K. De Bruyne has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by L. Sané.
Sane provides the assist.
THAT WILL DO IT! De Bruyne with as cool a finish as you'd like as he punishes Bristol City on the break with what surely will be the last kick of the match!
FULL-TIME: BRISTOL CITY 2-3 MANCHESTER CITY.
90' +5
David Silva gets yellow.
Now David Silva sees yellow as he's a bit over-eager in his attempts to win the ball back.
90' +4
A. Flint has scored a goal for Bristol City! Assist by B. De Cordova-Reid.
Reid provides the assist.
WELL HOW ABOUT IT! PARITY IS RESTORED! It will likely matter little in the grand scheme of things, as Bristol City need two more to win the tie, but they've at least looked to have avoided defeat tonight! Reid meets a cross at the far post and unselfishly heads the ball back across the face of goal where Flint is waiting to knock it home!
90' +3
Gundogan comes close to making it three, teed up by Sane in the centre, but his effort deflects wide. The scoreline, barring a late goal, is the same as that from the first leg, but Bristol City supporters will look back on that performance at the Etihad with much more fondness. That could have easily been a 1-1 draw, while tonight's 2-1 scoreline is flattering.
90' +1
The board goes up to indicate a minimum of five minutes of stoppage time.
89'
INCHES WIDE! That looked like a cross as opposed to a shot from Danilo, who lashed the ball across the face of goal on the end of a threatening counter from the visitors, but it drifts narrowly wide of the far post.
88'
Manchester City will learn their opponent for next month's final tomorrow night when Arsenal host Chelsea at the Emirates, following a goalless draw in the first leg at Stamford Bridge. The final is scheduled to take place at Wembley on the 24th of February, meaning City's Premier League date with Arsenal that weekend will need to be pushed back.
86'
STAT: The last time a Championship side overturned a semi-final first leg deficit against a Premier League club in the competition was in 2000-01 – Birmingham lost the first leg 1-0 to Ipswich, before winning the return 4-1 at home.
85'
Danilo enters the game and replaces K. Walker.
Walker is replaced, five minutes later than expected, as Danilo takes his place.
84'
The atmosphere has been sucked out of the ground as City drain the tempo from the match, keeping the ball comfortably in the attacking half. It's all fizzled out here with Bristol admitting to defeat in the tie.

Description
82'
İ. Gündoğan enters the game and replaces S. Agüero.
City's first change of the night sees Ilkay Gundogan replace Aguero, as they close up shop for the final 10 minutes.
79'
Walker is back up now and jogs onto the pitch after just a few seconds on the touchline. He knows better than anyone what he's feeling, but with a meaningless 10 minutes ahead and the risk that comes with any head injury, why are they bothering to let him continue?
77'
This has been a lengthy stoppage with Walker down for City after taking a blow to the head from Diedhiou. There was no intent whatsoever in it. It was completely accidental and avoidable, in fact, had Walker just jumped to try and win the ball like the Bristol City substitute was expecting.
75'
STAT: Kevin de Bruyne has provided 14 assists for Manchester City in all competitions this season; more than any other player in the Premier League.
73'
R. Kent enters the game and replaces J. Paterson.
Bristol City's final change of the night sees Ryan Kent replace Jamie Paterson.
72'
Bristol City have showed no signs of building on their goal. That hasn't sparked a spell in the ascendency, or even seen their energy levels rise. This is a true sign of City's professionalism, how they were able to get control right back after conceding.
70'
DEFLECTED OVER! Intricate play from City in tight spaces in the penalty area. The two Silva's link up, with David eventually getting the ball through for Sane. The German international turns and fires, but his effort deflects up and over the bar!
68'
It's still a steep climb for Bristol City, but if they can grab another in the next 10 minutes or so, it would set up something of a tense finish. That being said, City have responded well to conceding, asserting themselves again in attack as they look to officially put the game to bed.
66'
STAT: Bristol City have never won a League Cup semi-final match, drawing two and losing three – all against top-flight opposition.
64'
M. Pack has scored a goal for Bristol City! Assist by J. Paterson.
That's the end product Bristol had been craving, as Paterson provides the assist.
THE HOSTS HAVE PULLED ONE BACK! It's likely nothing more than a consolation goal for them, but one to celebrate nonetheless! Paterson floats in an inviting delivery from the right and Pack does well to meet in, guiding a superb header beyond Bravo and in at the far post!
61'
City knocking it about comfortably here, keen to run these final 30 minutes off the clock. They are less than a half-hour away from reaching their first final with Pep Guardiola at the helm.
