashes a shot into Sokratis and the ball drops for him to have a second attempt, though this time his effort is way off target.
7'
A win today would be huge for Dortmund, as it would all but secure their spot in the Champions League next season and would also put them level on points with rivals Schalke.
5'
Bremen looking the better of the two teams in the early exchanges but Dortmund are playing with a very high press, putting the hosts under a fair amount of pressure.
3'
A lively start for both sides, who have tried to fire forward quickly, as Maximilian Eggestein fires wide of Burki's goal from distance.
1'
KICK-OFF! We're underway at the Weser-Stadion, where Dortmund get us started.
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Bundesliga clash between Werder Bremen and Borussia Dortmund, where the visitors continue their charge to secure Champions League football.
Bremen sit in mid-table in the Bundesliga and don't have much apart from pride to fight for in the final weeks of the campaign. With three games without a win, they're also looking to return to form.
Werder Bremen XI: Jiri Pavlenka; Theodor Gebre Selassie, Milos Veljkovic, Sebastian Langkamp, Ludwig Augustinsson; Maximilian Eggestein; Jerome Gondorf, Zlatko Junuzovic, Thomas Delaney, Milot Rashica; Max Kruse.
Borussia Dortmund XI: Roman Burki; Lukasz Pizczek, Sokratis, Omer Toprak, Manuel Akanji; Mario Gotze, Julian Weigl, Marco Reus; Christian Pulisic, Maximilian Philipp, Jadon Sancho.
Dortmund subs: Roman Weidenfeller, Shinji Kagawa, Jeremy Toljan, Nuri Sahin, Marcel Schmelzer, Andriy Yarmolenko, Andre Schurrle.
Bremen subs: Jaroslav Drobny, Ishak Belfodil, Robert Bauer, Johannes Eggestein, Yuning Zhang, Marco Friedl, Luca Caldirola.
Bremen make five changes to the side that lost to Stuttgart last weekend, bringing in Augustinsson, Langkamp, Rashica, Delaney and Junuzovic. Friedl and Belfodil drop to the bench, while Florian Kainz and Philipp Bargfrede miss out due to suspension. Niklas Moisander is absent through injury.
After hitting four past fellow Champions League chasers Bayer Leverkusen last week, Dortmund unsurprisingly name an unchanged side. Captain Schmelzer is back on the bench, after being dropped from the squad completely last weekend following poor performances.
HALF-TIME! An entertaining half of football in the final game of the Bundesliga weekend, with Thomas Delaney's goal late in the first half cancelling out Marco Reus' opener. Both sides have had decent opportunities to score more and the scoreline is a fair reflection of the first 45 minutes.
Bremen are undefeated at home since November, their best run in over a decade, and they're showing they intend to maintain that run today. They've had to deal with some threatening attacks from Dortmund, with Jiri Pavlenka having to make a number of saves, but it's been a decent performance from the hosts.
Dortmund, meanwhile, will be encouraged by results elsewhere in the Bundesliga this weekend as Bayer Leverkusen lost yesterday, while RB Leipzig were just defeated by Mainz. As such, Peter Stoger's side can move six points clear of fifth place, on the verge of securing Champions League football next season.
Dortmund, winless in their last three away from home, have had chances to put the game to bed after Reus' opening goal but were unable to take them. A victory today would all but secure Champions League football for Peter Stoger's side next season but they'll have to improve if they're to secure that honour.
FULL-TIME! A hard fought draw after Marco Reus saw his goal cancelled out by Thomas Delaney's effort right on the stroke of half-time means that Dortmund still have work to do in the final weeks of the campaign. Bremen's unbeaten record at home continues!
Dortmund miss the chance to pull level with Schalke in second, sitting two points behind, and their spot in the Champions League next season is still not secure. Peter Stoger's side have now failed to win any of their last four matches away from home, with clashes against Mainz and Hoffenheim to finish the campaign.
Bremen will certainly be pleased with that performance and they have goalkeeper Jiri Pavlenka to thank after a number of superb saves throughout the match. Florian Kohfeldt's side extend their unbeaten run at home to 11 matches, with Leverkusen and Mainz to play in the final two Bundesliga weekends.
