A few fans making their way to the exit as the match enters its final lap.
Robben hooks a volley into the side netting. He's been chomping at the bit in the second half, as the cliche goes.
89'
I'm never one for tinkering with a working formula, and it may come back to bite them in the latter stages of the Champions League, but for league games such as this where the gulf in quality is so evident, Guardiola's 4-1-4-1 with only a single pivot and a bevy of attacking talent can be playground fun.
87'
Shaq has just hit the post from a position where he absolutely should have buried it. Muller laid the ball off to him at the top of the six yard box with the goal at his mercy.
86'
24 shots on goal from Bayern, compared to 4 from Nurnberg. Says it all, really.
84'
Alaba holds onto the ball trying o work room for a shot, but eventually gets his head up to tee up the wide open Muller...who screws wide.
82'
NEARLY A THIRD! A brilliant combination on the left releases Shaqiri, who hooks a cross in towards Robben. He beats his man again towards the byeline, and squeezes in a narrow cross that is begging to be tapped in, but isn't!
80'
X. Shaqiri enters the game and replaces F. Ribéry.
This is more like it for Bayern, who fully deserve their two-goal lead and, it looks like, all three points. Once again, a quite special goal from Robben, do try to catch that on highlights if you can!
78'
A. Robben has scored a goal for Bayern Munich!
MAGNIFICENT FROM ROBBEN! The Dutchman beats three players with brilliant ease on the right before squeezing a deft finish past Schafer and inside the far post!
77'
TOOOOOOOORRRRRR!!!
Minute
Description
75'
H. Kiyotake enters the game and replaces M. Plattenhardt.
Could have been something special from Alaba, who weaves his way to the top of the box, but his shot is dragged badly across goal.
73'
Ribery, by the way was booked for removing his shirt in celebration. There you go.
72'
M. Frantz enters the game and replaces M. Feulner.
71'
F. Ribéry gets yellow.
Long way back for Nurnberg now, despite the single goal deficit. They've done nothing of note in the attacking third this second half.
69'
F. Ribéry has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by P. Lahm.
RIBERRRYYYYYY!!!!!
It had to be him, didn't it! After Alaba's dangerous cross missed everyone in the box, Lahm collects the ball on the other side, and whips in a beautiful ball that RIbery can't help but head home! Breakthrough!
68'
T. Kroos enters the game and replaces M. Götze.
67'
Muller is again put through, this time by Robben, but man of the match-elect Schafer rushes out to get rid of the ball.
65'
Muller nearly sneaks one in at the near post, but just pokes the ball about a foot wide. Clever pass again from Ribery to find him.
63'
AND AGAIN! The Nurnberg keeper is really on fire, this time thwarting Gotze, who looked primed to roll the ball under him into the back of the net.
62'
T. Müller enters the game and replaces Thiago Alcântara.
61'
Schafer with an excellent save, tipping away a point-blank header from Mandzukic after a great Lahm cross.
59'
You get the feeling that something may be about to happen for Bayern. Nurnberg's defence has been rock solid, but they're being forced into an increasingly last-ditch series of maneuvers to get rid of danger.
57'
Ribery reverses a neat little pass for Alaba on the overlap, who clips in a ball that is just begging to be headed. Mandzukic accepts the invite, but surprisingly cannot make proper contact on the ball and bobbles a tame one towards Schafer.
55'
In one instant Robben is through on the left thanks to a disguised Lahm pass, but Potagez, not for the first time, is quickly across to cover and slide right into the ball.
53'
Tricky one there for Schafer to deal with, a long ball over the top under pressure from Gotze. In slightly unorthodox fashion, with his hands over his head, the keeper eventually manages to shepherd it out of play.
51'
Robben almost gets away with a push on Pinola, but the referee spots the infraction and gives a free kick, to the fury of the Bayern fans.
49'
Breakthrough seems to lie at the feet of Ribery, if anyone. The Frenchman has the beating of Chandler, but Nurnberg are getting wise to the act and are doubling up on that side whenever he approaches.
47'
P. Lahm gets yellow.
Lahm gets booked for flattening Plattenhardt, clumsy from the Bayern man.
46'
Back again folks!
45' +3
Recess, boys and girls.
45' +2
Mandzukic was incredulous that he was denied a penalty, but it was a clean, absolutely spot on tackle by the Nurnberg substitute. In fact, the Croatian has been booked for his protests.
