Sokratis concedes a corner when trying to prevent a throw-in, and that looks like it could be the end of the game.
90' +2
BLOCK! Incredible!! Isak finds a yard of space in the box and looks certain to slot past the keeper, but his shot is deflected just round the post! That was Dortmund's golden opportunity to nick an equaliser!
89'
Mahmoud Dahoud gets yellow.
Dahoud is the latest player to be booked as he trips Tolisso to prevent him from breaking away.
88'
A. Isak enters the game and replaces J. Toljan.
Stoger rolls the dice one last time as right-back Toljan comes off for a forward in Isak.
87'
S. Rudy enters the game and replaces Javi Martínez.
Martínez comes off for Rudy as Heynckes looks to hold out in the last few minutes.
86'
MISS! Dortmund were inches from being level! Pulisic leads the charge down the left as he counter-attacks with pace, before switching the ball to Schurrle on the right. The substitute fires a low shot towards the far corner, but it's inches wide with Ulreich beaten!
85'
Schmelzer thinks he's in behind on the left after the ball breaks kindly for him, but the offside flag goes up just as he smashes his cross into the middle.
83'
A. Vidal gets yellow.
Vidal also picks up a yellow for a cynical foul on Pulisic, hauling him back to prevent a quick counter-attack.
82'
BLOCK! Tolisso chests the ball down on the right and feeds Muller in the box. He turns and strikes one with his left, but it's deflected behind for a corner!
80'
MISS! Toljan drags an effort just wide of the far post from the edge of the box! Dortmund have their tails up now and suddenly look filled with the belief that they can claw this game back!

Description
79'
R. Lewandowski gets yellow.
Lewandowski goes into the book for an over-the-top reaction as he's penalised for a foul on Dahoud after more nice skill from Kagawa. He squares up to the referee, bellowing in his face, and is rightly booked.
77'
A. Yarmolenko has scored a goal for Borussia Dortmund! Assist by S. Kagawa.
Yarmolenko may have gotten the goal, but much of the credit belongs to Kagawa for that lovely bit of skill and cross.
GOAL! Out of nowhere, Dortmund have a lifeline! Kagawa sells Kimmich and Martinez a glorious dummy, before whipping the ball to the back post for Yarmolenko to power a header past Ulreich at his near post! The goalkeeper got a hand to it, but just couldn't keep it out!
75'
C. Tolisso enters the game and replaces J. Rodríguez.
And a change is made, but it's James who departs the field as Tolisso joins Vidal and Martinez in the centre of the park.
74'
Boateng clutches at his hamstring after stretching to clear a powerful, driven cross from the left. The resulting corner doesn't beat the first man, but Boateng looks like he may well have to go off.
71'
Schurrle tries to swing the ball towards Toprak in the middle, but it's a little too long and it goes behind for a goal kick.
68'
CHANCE! Yarmolenko swings a cross into the box, but Kagawa's header is straight at Ulreich. Yarmolenko is being found out wide too often, when he's meant to be the focal point for this team. It's leaving Dortmund without a centre-forward in many instances, when they need a presence in the box to tuck chances away.
67'
Yarmolenko wins a corner on the right, and it finds its way to Schurrle in the box, but his effort lacks conviction and is blocked away in any case.
64'
CHANCE! Bayern almost make it three! Vidal works it to James, who feeds Muller on the right. The German then fires a low ball across the face of goal, but a vital touch from Burki takes it away form both Lewandowski and Vidal at the back post, who were waiting to tuck into an empty net!
63'
OFFSIDE! The ball is worked well from the right into Schurrle, who has acres of space! However, his touch is heavy and he's offside anyway. That was a real wasted opportunity, as Schurrle had an onside team-mate behind him.
62'
Toljan tries a speculative effort, but it deflects up off of Boateng and Ulreich catches comfortably.
61'
K. Coman enters the game and replaces F. Ribéry.
Ribery, still making his way back to full fitness, is replaced after an hour. He has been Dortmund's tormentor-in-chief tonight, and I'm sure they'll be glad to see the back of him! Coman comes on in his place.
