CASILLAS IS ON FIRE HERE! The Madrid captain pulls out three world class saves late on to deny Copenhagen a consolation!
90' +1
Á. Di María has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Álvaro Morata.
GOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLL FOR REAL MADRID!! A DOUBLE FOR DI MARIA!! The Argentine shows patience inside the Copenhagen box and waits for his moment before lashing a strike into the bottom right corner! 4-0! Emphatic!
89'
Real Madrid just upping their play a few gears in the latter stages here. Copenhagen press ahead for a Bernabeu consolation, but the hosts smell blood, and want their fourth goal now.
88'
T. Delaney gets yellow.
87'
Thomas Delaney goes into the book late on as he goes in rashly on Isco just inside the Copenhagen half.
85'
Illarramendi has put in a decent performance tonight. It must be difficult to try and fill the superfluous Xabi Alonso's boots, but he certainly has the quality of passing in his locker.
83'
The Madrid fans want another goal here, but the hosts look more than happy to run down the clock. However, surely Ronaldo will be eager to make it two consecutive hat-tricks in the Champions League?
81'
Jesé enters the game and replaces K. Benzema.
Final switch of the match from Los Blancos as Jese Rodriguez comes on for Karim Benzema. The Frenchman has done okay, but once again he has failed to find the net.
79'
MORATAAAA!!! Unlucky! The 20-year-old find himself in a great position in the inside channel inside the box and rifles a shot towards the near post. Wiland remains solid to make a decent save at the front post, though.
77'
Isco breaks into his favourite position in the hole and looks to thread a pass in behind the defence for Di Maria, but an important interception from Mellberg scuppers the Argentine's chances of a shot on goal.

Description
75'
Iker Casillas will be one of the most bored people in Santiago Bernabeu tonight. I don't think he's had a save to make.
74'
Álvaro Morata enters the game and replaces S. Khedira.
73'
This is the substitution the Madrid fans have wanted for a little while now. Alvaro Morata enters the fray and replaces Sami Khedira. A positive change from Ancelotti.
72'
T. Kristensen enters the game and replaces N. Jørgensen.
71'
Á. Di María has scored a goal for Real Madrid!
GOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLL FOR REAL MADRID!! THAT SETTLES IT! Los Blancos counterattack at pace and Di Maria picks up the ball on the right before drifting inside and driving a strike into the left corner! 3-0! Game over!
70'
Copenhagen run the risk of coming on the end of a hiding here. They are pursuing a goal to get back into the game, but as a result they are opening up huge space at the back for Madrid to exploit.
68'
What an absolutely sensational cross it was from Di Maria for Ronaldo's goal there. He flicked his left foot behind his right foot and scooped the ball up into the air.
67'
Isco enters the game and replaces L. Modrić.
Both sides make a change shortly after the second goal for Madrid. Isco is introduced in place of Luka Modric, and Fanendo Adi is on for Braaten for Copenhagen.
66'
F. Adi enters the game and replaces D. Braaten.
65'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Á. Di María.
GOOOOOOOAAAAAAAALLL FOR REAL MADRID!! RONALDO MAKES NO MISTAKE THIS TIME!! A lovely move from the hosts sees Benzema flick the ball round the corner for Di Maria, who bursts to the byline before lifting a sublime cross inside. Ronaldo is there to bullet a header home! 2-0!
64'
D. Braaten gets yellow.
Ronaldoooooo!!!! How close was that! The Madrid man steps up and whips the ball up and over the wall but his attempt just doesn't dip in time and hits the roof of the net. Really unlucky.
63'
C. Bolaños enters the game and replaces Y. Toutouh.
Free kick to Real Madrid in a great position here. Braaten cynically brings down Modric on the edge of the box and the hosts get the set-piece. This is definitely Ronaldo territory.
62'
First substitution of the match as Bolanos comes on for Toutouh for Copenhagen.
60'
Excellent covering from Illarramendi. Jacobsen gets into an advanced position once again and bursts into the Madrid box. He looks poised to volley at goal but the former Real Sociedad man comes in with an important interception.
