We're underway here, Stoke immediately push it up into Southampton's half.
Looks like you've successfully stumbled across today's LIVE! play-by-play commentary of Southampton's trip to Stoke City, well done you. My name is Sion Cleaver and I'll be guiding you through all the action from the Britannia Stadium this afternoon, so go grab yourself a hot beverage of your choice and come join me, it'll be fun.
If you take a peek at the league standings, Stoke undoubtedly seem to have the upper-hand over their southern counterparts, with the Potters currently sitting three points above Swansea City in 8th place.
Things aren't look so rosy for Nigel Adkins' Southampton however, they're sitting just a point above safety in 17th place with just 16 points gathered so far this campaign.
We're just fifteen minutes away from kick off at the Britannia, so let's take a look at the team line-ups for both sides shall we...
Here's a cracking statistic for you folks, Papiss Cisse and Javi Garcia are the only two visiting players to have scored against Stoke at the Britannia so far this campaign.
Stoke have also conceded the least goals this season, with 9 clean sheets from the 19 they've played so far.
The teams have emerged from the tunnel, and the Britannia has erupted. The home faithful clearly believe they can grab all three points from this one, but Southampton aren't to be dismissed completely. Just a minute or so before kick off now.
Half-time at the Britannia, Stoke find themselves 3-1 after starting the half as the better side. Tony Pulis is not a happy bunny as he marches down the tunnel towards the home dressing room.
After hammering Liverpool just a few days ago, many would have expected Stoke to have decimated Southampton in the same way as their Merseyside counterparts. Things are looking very comfortable for Southampton at the break however, but Pulis will surely want to change that come the second half. Part two's coming up, don't go anywhere...
That's it! Stoke have battled from behind to draw 3-3 against a Southampton side who showed moments of pure brilliance but have struggled hugely with maintaining a level of consistency.
Tony Pulis' Potters are now ten matches unbeaten in the Premier League, but Southampton will feel very hard done by after going 3-1 up at the Britannia Stadium.
This result has seen Stoke stay in 8th place, but the Saints sink to the relegation zone in 18th. We've witnessed a cracker here this afternoon, I've been Sion Cleaver, until next time, stay classy.
