Granero: Real player deserves Ballon d´Or

Real Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero hopes that the Ballon d'Or is awarded to one of his teammates.
The 25-year-old praised Real's success this campaign, and insisted that more is yet to come from Jose Mourinho's men.
"The title we achieved will be (hard to beat) for a long time. We made a record of almost insurmountable points and goals," the Spanish midfielder told reporters.
"Real Madrid is the team to beat and will be for many years. Last season was flawless. Real Madrid were far superior to the others, breaking all records. I just hope that the Ballon d'Or (would be) for one of our players,"
Granero also spoke of his hopes for the upcoming campaign, after turning out 28 times for the La Liga champions last season.
"I face the season with many enthusiasm, eager to learn," he said. "We have many challenges to a collective level, mainly to overcome what was achieved last year. (To) learn, grow as a player and settle at this club."
Granero is currently in pre-season training, as Mourinho's side prepare for the Super Cup double-header against Barcelona next month.