57'
MISS! Kagawa gets a rare sight of goal for Dortmund, but he can only send his shot wide of the far post. He's had to take it under pressure, and it was always curling away from goal.
56'
A. Schürrle enters the game and replaces Raphaël Guerreiro.
Stoger makes another attacking change as he replaces Guerreiro with Schurrle on the left wing. They need to score, and soon, and the German is certainly not shy about pulling the trigger.
53'
Dormund enjoy a spell of possession as they advance into the Bayern area, but they can't make anything of it and eventually lose it, before having to retreat all the way back into their own half.
49'
SAVE! How is it not three?! Ribery again creates something on the left, feeding Alaba through. The left-back crosses from the byline, and Muller powers a header at goal at the back post, but Burki makes a ridiculous save from virtually on the line with his foot!
47'
MISS! Sule rises highest from the resulting corner, but the towering centre-back can only head over the bar.
46'
And Dortmund get the ball rolling for the second half!
SAVE! Bayern carve out an opening almost immediately! Ribery dances down the left and slips James through in the box. He hits it first time on the stretch, but a deflectio takes the sting out of it and Burki keeps it out at his near post!
45'
Kagawa's through ball doesn't quite come off, and that looks like it'll be half-time.
44'
Dortmund are coming out now. They haven't got a choice. They have to takes some more risks if they're going to find a way back into this game.
40'
T. Müller has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by R. Lewandowski.
Lewandowski received the ball on the edge of the box and calmly assessed his options, before playing a simple pass into Muller, and his fellow forward finished the job with aplomb!
GOAL!!!! What a lovely goal! Lewandowski calmly plays Muller into the box on the right, and the German produces a beautiful finish, delicately chipping the ball into the far corner over Burki from a tight angle. What a goal! It's 2-0 Bayern!
35'
BLOCK! Yarmolenko finds himself in acres of space inside the box as Alaba misses Pulisic's ball in! He checks onto his left foot and curls towards goal, but the Austrian gets back superbly to head off the line!
34'
Mahmoud Dahoud enters the game and replaces Marc Bartra.
Well this is interesting. Centre-half Bartra is being replaced by central midfielder Dahoud. The defender doesn't look as though he's carrying an injury, so this must be a tactical change. Stoger sees that they can't just sit back and need an extra man in midfield, so he's going to 4-3-3 in an attempt to put more pressure on the hosts.
Ribery again works some space down the left out of nothing, but a miscommunication with Lewandowski sees his pass go out of play for a goal kick.
32'
Alaba and Ribery combine well down the left before the latter gets in the box, but he just can't find any space and eventually loses the ball. He's been so bright down this flank, sometimes beating three or four men with the ball at a time.
30'
Boateng makes a fantastic challenge on his way back from attacking a corner, using his strength well and ending a dangerous-looking attack for Dortmund.
29'
Another Dortmund attack breaks down on the edge of the box, and Bayern assume control of the ball once again. It's so difficult for the visitors to press when they are outnumbered in midfield.
27'
Dortmund try to work an attack of their own, but the ball into Kagawa on the edge of the box is poor and it bounces off him and towards the goalkeeper, who can just pick it up.
24'
Muller produces a cute back-heel at the byline that just doesn't find its man, before Alaba is penalised for a foul as he tries to win the ball back.
22'
F. Ribéry gets yellow.
Ribery then goes into the book for coming back onto the pitch and attempting to get involved in the play without the referee's permission.
20'
Sule puts the ball out of play as Ribery requires some treatment. He's got blood coming out of his nose and mouth, and looks as though he took a whack to the face when going at the Dortmund defence.
19'
Bayern are knocking the ball around confidently, and the visitors just can't get near them. It has been an irrepressible Bayern so far.
15'
Dormund have been trying to get at Bayern, but the absence of Aubameyang is clearly affecting them. Yarmolenko has been caught offside more than once as he's tried to get in behind with pace, and the winger is having to find his feet quickly in the most difficult of circumstances.