59'
A bit of a lengthy delay here as Reid is attended to by the training staff in the Manchester City penalty area, as he landed hard on the pitch after trying to get on the end of a cross in from the left, but was denied by a terrific piece of defensive play from Fernandinho.
57'
Bristol City are showing a bit of fight, but it's surely too little, too late for them. They need four goals in the final 33 minutes, without reply, to turn this around, the same number they have in their last seven matches across all competitions.
55'
This does not look like the same Bristol City side we saw at the Etihad a week ago. They're not playing with the same sort of confidence or energy, for whatever reason. It could be attributed to Pep Guardiola's decision to field a stronger side, though that should only explain the scoreline, not the desire the hosts have.
53'
STAT: Bristol City are the only team in the top four English leagues yet to score a non-penalty goal in 2018.
51'
Surely there is no way back now for the hosts, who are set to see their magical cup run come to an end tonight barring a miracle. They need four to turn this around, as a result of the two away goals City now possess.
49'
S. Agüero has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by K. De Bruyne.
Terrific pick-out there from De Bruyne, who provides the assist.
MANCHESTER CITY ON THEIR WAY TO WEMBLEY! Aguero stole the first leg at the Etihad, and now he's sealed the second at Ashton Gate! It's a sumptuous finish from the Argentine, picked out in space on the right by a delicious De Brune pass, and he makes no mistake finishing into the top corner!
48'
It's City who start the second half on the front foot, but we should expect Bristol City to turn it on soon. They need two goals, a tall order against the Premier League leaders, so time will be of the essence for them going forward.
46'
N. Baker enters the game and replaces H. Magnússon.
F. Diédhiou enters the game and replaces L. Walsh.
Famara Diedhiou replaces Liam Walsh at the break, one of two half-time changes made by Bristol City.
Nathan Baker also comes on to play centre-half, replacing Magnusson whose errot led to the goal.
Here they go again...
45' +2
HALF-TIME: BRISTOL CITY 0-1 MANCHESTER CITY.
45'
There will be two minutes added on at the end of this first half.
43'
L. Sané has scored a goal for Manchester City! Assist by Bernardo Silva.
Bernardo is credited with the assist.
A FOOT INTO THE FINAL FOR MANCHESTER CITY! Heartbreak for Bristol City to concede on the stroke of half-time! Magnusson will be kicking himself as he hesitates to clear, giving the ball away to Bernardo, who finds Sane and the winger makes no mistake to slot home from 10 yards!
41'
STAT: Manchester City have won 12 and lost none of their last 14 League Cup matches against second tier opposition as a top-flight team since losing 2-1 to Nottingham Forest in December 1993.
39'
This hasn't been the most fast-paced match by any means, but it's been an exciting watch thus far. There's been chances at both ends and very few lulls in play. That being said, it's been fruitless for both sides, which will be received very differently by the opposing managers.
37'
Decent effort! Magnusson sends a long throw into the area where, quite impressively, Flint is able to over-power a pair of City player to meet it. The centre-half flicks a header dangerously towards goal, but Bravo has it covered.
35'
Confidence building for the hosts as they get into the ascendency, forcing Bravo into action on a couple of occasions with some teasing deliveries in from the flanks. That being said, City have looked at their most dangerous in the seconds directly following Bravo's involvement. They're flying around on the break.
33'
The longer this game stays goalless, the more Bristol City will fancy their odds of going through. Their chance will come, it's just a matter of whether or not they can take it - and if they've been able to keep City out.
31'
STAT: The last second tier team to reach the final of the competition were Cardiff City in 2011-12, who eventually lost on penalties against Liverpool.
29'
VITAL FROM STEELE! Sane sends David Silva through on the left, and the Spaniard drives an effort across the face of goal. Steele reacts superbly to get a touch on it, taking it away from Aguero who was sprinting on to meet it for what would have surely been a simple tap-in!
27'
A threatening break from the hosts comes to nothing as Brownhill, picked out in space on the right, overhits a pass across for Paterson, who was in all sorts of space, as it runs harmlessly behind for a goal kick! The end product wasn't there, but reason for optimism for the hosts there.
25'
Nearly the architects of their own downfall there, are Bristol City! A terrific tackle from Pack sees him win the ball back, but then a careless pass gifts City possession on the break. Flint takes up an excellent position in defence, however, as he's able to bail his side out.
23'
SO CLOSE! It was as straightforward as it gets in the end for Bravo, who makes a simple catch, but that was whipped in teasingly by Walsh and so nearly got the touch it needed from a pair of red shirts rushing on to meet it!
21'
Fernandinho gets yellow.
