Oscar linked to Chelsea

Chelsea's summer spending spree is set to continue with highly-rated Brazilian Oscar the next in line.
The Internacional playmaker would be Chelsea's third major signing of the summer.
Roberto Di Matteo has already signed Eden Hazard and Marko Marin ahead of the forthcoming Premier League campaign.
It was reported in Tuesday's press that Chelsea will offer in excess of 20 million pounds for Oscar - and look to have beaten Spurs in the race to sign the 20-year-old.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are closing in on signing Fabio Borini from Roma as Brendan Rodgers' re-building process takes shape.
Striker Andy Carroll has been linked with a loan move to AC Milan next season.
And Rodgers has warned that he needs to prove himself if he is to feature in the Northern Irishman's plans.
Fulham's Clint Dempsey is also linked with a move to Anfield.
Joining Carroll in an Anfield exit could be defender Daniel Agger, who is reportedly wanted by Real Madrid.
That move may see Ricardo Carvalho leave the Bernabeu - with Spurs reportedly prepared to recruit him in exchange for Luka Modric.
Either way, Spurs are hoping to keep loanee Emmanuel Adebayor at White Hart Lane and are prepared to pay six million pounds for the Togo striker.
The 28-year-old scored 17 goals on loan from Manchester City last season.
City remain poised to sign want-away Arsenal striker Robin Van Persie, but the Premier League champions' rivals have also been active.
It is understood that Manchester United have sent a delegation to Brazil to discuss a move for Sao Paulo midfielder Lucas Moura.
Alex Ferguson is also believed to be interested in bringing Joao Moutinho and Leighton Baines to Old Trafford.
