Four minutes of added time allocated by the referee here and a collective groan sounds out in the stadium as the home fans realise they are going to be under the cosh from Denmark for an extended period. The visitors will be wondering how they have managed to leave Hampden without at least a draw - should the scoreline remain the same.
89'
How has that not went in for Martin?! A game of penalty-box pinball ensues as Denmark fail to clear, but the Derby attacker unfortunately can't control the pacey ball to feet at the back post, and eventually misses to the left! It actually looks like it may have been a clearance that cannoned off his leg.
87'
G. Greer gets yellow.
Confirmation of a yellow for Greer, who comes through the back of Dalsgaard to commit the foul.
86'
Denmark must have had upwards of a dozen free kicks in and around the Scotland penalty area tonight, but the Tartan Army have been dogged and solid in their defending from set-pieces. The latest is a strike from Durmisi, but it is whipped up and over the wall before flashing wide of the right-hand post.
84'
The plethora of substitutions has disrupted the play of the game here, which is fairly typical of friendly fixtures. The time is ticking away and the Scotland fans will finally be able to get out of the cold soon as they haven't had the most enthralling second period to view at Hampden.
82'
O. Burke enters the game and replaces M. Ritchie.
Another change from Scotland here as 18-year-old Nottingham Forest midfielder, Oliver Burke, enters the action to replace Matt Ritchie, who is the match winner as things stand. Another excellent display from the winger.
81'
L. Schöne enters the game and replaces C. Eriksen.
Eriksen comes off to be replaced by Lasse Schone for Denmark.
80'
Another Scottish booking here and it goes to Liam Bridcutt for a quite shocking two-footed challenge on Sviatchenko down the left channel. If that is a competitive game he definitely sees red, but the referee clearly wants to keep 22 players out there as he only displays the yellow. Pretty disgraceful tackle, really.
79'
L. Bridcutt gets yellow.
78'
Just over 10 minutes remaining here and Denmark are running out of time to save something from this international friendly clash. The scoreline itself, of course, doesn't mean too much, but a defeat against Scotland won't exactly too wonders for the confidence of the Scandinavian nation.

Description
76'
INCREDIBLE BLOCK FROM CHRISTENSEN! Anya opens up his stride down the left flank and typically darts past the defender before dragging a teasing cross to the back post from the halfway line. Ritchie is on hand to go for his second goal of the game, but he is foiled by the Chelsea loanee, who somehow gets across to make the interception!
74'
Denmark will be wondering just how on earth they aren't level here, as they have been pounding this Scotland goal for the majority of this second half. Some sturdy set-piece defending from Scotland, as well as the heroics of Gordon in between the sticks, continue to frustrate the visitors, though!
72'
FANTASTIC DOUBLE SAVE FROM GORDON! Initially, the Celtic stopper is forced down to his left to beat away an attempt from Eriksen, but somehow manages to get up to also keep out Braithwaite's rebound which seemed destined to nestle beyond the goal line! Terrific agility from the Scot, and he has kept his nation ahead at Hampden!
70'
Another substitution for Scotland here and it was hypothesised that Shaun Maloney wouldn't last the distance due to his advancing years. He will be replaced in the centre of midfield by Liam Bridcutt, who has a handful of caps to his name.
69'
L. Bridcutt enters the game and replaces S. Maloney.
68'
J. McGinn gets yellow.
Yellow card John McGinn
McGinn, who has been typically combative in the middle of the park so far tonight, earns the first yellow card of the match for a cynical foul on Hojbjerg, who looked poised to open up the Scotland defence after a excellent turn around 30 yards out.
66'
Scotland have been pretty poor since the break and it is fairly clear that the reason for it is their apparent lack of ambition going forward, which was there for all to see in the opening 45. The likes of Anya, Ritchie, and Griffiths when he was on, have really struggled to get the play up the pitch.
64'
E. Sviatchenko enters the game and replaces D. Agger.
Denmark follow suit and make their own third change of the match, and it is no real surprise to see Agger taken out of the firing line. His replacement at the back will be Erik Sviatchenko, who actually made his debut for club side, Celtic, in this very stadium in the League Cup in January.
62'
Daniel Agger has had a pretty torrid time at the back for Denmark tonight. That awful mistake in the first half not withstanding, his passing has been woeful on occasion which is quite uncharacteristic from him, meaning that the visitors have gifted possession back to Scotland so cheaply more than once.
60'
C. Martin enters the game and replaces L. Griffiths.
Third change of the match from Gordon Strachan now and it sees Griffiths, who is still waiting for his first Scotland goal even though he has been lighting it up at club level, trudge off the pitch to be replaced by Derby striker, Chris Martin.
58'
Eriksen, who has probably been the best Dane on the pitch tonight, goes to claw his nation back into the game with a rasper of a strike on goal from 25 yards, but Hanley does well to charge it down, meaning the attempt is eventually flashed harmlessly over the bar.
