CHANCE!! Huge chance for Regini as he gets ahead of Asamoah at the near post and meets a whipped in corner from Muriel, but he heads over the bar from seven yards out!
90' +2
We’re into five minutes of added time as Sampdoria press forward once again, but they still can’t find a way through this Juventus team who are essentially playing with six at the back.
90'
Juventus break forward quickly through Pjanic and Lemina on the left-hand side, but the latter chooses not to cross and just rolls the ball back towards Asamoah. The left-back then gives the ball away cheaply to Muriel who drives towards the Juventus penalty area, but Asamoah makes amends for giving possession away as he eases Muriel off the ball and wins it back.
88'
Both sides are looking pretty weary on the ball now and Juventus are sitting very deep, defending with all eleven men behind the ball at times having taken off Higuain, but Sampdoria are still struggling to create a significant opening.
86'
Close!! Just as he did in the first half Quagliarella attempts an ambitious overhead kick from 12 yards out, but he can only direct it over the bar despite connecting well once again.
85'
S. Lichtsteiner enters the game and replaces G. Higuaín.
A third and final change for Juventus as Stephan Lichtsteiner comes on in place of Gonzalo Higuain.
83'
V. Regini gets yellow.
Dani Alves gets yellow.
Alves and Regini clash as the Juventus right-back drives forward down the right-hand side and the Brazilian will be shown a yellow card.
Regini is also shown a yellow card for his part in the coming together.
82'
Juventus take a huge risk as Barzagli attempts a chipped ball out wide towards Alves from the edge of his own box, but fortunately for the centre-back the ball deflects out off Regini for a throw-in.
80'
Lemina shows his pace as he goes on a driving run down the right-hand touchline, but he’s not able to get a cross away as Regini makes a good sliding tackle, diverting the ball out for a corner which comes to nothing having been taken short by Pjanic.
78'
Praet makes a superb run down the right-hand side of the Juventus penalty area and puts in a wonderful cross across the edge of the six yard box, but there are no Sampdoria players anywhere near the ball and the opportunity passes.

Description
75'
F. Đuričić enters the game and replaces P. Schick.
Schick, who only came on a few minutes ago, is not going to be able to continue having taken a knock in a collision with Asamoah and Filip Duricic comes on in his place.
The referee plays a good advtange as Sala gets away down the right-hand side and has space to put in a cross, but it’s nowhere near any Sampdoria players in the middle and Juventus are easily able to clear. For all their possession in this second half, the final delivery has been poor too often from a Sampdoria point of view.
73'
M. Lemina enters the game and replaces J. Cuadrado.
He’s going to make another substitution now in order to try and change that, with Mario Lemina replacing Cuadrado, who's been pretty quiet since the opening 20 minutes.
71'
Massimiliano Allegri certainly doesn’t look too happy with his side on the touchline and understandably so as they’ve looked pretty lacklustre in this second half.
69'
The pace of this game has just dropped in the last five minutes with Juventus starting to look a little cagey. The home fans are trying to desperately to give their side a lift though, greeting a sustained spell of Juventus possession with loud whistles.
67'
Superb tackle!! Muriel plays a neat reverse pass inside the box for Schick to chase and the substitute looks as though he’s going to get a shot away from six yards out, but Asamoah makes a wonderful tackle to prevent Buffon from being called into action. Schick looks to have taken a knock in the process though.
65'
Sala beats Pjaca in the air from Buffon’s goal-kick and the right-back makes a good run down the right-hand touchline looking for the return ball from Barreto, but the pass is a poor one and goes straight out of play for a throw-in.
63'
D. Praet enters the game and replaces L. Torreira.
Another change for Sampdoria now as they search for an equaliser. Torreira is the man who is going off with Dennis Praet coming on in his place.
61'
Juventus still look a threat whenever they venture forward, but that’s becoming increasingly rare as this half goes on with Sampdoria controlling this game now.
59'
The game is starting to open up now as Pjanic’s appeals for a free-kick just outside the Sampdoria area are waived away by referee Paolo Tagliavento allowing Muriel to break forward at the other end, but the striker is lacking support and Juventus get enough defenders back to regain possession.
57'
Sampdoria once again work the ball into a good position on the right-hand side but not for the first time today the final ball is a poor one as Barreto crosses straight into the arms of Buffon.
55'
A breakdown in communication between Asamoah and Buffon very nearly lets Quagliarella in as the two Juventus players leave the ball for each other, but the left-back just about does enough to get the ball away from danger. Sampdoria are growing in confidence though.
53'
P. Schick enters the game and replaces Bruno Fernandes.
A first change for Sampdoria now as the highly rated Patrik Schick replaces Fernandes.