Big chance coming for Bristol City! Fernandinho goes into the book as he tugs Reid down on the right edge of the penalty area. That will see the City midfielder into the book, but more importantly, the Robins will fancy the position of this looming free-kick.
19'
STAT: Manchester City have progressed from two of their previous three League Cup semi-finals in which they’ve won the first leg, the exception being against Manchester United in 2009-10.
17'
Bristol's attacking threat has been non-existent in the opening stages. Despite needing a victory, this shouldn't come as much of a surprise. They need to focus on keeping City out as conceding an away goal would be a killer. From there, they can wait for their opportunities to present themselves on the break.
15'
NOT QUITE! City need that away goal to put the hosts up against it, and they come close here as Stones gets goalside of his marker to meet a free-kick, but can't get the desired contact as he tamely sends a header wide of the far post!
13'
SCRAMBLED BEHIND! De Bruyne picks out David Silva, who sprays a ball out wide for Aguero. The striker clips a cross-cum-shot off the bar and Bernardo attacks the rebound, but the ball deflects behind as he has to settle for a corner!
11'
Respite for the Robins as they get the ball up the pitch, if only for a minute. They're starting to press more higher up the pitch, starting to disrupt City's rhythm on the ball and get the crowd back into it again.
9'
STAT: The Citizens haven’t lost away to Bristol City since November 1979, losing 0-1 courtesy of a goal from David Rodgers. They won on their last visit to Ashton Gate in the League Cup second round in August 2007 (2-1).
7'
The entirety of these opening seven minutes, or just about at least, have been played in the Bristol City half. The Premier League leaders are really asserting themselves in possession, looking awfully comfortable on the ball.
5'
Bristol City have not mirrored the confidence and energy of their supporters in the early going. It's been a nervy start from the hosts, who concede an early corner as Flint rushes to knock the ball behind. The ensuing set-piece comes to nothing, but the possession is right back with the visitors.
3'
There's no shortage of noise inside the stadium as these Bristol City supporters are in full voice as they hope to witness history tonight. It's the visitors who have enjoyed the bulk of possession early, but they've yet to generate a threat in attack.
1'
AND THEY'RE OFF! Manchester City in their dark blue away strip as they get the match underway, attacking the South Stand, with Bristol City in red tops and white shorts.
Hello and welcome to historic Ashton Gate for live coverage of the second leg of this Carabao Cup semi-final, as Bristol City host Manchester City!
Bobby Reid scored a first-half penalty, but Kevin de Bruyne restored parity shortly after the break and Sergio Aguero nabbed Manchester City a winner in stoppage-time as Bristol City were denied a deserved draw in the first leg at the Etihad.
As a result, only a win will do tonight for Bristol City, a feat they last achieved against Manchester City in 1979, winning 1-0 at Ashton Gate. The away goal will help their cause, but beating the Citizens has been a rare occurrence this season.
It’s been very much a case of always a bridesmaid, never a bride, for Bristol City. They are making their third appearance in the League Cup semi-final, but have never progressed beyond this stage. History can be made tonight.
For Manchester City, this is another step towards achieving the impossible: the quadruple. The domestic treble is very much in their sights, and their Champions League aspirations remain intact. Tonight they can take another big step towards history.
MANCHESTER CITY (4-3-3): Bravo; Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Zinchenko; De Bruyne, Fernandinho, D. Silva; B. Silva, Sane, Aguero.
Lee Johnson makes two changes from the first leg. Goalkeeper Frank Fielding picked up an injury at the weekend and will miss some time. He's replaced today by Luke Steele. Nathan Baker also picked up a slight knock, relegating him to the bench tonight with Liam Walsh taking his place in the side.
Pep Guardiola has named an even stronger side than the one that won the first leg at the Etihad, as he makes five changes. First-teamers Kyle Walker, Nicolas Otamendi, Fernandinho, David Silva and Sergio Aguero are all handed starts tonight, with Danilo, Eliaquim Mangala, Yaya Toure, Ilkay Gundogan and Raheem Sterling giving way.
Bristol City have it all to do now, needing a 2-0 second-half result or better to keep their hopes alive following a late strike from Leroy Sane, who has Manchester City on course for next month's final in Wembley.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along. Goodbye!
Pep Guardiola is off to his first major final as a manager in England as Manchester City fend off a late push from Bristol City to secure a 5-3 aggregate victory. Leroy Sane opened the scoring just before the break and Sergio Aguero looked to put it out of reach shortly after, but the hosts battled back to restore parity in stoppage-time, before Kevin de Bruyne removed all doubt with the last kick of the match.