45' +1
M. Mandžukić gets yellow.
Boateng lets fly from all of 30 yards, but Schafer cannot gather cleanly, letting the loose ball squirm in front of Mandzukic. But Dabanli prevents the tap in!
45'
Another Bayern penalty shout, another unsympathetic ear from he referee. Ribery clips the ball onto the backside of Pinola, which then bounces off his tricep, no chance.
43'
Ginczek, who has been Nurnberg's biggest offensive threat throughout this first half, comes within inches of getting his head to a corner.
41'
ALABA! Nearly a breakthrough for the fullback, who is slipped in by his flankmate Lahn, but is out-hoofed by Schafer, who snares the ball at his toes.
39'
Short spell of pressure here again for the visitors, but they lack any real penetration.
37'
Ginczek wastes a rare opportunity for Nurnberg to get something on the board, lofting a set piece right into the arms of Neuer with bodies piling up in the area.
35'
B. Dabanlı enters the game and replaces P. Nilsson.
Nilsson seems to have picked up a knock, he limps off the pitch to be replaced by Dabanli.
33'
Penalty saved by R. Schäfer!
SAVE BY SCHAFER! He guesses the right way, getting a hand to Alaba's kick towards the left corner!
31'
Bayern penalty! Robben goes down near the byeline. Harsh, harsh call that!
30'
Feulner is released by the midfield on the flanks and has an inch of space to dig out a cross, but it's straight into the arms of Neuer. Another rare opening for the visitors dies.
28'
Mandzukic is down clutching his lower back after leaping for a cross with Pinola. The full back unintentionally barged into the Croatian mid air.
27'
D. Ginczek gets yellow.
26'
Arjen Robben gets his feet wet once again, this time with a free-kick that bounces menacingly in the six yard box before going out.
24'
Gotze slips in Robben on the right, who chops outside the fullback and fires at goal, but the angle was always against him.
22'
Ribery seems to have carte blanche on the left, he again meanders his way into the box, but drills into the side netting after spotting a gap at the near post.
20'
I think the crossbar is still rattling from that Ginczek attempt a few minutes back. A real netbuster it would have been had it gone in.
18'
Nurnberg are just starting to wrest themselves onto a bit of a foothold her, they're at least managed to keep a hold of the ball for sustained spells. Possession stands at a very respectable 54-46 percent split in favor of the hosts.
16'
Daniel Ginczek very nearly with a stunner! He holds the bal up and storms towards goal, before unleashing a cannonball from 25 yards, which cracks the underside of the crossbar with Neuer just about beaten!
14'
Ribery again, this time taking matters even more into his own hands, running right at goal through the centre and letting fly from the D, but Potagez blocks.
12'
Ribery trying to make inroads down the left flank, he troubles the Nurnberg right back Chandler and wins a corner, which comes to naught.
10'
Bayern very top-heavy in this game, with Robben, Thiago, RIbery and Gotze scheming behind Manzukic, and Schweinsteiger taking the opportunity to get forward as well, it's hard for Nurnberg o get a grip on things.
7'
Per Nilsson wins a free kick to relieve pressure on the visitors for a brief second. Bayern were just starting to click into a higher gear.
5'
Ribery whips in a really testing cross that flashed in front the face of goal, narrowly missing Schweinsteiger and Mandzukic, before Schafer gets a handle on the ball.
3'
A low-key start to the game for the home side in a sun-soaked Allianz Arena, concentrating possession in the opposition half.

And here we go!
Welcome to Goal's live coverage of the Bundeslgia clash between Bayern Munich and Nurnberg! My name is Keeghann Sinanan, and I'll be you guide throughout.
Mario Gotze makes his Bayern debut amongst much attention in the 4-1-4-1 formation deployed by Pep Guardiola. Only one defensive-minded midfielder today in Schweinsteiger, though to be quite honest, Bayern don't need much more than that today, such is the gulf in quality between them and their opponents.
First our teams...
Not the all conquering half of football that some have come to expect from the hosts. Justice seemed to be done as Alaba missed a penalty that never should have been awarded, though Ginczek could have made headway at the other end with a crashing drive that struck the post. Join us for the second half in a bit.
Deserved win for Bayern in the derby, and they now have racked up a record 28 games unbeaten in the Bundesliga. It looked for a moment like Nurnberg would pull off the upset, but there was just too much talent, too many options for Bayern to be held down.
That's it for me, it's been a pleasure. Bye for now.