12'
J. Boateng has scored a goal for Bayern Munich!
GOAL! Bayern's relentless pressure pays off and they finally make the breakthrough! Sule meets James' free-kick at the back post with a firm header, which Burki just about tips onto the crossbar, but it falls for Boateng, who places his header back across the keeper and into the net! It's 1-0 to Bayern!
11'
MISS! How are Bayern not ahead! Ribery evades several challenges to get into the box and sting the palms of Burki with a fierce strike. However, the keeper can only palm the shot up into the air, and Lewandowski tries to hook the ball over his shoulder and into the far corner, but it bounces just wide!
8'
SAVE! Lewandowski latches onto a cross-cum-shot on the edge of the six-yard box with his back to goal, turns and tries to loft the ball over Burki, but the keeper beats it away well! He was all on his on in the box, but Burki closed the space down quickly!
6'
CHANCE! Ribery slips a pass in between two Dortmund shirts on the left and James meets it with a first-time effort inside the box, but it's blocked behind for a corner! Bayern are out for blood.
3'
CROSSBAR! Bayern nearly break the deadlock inside the first three minutes! Vidal meets a cross from the right with his head and it smacks the crossbar and comes back into play, before being heftily cleared away! What a start to the game!

And Bayern get us underway for Der Klassiker!
The line-ups are out, and we'll begin with Bayern Munich.
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the DFB Pokal third round clash between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund at the Allianz Arena.
Bayern Munich make four changes coming into this Klassiker, with Thomas Muller rewarded for his goal off the bench in the 1-0 win over VfB Stuttgart on Saturday with a start here tonight. Franck Ribery, David Alaba, and Niklas Sule also come into the side. Corentin Tolisso, Kingsley Coman, Rafinha, and former Dortmund captain Mats Hummels all drop out of the team.
Dortmund make just one change from the side that beat TSG Hoffenheim 2-1 - but it's a significant one. Top-scorer Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang loses his race to be fit for this match after sustaining a muscular injury in training, and misses out on a place in the squad altogether. In his absence, new manager Peter Stoger switches to a back five, bringing in Marc Bartra as a third central defender and placing Andriy Yarmolenko up front.
While Dortmund are without their goal-scoring talisman, Bayern's own front man - Robert Lewandowski - is fit and firing, and will be looking to heap further misery on his old club. The Polish striker has scored nine times in 13 appearances against his former employers.
Defending champions Dortmund have had a relative easy ride in the cup so far, beating minnows Rielasingen-Arlen and Magdeburg 4-0 and 5-0, respectively. Bayern, however, face their second Bundesliga opponent in a row, having edged past RB Leipzig on penalties in an ill-tempered clash in the last round.
And there goes the half-time whistle! What a half of football from Bayern Munich! They came out of the blocks flying, and nearly opened the scoring inside the first three minutes! Muller's cross found the head of Vidal, but the Chilean could only smack the crossbar. James then had an effort blocked, before Burki saved one-on-one from Lewandowski, who missed the target shortly after, but Bayern were soon ahead. Sule's header was tipped onto the bar, allowing Boateng to glance his own header into the net to open the scoring. Shortly before half-time, Yarmolenko had a golden chance to level the scores, but Alaba made up for his error to clear off the line. It proved costly for Dortmund and Muller then produced a lovely chip to send Bayern further into the lead. It's 2-0 to Bayern at half-time!
And there it is! Bayern win Der Klassiker! Boateng opened the scoring with a header before Muller doubled Bayern's lead just before half-time with a glorious chip, and the hosts looked a dominant, irresistible force. But they spurned a catalogue of chances to put the game to bed, and Yarmolenko made up for his earlier effort that was cleared off the line by Alaba when he halved the deficit in the second half. Kagawa produced a lovely bit of skill and crossed for the Ukranian to head home at the far post. Dortmund were resurgent for the last 15 minutes, and substitute Isak thought he'd snatched an equaliser at the death, but Boateng deflected his goalbound shot round the post to preserve Bayern's lead and send them into the next round, knocking out the holders in the process. It finishes 2-1 to Bayern!