51'
Chance!!! Pjanic lifts a clever ball over the top of the Sampdoria defence into the box and Higuain guides his first-time volley over the bar from 10 yards out. The flag does go up against the Argentine but replays show he wasn’t offside.
49'
Juventus have given the ball away a couple of time already in the second half and Massimiliano Allegri doesn’t look too pleased as Quagliarella forces Buffon into a smart save high to his left as he cuts inside onto his right foot from the left-hand side before shooting powerfully.
47'
Dani Alves very nearly gifts Muriel an opportunity as he’s tackled by the striker just outside his own penalty box, but fortunately for the Brazilian the ball breaks straight to Barzagli from the tackle and the centre-back takes no chances in clearing the ball downfield.
46'
Kick-off! Higuain gets the second half underway for Juventus.
45' +1
We’re into two minutes of added time at the end of the first half.
45'
SAVE!! Higuain plays a neat one-two with Pjaca on the edge of the box before turning away from Skriniar and drilling a low, left-footed shot towards goal from 10 yards out, but Puggioni gets down well to his right to keep it out once again.
44'
The Sampdoria fans are greeting Juventus passes with a loud chorus of whistles but the visitors remain patient to get the ball into the feet of Pjaca on the left-hand edge of the box, and the substitute's pass across the face of goal evades everyone, including the outstretched Higuain, and goes out for a goal kick.
42'
Sampdoria are enjoying a good spell of possession as they work the ball patiently around the back four before Linetty attempts a clever chip into the box for Muriel to chase, but the pass is just too heavy for the striker and Buffon gathers in the ball with ease.
40'
Juventus haven’t quite got going since Dybala went off and Sampdoria now look the more likely of the two sides to score as the noise from the home crowd continues to increase.
38'
Close! Quagliarella attempts an audacious overhead kick from 12 yards out from a wonderful cross from Jacopo Sala on the right-hand touchline, but despite striking it well he can’t direct it on target and Buffon watches it sail wide of his goal.
35'
Quagliarella this time does win the free-kick after a foul from Pjanic and while the initial delivery from Lucas Torreira is headed clear, the follow up shot is spilled at the first attempt by Buffon, but he just manages to get back to his feet and dive on top of it before Quagliarella can tap it in.
33'
Linetty looks to scamper away from Pjanic but the midfielder does superbly well to stick a toe in and make the tackle, before Quagliarella goes to ground following a challenge from Alves but the referee waives play on which doesn’t go down too well with the home crowd.
31'
Edgar Barreto gets into space on the right-hand side and has Muriel to aim for in the middle, but his cross is a poor one and Buffon is easily able to gather it in. Sampdoria have certainly improved in the last 10 minutes but Juventus still look a threat whenever they go forward.
29'
Wonderful save!! Daniele Rugani gets to a loose ball inside the Sampdoria penalty box after a half clearance from a Juventus corner is lofted back into a dangerous area, and Puggioni comes quickly off his line and superbly blocks the centre-back’s shot. The flag did go up so the goal wouldn’t have stood but Puggioni certainly wasn’t to know that.
28'
M. Pjaca enters the game and replaces P. Dybala.
Dybala isn’t going to be able to continue which is a huge blow for Juventus. Marko Pjaca comes on in his place.
26'
Juventus are forced to knock the ball out of play as Dybala is down close to halfway. He looks to be holding his thigh and is looking pretty dejected.
24'
Sampdoria have a free-kick in a good position 25 yards out to the left hand side of goal after a foul by Pjanic. Regini swings in a cross rather than go for goal himself but Mandzukic gets up well on the edge of the six yard box to head it clear of danger.
22'
Higuain goes on a superb run from close to halfway, skipping past several Sampdoria players in the process before spreading the ball wide to the left-hand side, but having switched play back across the field to Cuadrado on the right, Juventus are forced to settle for a corner as Pjanic’s cross is headed clear. Sampdoria then head the corner clear with ease.
20'
What a save!!! The ball breaks off Karol Linetty and straight to Higuain who is completely unmarked eight yards out from goal, but his powerful shot on the turn is superbly saved by Puggioni who springs to his right to palm the ball away. The Sampdoria keeper is keeping his side in this game at the minute.
17'
Juventus are having plenty of joy in wide areas at the moment, particularly down the right-hand side with Alves getting forward to support Cuadrado at every available opportunity and Sampdoria are struggling to cope with the pace and intensity that Juventus are playing at.
15'
SAVE!!! Somehow the ball stays out of the Sampdoria net as Higuaín’s close range shot is brilliantly kept out by Puggioni, but the goalkeeper can’t hold on and Mandzukic appears to have a simple tap in from two yards out at the back post, but his shot bounces off Higuain who can’t get out of the way on the goal line!