58'
Ronaldo blazes over again. Di Maria slides the ball out wide to the Portuguese, who succeeds in a few step overs before cutting inside and lashing a left-footed strike over the bar. Plenty of power, but no direction.
56'
Disappointing again from Di Maria. The Argentine receives the ball out wide from Ronaldo and then looks to find his team-mate again inside the box, but his weak right-footed cross is easily dealt with.
54'
Pepe has managed to come back out in the second half wearing some rather fashionable Terry Butcher-style headwear.
52'
Carvajaaaaaal!!! Nearly a superb goal! The right-back finds himself in an advanced position inside the box and turns sharply before lashing a right-footed shot towards the top corner. The attempt unluckily flashes by the post, though.
50'
He at least gets a strike on target a few moments later, but Wiland makes a comfortable save.
49'
Di Maria's the theme of a lack of potency in front of goal for Madrid as he latches on to a superb cross inside the box, only to miscue his shot and send his effort up into the air.
47'
Jacobsen gets down the right early on in he second period and floats a cross to the edge of the box. The ball eventually falls to Claudemir but the Brazilian's effort harmlessly bounces wide.
46'
We are back under way in Madrid!
44'
L. Modrić gets yellow.
Modric earns the first booking of the match for Real Madrid as he goes in with the studs showing on Gislason. It was a deserved yellow, and there's no complaints about it.
43'
Madrid are just winding down the end of the first half here by keeping the ball patiently in the final third. They aren't in any rush to find a second and seem quite content to enter the break with just the one-goal advantage.
41'
MODRIC CLEARS OFF THE LINE! Jorgensen rises high from the corner and bullets a header towards goal that bounces off the underside of the crossbar. The Croatian was well-placed to blast the ball away from the line! Madrid let off the hook!
40'
Fantastic play from Bengtsson! The left-back goes on a marauding run down the left and skips by a couple of challenges before earning a corner out of Modric.
38'
A small break in play at the moment as Pepe is down injured. The Madrid man took a sore one in the face from Braaten and looks to have cut his brow open. Sergio Ramos is warming up in anticipation that he won't be able to continue.
36'
Important clearance from Sigurdsson. Di Maria switches flanks and floats out to the left-hand side before hitting a dipping cross into the six yard box, but the 27-year-old was on hand again to smash the danger away.
34'
Again, the little trick is just not needed by Ronaldo. He breaks in behind the Copenhagen defence and has the opportunity to turn and play in a team-mate, but he instead attempts a backheel pass into the box, which is easily intercepted.
32'
An effort to forget for Cristiano Ronaldo here. He picks up possession in his favoured position on the left as he looks to cut inside and whip a strike towards the top corner. His attempt nearly hits the top seat of the Santiago Bernabeu instead.
30'
Much better from the visitors. Gislason gets into space between the Madrid defence and midfield and looks to test Casillas with a shot from range. This time though, his attempt screws wide of the right-hand post.
28'
Really nice move from Copenhagen! Lars Jacobsen gallops down the right and exchanges a lovely one-two with Gislason before cutting a pass back to the edge of the box. Toutouh meets the ball and whips a strike at goal but it's straight down the throat of Casillas, who collects.
26'
Brilliant challenge from Sigurdsson!!! Modric breaks through on goal through the middle and looks poised to volley on goal, but he is stopped in his tracks by the Copenhagen defender, who hooks the ball to safety!
24'
DI MARIIIIAAAA!!! WHAT A MISS THAT WAS!! Benzema breaks the offside trap and runs in behind in the inside right-channel before reversing a pass back inside. The Argentine meets the ball at the penalty spot but guides his strike wide of the right-hand post!
22'
That was a gift for Ronaldo. Absolutely awful defending and terrible goalkeeping from Wiland!
21'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Marcelo.
GOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAALLL FOR REAL MADRID!!! THEY DO EVENTUALLY LINK-UP!! Marcelo bursts down the wing and swings a cross to the back post for Ronaldo, who waits for the cross to clear the defence and goalkeeper before heading into the empty net! 1-0!