56'
Just over 10 minutes into the second half now and unfortunately for the viewing public, the game hasn't been much of a prospect since the break. The pitch isn't helping too much as the heavy rain in Glasgow tonight is making the surface wickedly slick in small areas.
54'
Hojbjerg has been neat and tidy in his possession tonight, but without really pulling the strings with any kind of dominance in the central area. He attempts to make more of an impact on this occasion by displaying a brilliant bit of technique to slice a looping attempt at goal, but in the end Gordon sees it comfortably over the crossbar. Really good try, though!
52'
Griffiths has been the player of the season in the Scottish Premiership this season with a tally of 30+ goals, but it doesn't look like the form has translated over to the international stage much here as he has struggled to get into the game. With Fletcher now off and the lone-striker role now being played, it looks like he faces the prospect of an even more isolated period up top.
50'
No surprise that both coaches have opted to freshen up their ranks at the break as this match is basically in place for World Cup qualifying preparation, which will begin near the start of next season. Plenty of players being given the chance to impress, which is good to see.
48'
SAAAAAAAAVEE FROM LOSSL! The Denmark substitute has only been involved in the action just a couple of short minutes but is already called into action as he is forced to retreat back and tip over a drilled Maloney strike which looked destined to fly into the roof of the net through the middle. Baptism of fire for the Dane!
46'
I. Anya enters the game and replaces S. Fletcher.
J. Lössl enters the game and replaces K. Schmeichel.
C. Mulgrew enters the game and replaces K. Tierney.
M. Braithwaite enters the game and replaces Y. Poulsen.
We are back under way at Hampden, and some changes to report for both sides...
For Denmark, Jonas Lossl replaces Kasper Schmeichel between the sticks.
Gordon Strachan also replaces Steven Fletcher with Ikechi Anya.
The impressive Tierney is replaced by Charlie Mulgrew for Scotland.
Another change from the visitors as Poulsen is replaced by Martin Braithwaite.
44'
Only one minute of extra time allocated by the referee here which sounds about right as there haven't been much stoppages apart from that Scotland goal and a few set-pieces for Denmark through Eriksen.
42'
SAVE FROM SCHMEICHEL! Ritchie, who has drifted in and out of prominence in the first half, pops up on the right wing here and cuts back on his left foot before whipping a teasing cross to the front post. Fletcher typically gets in front of his marker to glance a header at goal, but the Leicester City stopper gets down to make the solid block.
40'
McGinn is another player making his debut for the Scots tonight, and like Tierney, he can be very proud of his opening half in a Scotland shirt. The youngsters coming in for Gordon Strachan are showing no fear when on the ball, which is quite refreshing to see.
38'
Under 10 minutes remaining in the half now and the way the match is going at the moment Scotland are going to go into the break with their narrow lead intact. Gordon has been tested once by a decent strike, while Schmeichel's only real bit of action so far has been collecting the ball out of his own net!
36'
Hojbjerg, who is viewed as one of the most promising young midfield talents in Europe, attempts to take the game by the scruff of the neck by a bursting run through the middle before a subsequent shot on goal. Unfortunately for him the long-range attempt goes high, wide, and not very handsomely over the crossbar.
34'
Now it is Scotland's time to try and heap some pressure on the opposition defence with some probing possession. Tierney and Maloney once again link up effectively on the left channel, but the duo find themselves outnumbered eventually due to a lack of support, as Denmark push forward.
32'
How has that not went in for Denmark?! Eriksen swings in yet another teasing corner kick into the box and this time Scotland fail to clear at the second attempt. Kjaer and Jorgensen but have a crack from close range, but neither get decent contact on it which allows Tierney to eventually smuggle possession away from danger to the left wing.
30'
Maloney, who is now in the veteran years of his career at 33-years-old, shows he can still put in a shift by brilliantly tracking Dalsgaard from right-back all the way up to the corner flag in his own half, where he eventually concedes the corner. Don't think the Scot will last the 90 at that rate!
28'
Since that chance for Poulsen when he was foiled by Tierney, the game has been pretty much bereft of goalscoring opportunities at either end. Eriksen has threatened from a few set-piece deliveries, but up until now it has been nothing Scotland can't handle with their power in defence.
26'
Durmisi gallops down the left wing with pace and eventually hits the byline before digging out a fabulous cross to the back post, but there are no takers for Denmark inside the box! That was begging to be smashed home, but Scotland are let off the hook.
24'
Denmark once again find themselves in a position where they are seeing plenty of the ball, but without much penetration into the final third. Furthermore, they need to be pretty wary of Scotland on the counterattack because more than once already the hosts have utilised their pace to get in behind.
22'
OH WHAT A POOR PASS FROM MALONEY! The former Celtic winger, who is usually so assured and composed in possession, attempts to pick out Griffiths through on goal with a threaded pass into space, but there is just too much on it, which means Schmeichel can proactively come off his line to claim. He would have been one-on-one!
20'
Greer finds himself under massive pressure at the back by Jorgensen and is forced into sending the ball high up the park to Whittaker on the right wing. The Norwich defender rises high to try and take in possession with a header, but is just too much of a stretch as Denmark reclaim the ball.