13'
Sami Khedira knocks the ball out of play as Miralem Pjanic is down clutching his foot following a clash with Bruno Fernandes. It looks as though the midfielder is going to be able to continue but Sampdoria will use the break in play to reorganise as Juventus are starting to dominate this game.
11'
Dani Alves plays a lovely ball down the right-hand edge of the box for Higuain to chase and the Argentine gets on the end of it before playing a neat ball into the path of Dybala on the overlap, but his cross is inches too high for Mario Mandzukic who attacks it at pace in the middle of the area.
9'
Sampdoria boss Marco Giampaolo will be pretty disappointed with conceding that goal as he his side had certainly made the brighter start, but Juventus are seeing plenty of the ball now.
7'
J. Cuadrado has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by K. Asamoah.
Asamoah created half a yard of space for himself on the left and whipped in a wonderful cross for Cuadrado to attack.
GOOOOAAAALLLLLL!!! Juan Cuadrado heads Juventus in front!! Moments after Quagliarella had wasted a golden opportunity with a low shot wide of Buffon’s goal at one end, Cuadrado gets in front of Vasco Regini at the back post at the other and meets Asamoah’s wonderful cross to head powerfully past Puggioni from six yards out.
4'
Very nearly a half-chance for Sampdoria as Fabio Quagliarella skips away from Kwadwo Asamoah on the right-hand touchline and looks to cut the ball back for Luis Muriel who’s unmarked 12 yards out from goal, but the ball is just behind the striker who slips as he tries to turn towards it.
3'
Sampdoria show their intentions to play the ball out from the back early on as Christian Puggioni rolls the ball out to Milan Skriniar despite Paulo Dybala applying good pressure on the Sampdoria centre-back. The home side will be relatively happy with the way they’ve start here although Puggioni has to be alert to save a well struck effort from Higuain from the edge of the box, although the shot was straight at him.

Kick-off! Sampdoria get the game underway.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Serie A match between Sampdoria and Juventus at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris.
Sampdoria come into the game on the back of a 1-0 derby win over Genoa courtesy of Luis Muriel's second half goal, a result that extended their unbeaten run to seven matches.
That run has also included wins over Roma and AC Milan and has seen them move up to 10th in the table, after a disappointing start to the season which saw them win just two of their first eight games.
Juventus meanwhile are seven points clear at the top of the Serie A table, having lost just once in their last 15 league matches.
With a 3-1 first leg lead over Napoli in the Coppa Italia semi-final, Massimiliano Allegri’s side are still on course for what would be an impressive treble, having beaten Porto 1-0 in their Champions League last 16 second leg tie in midweek, to secure a 3-0 aggregate win.
Sampdoria boss Marco Giampaolo makes just one change from the win over Genoa, with Christian Puggioni replacing the suspended Emiliano Viviano in goal.
Juventus make four changes to the side that beat Porto in the Champions League, three of which come in defence as Andrea Barzagli, Daniele Rugani and Kwadwo Asamoah replace Leonardo Bonucci, Medhi Benatia and Alex Sandro. The only other change comes in midfield where Miralem Pjanic slots in alongside Sami Khedira in place of Claudio Marchisio.
Juventus ran out comfortable winners when the two sides met earlier in the season at Juventus Stadium, with goals from Mario Mandzukic, Pjanic and an unlikely brace from Giorgio Chiellini helping to seal a 4-1 win.
The players are making their way out of the tunnel and onto the pitch, kick-off is not far away now.
Half-time: Sampdoria 0-1 Juventus
Juventus lead by a single goal at the break thanks to Cuadrado’s early header, and they’ve had several chances to extend their lead throughout the half but have been denied by some wonderful saves from Puggioni in the Sampdoria goal. The hosts did grow in confidence following Dybala’s injury as Juventus lost their momentum slightly, but struggled to create any meaningful opportunities.
Massimiliano Allegri will be keen for his Juventus side to get the ball into wide areas as often as possible in the second half, particularly into the feet of Cuadrado and Asamoah who’ve looked dangerous throughout, and a second Juventus goal early in the second period could be too much for Sampdoria, who may well have to rely on a few more saves from Puggioni if they’re to get anything from this game.
Full-time! Sampdoria 0-1 Juventus
It’s all over at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris and Juventus have clung on to a 1-0 win thanks to Juan Cuadrado’s early goal. It was far from convincing for Massimiliano Allegri’s side who struggled to create any real chances after Paulo Dybala had been forced off with a first-half injury. Sampdoria meanwhile will feel they deserved at least a point, although they struggled to create too many meaningful opportunities and were indebted to goalkeeper Christian Puggioni for keeping the score at 1-0 with several good saves early on. That’s all from us for today, thanks for joining us and we hope you can join us again soon.