20'
Ronaldo and Marcelo look to link-up down the left flank once again. The Portuguese is double-marked and looks to exchange a quick one-two with his team-mate, but it doesn't come off and Copenhagen get the goal kick.
18'
Stale Solbakken's men made a bright start to the match, but they have fell into their shell a bit in the past few minutes. This is playing straight into the hands of Madrid, who look to be on the ascendancy.
16'
A bit early for the party tricks, Cristiano! The former Manchester United man and Marcelo have a little fun down the left with some flicks and spins. Perhaps wait until you're a few goals up?
14'
Superb defending from Olof Mellberg! Di Maria whips in a cross and Ronaldo looks to dart across goal to get a header in, but the Swede comes in with a commanding clearance to send the ball out for a corner.
12'
Ronaldoooo!! The Portuguese just tests his shooting boots as he hits a speculative effort at goal from the edge of the box. Wiland gets his body behind the ball, though, and makes a comfortable save.
10'
The former Leverkusen man looks to break down the right once again. He opts to skip back inside, but his pass inside is wayward and goes straight to the feet of Sigurdsson, who cleans up.
8'
Modrid swings in the corner, but a trio of defenders easily manage to smuggle the ball out of the box. Not the best delivery.
7'
Copenhagen look to break out of their own half but a silly foul from Braaten on Carvajal gives Madrid a free kick in a useful position in the final third.
6'
BENZEMAAAAA!!! IT SHOULD BE 1-0!! Marcelo goes on a signature run down the left-hand side and whips a cross into the box for the Frenchman, who twists a header wide from six yards out!
4'
Finally Real Madrid settle into their game and string together a few passes. They were under the cosh there for a small period, but you never really doubted they would eventually take charge.
3'
Toutouh swings in the set-piece and Casillas is bundled into his own net. No foul is given, but Los Blancos still manage to scramble the ball clear.
2'
Very bright start from the visitors here. Nicolai Jorgensen goes on a powerful run down the wing and eventually earns an early corner kick for his side.

We are under way in Madrid!
Good evening folks! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the Champions League Group B clash between Real Madrid and Copenhagen from Santiago Bernabeu!
I'm Martin Macdonald, and it's my pleasure to take you through the action!
Los Blancos got off to an absolute flyer in their opening match of the Champions League season, as they came out massive 6-1 winners in a demolition of Galatasaray in Turkey.
A perfect start to their pursuit of La Decima.
A notable absentee for Madrid tonight is world record signing, Gareth Bale, who misses out tonight due to injury.
Madrid didn't have the best of times in their last clash. They were defeated 1-0 on their own turf by rivals, Atletico, with a Diego Costa goal settling the match.
Copenhagen have suffered a terrible start to their domestic campaign and with just two wins from the opening 10 matches, Stale Solbakken's side currently find themselves in the relegation zone - their plight not helped by Saturday’s 3-2 defeat away at Brondby.
The Champions League anthem sounds out in Santiago Bernabeu! Never fails to induce some goosebumps!
The teams exchange the pre-match handshakes, and we are only a few moments from kick off!
Real Madrid (4-2-3-1):Casillas; Carvajal, Pepe, Varane, Marcelo; Khedira, Illarramendi; Di Maria, Modric, Ronaldo; Benzema
Half time in the Spanish capital. A solitary strike from Cristiano Ronaldo is the difference at the moment as Real Madrid lead Copenhagen 1-0 at the break in this Champions League Group B clash. Carlo Ancelotti's outfit have had plenty of possession and a few golden chances, but the small threat is still there from the visitors. Should be an interesting second period! Join us for that, in 15 minutes!
Full time in Madrid. Two goals a-piece from Cristiano Ronaldo and Angel Di Maria see Los Blancos on their way to another comprehensive victory in Champions League Group B. Copenhagen were the victims this time, and never really looked likely to threaten Carlo Ancelotti's sides excellent start to their European campaign. I'm Martin Macdonald, thank you for joining us! See you next time!