18'
With this being a relatively meaningless friendly with no Euo 2016 preparations for either Scotland or Denmark, the home fans aren't exactly out in force to see their side tonight, with the attendance in the lower figures by the looks of things. Good thing the goal went in actually, or we could have been in for a damp squib of a fixture.
16'
A very encouraging first portion of the match from Scotland, who look to be continuing their good form from Thursday's impressive win over the Czech Republic in Prague. The confidence does seem to be high within the Tartan Army squad at the moment!
14'
VITAL interception from Tierney! Poulsen manages to break in behind the opposition defence and looks poised to pull the trigger whilst one-on-one with the keeper, but Scotland are saved as the left-back comes in with a perfectly-timed last-ditch tackle. It has been moments like that which haw saw the youngster break into the Celtic starting XI this season.
12'
Eriksen, who actually scored in the last Denmark trip to face Scotland five years ago, attempts to have a similar positive impact here tonight as he collects the ball deep in midfield before spraying a lovely diagonal pass deep down the right wing for Dalsgaard, who subsequently moves up the wing and into space.
10'
The visitors are just attempting to recover quickly from that poorly conceded goal with a nice little period of sustained possession in the middle of the park. The Danes are utilising a five-man defence here tonight, but Dalsgaard and Durmisi at the wing-back positions will be expected to contribute going forward and provide width on the respective flanks.
8'
M. Ritchie has scored a goal for Scotland! Assist by S. Brown.
That is certainly a moment to forget for the Denmark captain - an absolutely dreadful lapse in concentration and judgement at the back!
7'
GOOOOAAAAAAAAAALLLLLL FOR SCOTLAND! A HORROR MISTAKE FROM DANIEL AGGER! The former Liverpool man makes the poor decision to try and usher the ball back to his own goalkeeper with barely any pace on it! The miscommunication at the back allows Ritchie to run through and gratefully slide a lovely finish past Schmeichel into the corner! One-nil!
A fortuitous assist from Brown, whose pass is not dealt with at all well by Agger.
5'
Ritchie pops up on the left wing after a short corner and attempts to whip a cross into the danger area. The delivery is made, but Greer, who had made his way up for the set-piece, can't get a decent enough connection on the header at goal, which sees Schmeichel easily see it wide of the right-hand post.
3'
Tierney, who makes his debut for Scotland this evening at just 18-years-old, attempts to link up with Maloney down the left wing after a bursting run, but the return pass from the veteran lacks the required quality and goes out for a Denmark throw-in. Expect the Celtic full-back to be up and down that flank all night.

We are under way at Hampden Park!
Even though both nations featuring this evening will not be involved in competitive action this summer, it is important that they maintain some form of momentum before taking another stab at major tournament qualification with the World Cup in Russia coming up in 2018. The Danes will feel more aggrieved than the Tartan Army at missing out on the Euros, as they actually made it to the dreaded play-off stage, only to be knocked out be Scandinavian neighbours, Sweden.
Scotland continue to make up the numbers in this round of friendly fixtures, as while some other nations are preparing for competing in the 2016 European Championships in France, the aim of Strachan's charges are more future-based as they prepare for World Cup qualifying after the summer. Luckily for the hosts tonight, though, Denmark also failed to qualify for the Euros so they certainly aren't alone in their disappointment.
Good evening football fans! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the international friendly clash between Scotland and Denmark from Hampden Park in Glasgow.
Interestingly, even though Scotland and Denmark are not preparing for the Euros, last week they both overcame two nations who will feature in the tournament as participants in the form of the Czech Republic and Iceland. A solitary strike from Ikechi Anya sealed the narrow 1-0 win away in Prague for Strachan's men, while a double from Nicolai Jorgensen ensured a 2-1 home victory for Age Hareide's outfit in Herning on Thursday.
TEAM NEWS...
The last encounter between the two European sides was another international friendly clash and came back in 2011. On that occasion five years ago, once again at Hampden, the Scots recorded a 2-1 win with a Robert Snodgrass strike and an own-goal from William Kvist eventually cancelling out Christian Eriksen's first-half equaliser. There have been no recent competitive clashes between Scotland and Denmark within the past few years.
The teams are making their way to the pitch and we are almost ready for the national anthems!
Half-time at Hampden. Scotland go into the break 1-0 up over Denmark thanks to a goal from Matt Ritchie after a horrible error from Daniel Agger at the back for the visitors. A pretty even half otherwise, and there is certainly more goals to potentially come in the upcoming second period!
Full time at Hampden Park. It has been a productive international break for Gordon Strachan's men as they follow up a 1-0 victory in the Czech Republic with a win by the same scoreline tonight against Denmark, who at the very least deserved a draw. Matt Ritchie got the only goal of the game on the night, and both sides will now turn their attentions to preparation for World Cup qualifying fixtures at the start of next season. Thanks for joining us, see you next time!
