86'
Leipzig's best chance of the half as Bruma finds space inside the left of the box. He tries to curl it in at the back post but it is just narrowly wide.
85'
Poor from Sabitzer. Leipzig maintain a sutained spell of pressure in the final third. Keita looks to work the ball wide and Sabitzer opts to attempt a clever heel flick rather than bring the ball under control. Throw to Dortmund.

10 minutes to go here and it has been a second half short of any real quality in the final third. There has been one moment of any real attacking intent from both sides but for the most part it has been a half of misplaced passes coupled with some good defending.

Kevin Kampl is replaced by Stefan Ilsanker.
65'
The game has opened up a little after that spell of Dortmund pressure. Werner has the ball on the edge of the box for Leipzig and opts to roll it wide for Sabitzer. The winger has a bit of space to shoot but it is well blocked by Schmelzer.
63'
Unbelievable! Dahoud shows excellent footwork to find his way between three defenders and to the byline. He pulls the ball back towards the centre of the six yard box. Batshuayi is completely unmarked, barely four yards out and he completely miscues his shot, knocking it sideways and well away from goal. He will not get a better chance.
62'
Schurrle wriggles his way beyond two Leipzig defenders but his pass across the centre of the box is just a little too weak for the run of Reus on the right.
61'

Leipzig with a spell of steady possession for the first time in this second half but Dortmund are maintaining their shape and denying the home side any space in the final third. Not much in the way of attacking play from either side.

Some very high pressing by Augustin forces Burki to launch the ball aimlessly upfield. It finds Emil Forsberg in space on the left wing but he miscontrols it out for a throw.

A couple of loose passes here and there in these opening stages of the second half. The strongly contested midfield battle rolls on.

41'
Dortmund have a renewed energy to them after that goal and have stepped up the tempo a little here. Leipzig are still holding their own well though.
38'

GOAL! Third time lucky for Dortmund! Dahoud's pass is right down the middle and Marco Reus is in behind the Leipzig defence. He takes one touch to move the ball around the oncoming Gulasci before slotting a left-footed shot into the back of the net. No offside this time. 1-1.

Naby Keita disposses Schurrle just inside the Dortmund half and plays Augustin into the Dortmund box, with the striker dispatching his shot perfectly into the bottom-right.
GOAL! Dortmund switch off in midfielder as Keita robs Schurrle of the ball. He quickly plays a through ball for Jean-Kevin Augustin inside the left of the box who curls a right-footed effort beyond the reach of Burki. Clinical finish and Leipzig have their lead.
25'
Dortmund have the ball in the net again and again the linesman flags for offside. This time it is Reus who makes his run just a little too early.
24'
Leipzig pour forward in numbers but Werner's cross from the left is unable to find anything other than the welcoming gloves of Burki. The final ball has been lacking for the home side so far.
22'
Risky! Marco Reus closes down Gulasci and another casual pass to a defender from the Leipzig goalkeeper goes dangerously close to being intercepted by the Dortmund winger.
19'
A good delivery on the free-kick loops dangerously towards the front post for Leipzig, but Burki is quickly off his line to punch clear.

16'
Dortmund have the ball in the back of the net but the linesman flags for offside. A very clear indicator of the ability the away side possess on the counter though.
15'
Marcel Sabitzer beats Schurrle on the right wing but his cross is well overhit, going out at the other end for a throw.
13'
A spell of Dortmund possession comes to a poor end as Dahoud's simple pass is straight between Laimer and Schurrle and out for a throw in. Poor from the midfielder.
10'
Great turn from Batshuayi. Andre Schurrle is dispossessed on the edge of the Leipzig box and it falls to the striker inside the box. He turns quickly and unleashes a fierce effort towards the top-right but Gulasci does well to palm it away.
9'
A mistake in defence this time from Dortmund. A poor chipped pass by Akanji gives Werner space to run into. He fires a right-footed effort towards the bottom-left but Roman Burki saves well and Toprak is quick to clear.
7'
A couple of lousy passes early on from the Leipzig defenders. This time Peter Gulasci is guilty of being a little too casual but Gotze slips before he can make the most of it.
4'
Leipzig find space down the left wing but the chipped pass towards the edge of the six yard box is cleared away by Omer Toprak. The home side come again but Augustin is unable to push his way beyond his marker and the ball rolls out for a goal kick. Good start from Leipzig though.
3'
That corner comes to nothing and its back to controlled possession for Leipzig.
2'
Dortmund get an early corner. A deflected through ball finds Michy Batsuayi in space but the Chelsea loanee can't sort out his feet fast enough to find Mario Gotze inside the box.

Leipzig get us underway, kicking left to right.
Good afternoon and welcome to our live coverage of today’s Bundesliga game between RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund at the Red Bull Arena.
RB Leipzig have not really hit the heights of last season, when they finished runners up behind Bayern Munich. A 2-1 defeat to FC Koln last weekend was their third defeat in a row in all competitions, dropping the Bulls to sixth in the table, although they are only three points adrift of second place.
Midfielder Naby Keita is a doubt with a hamstring injury for Leipzig, while left-back Marcel Halsetenberg will miss out due to a cruciate ligament injury. Konrad Laimer missed the defeat to FC Koln with a minor wound but he should be available this afternoon.
Dortmund were left disappointed last weekend when they were held at home to a 1-1 draw with FC Augsburg and will be eager to get back to winning ways this afternoon. There is little hope of a title challenge for the Black and Yellows as they sit 19 points adrift of Bayern, but they can take a huge step to securing Champions League qualification with a win, which would take them six points clear of today's opponents.
There’s just over 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this afternoon…
The bad news for Peter Stoger’s side is that they will be missing five players through injury this afternoon. Defenders Raphael Guerreiro and Erik Durm will miss out with muscle and ankle ligament injuries respectively. They are joined on the sides by winger Andriy Yarmolenko (foot) and midfielders Shinji Kagawa (ankle) and Sebastian Rode (stress fracture).
There are three changes made to the Leipzig side that were beaten by FC Koln last weekend, with Naby Keita overcoming a hamstring injury to start this afternoon in place of Ademola Lookman. Timo Werner will join Jean-Kevin Augustin up front, while Konrad Laimer replaces Bernardo.
Dortmund make two changes to the side that drew with Augsburg at the weekend, as Sokratis and Gonzalo Castro drop to the bench in favour of Manuel Akanji and Mahmoud Dahoud.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: RB LEIPZIG 1-1 BORUSSIA DORTMUND.
It is all even at the break in a well contested first half here at the Red Bull Arena. Dortmund had taken the lead twice only for both goals to be ruled out for offside, before Leipzig took the lead through Augustin's first-time shot. Dortmund finally beat the offside trap barely nine minutes later though, with Reus rounding Gulasci and rolling in the equaliser. All level at the break and neither side showing any sides of taking control of the game so far.
The two sides are back out on the pitch, ahead of the start of the second half.
FULL-TIME: RB LEIPZIG 1-1 BORUSSIA DORTMUND.
It ends all square at the Red Bull Arena as Marco Reus cancelled out Jean-Kevin Augustin's opener. Neither side could really take charge in a second half void of the quality on show in the first half, epitomised by Michy Batshuayi's poor miss from four yards out when completely unmarked. Leipzig poured forward in the dying embers of the game but could not carve out any clear chances of their own, with the Dortmund defenders holding firm. The result means Leipzig stay sixth, while Dortmund drop to third.
