J. Defoe has scored a goal for AFC Bournemouth! Assist by N. Aké.
Assist Nathan Aké
CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! Jermain Defoe, fit again and scoring goals again! Bournemouth win the first ball from the free-kick and it drops to Defoe, who provides a typical finish from short range to draw his side level at the death. What a finale! Watford fans are furious, and won't agree with my earlier comments regarding Andy Madley's performance!
90' +1
S. Okaka gets yellow.
Okaka is booked for a supposed leading arm in an aerial challenge with Steve Cook, a foul was debatable but the card seems harsh.
90'
Four minutes added on here. Is it time for Bournemouth to throw the kitchen sink at Watford? They've got nothing to lose!
89'
Despite the scoreline, it's Watford that have created a late chance here! Deeney picks the ball up in space on the edge of the box, but his low shot is collected by Begovic as he dives to his right.
86'
Watford are showing grit and determination currently to hold onto their lead, they are pressing every Bournemouth player when they pick the ball up and frustrating the away side forcing them to make mistakes.
84'
No chance this game will be last on match of the day tonight, plenty of highlights to show!
81'
Richarlison enters the game and replaces Kiko Femenía.
A. Surman enters the game and replaces C. Wilson.
Wilson is replaced by Surman, as Eddie Howe seeks some midfield creativity in the closing stages. Surman has great long passing ability and Bournemouth may well have to resort to playing the long ball as time ticks on!
Femenia will now be replaced by Richarlison which is somewhat surprising given that it's quite an attacking change, Femenia was looking tired though and Watford will now rely on Richarlison's pace and energy instead.
78'
A. Doucouré gets yellow.
Curse of the commentator, just as I mentioned how well Doucoure was playing he's gone and picked up a yellow card. He'll have to be careful now!
75'
S. Okaka enters the game and replaces W. Hughes.
Hughes is replaced by Okaka, Watford will be looking for him to hold-up play and keep the ball in Bournemouth's half!
72'
Bournemouth's fans are getting right behind them here! They can smell a comeback and are urging their side to go for the kill and try to find a goal, or maybe even two!

Description
71'
20 minutes to go now, Watford will be tempted to try and get another goal to secure victory, but will also be wary of how threatening Bournemouth have looked on the counter!
67'
J. Defoe enters the game and replaces J. Ibe.
Ibe is replaced by Defoe. Bournemouth will now have Wilson, King and Defoe on the pitch, they're going for it!
64'
C. Cathcart enters the game and replaces S. Prödl.
Cathcart replaces Prodl for his 100th Watford appearance. The latter was tredding on thin ice and looked vulnerable defensively, but there is also a risk in bringing on Cathcart who might be a bit rusty having not played in a while!
62'
Decent effort from Ibe, he picks the ball up and strikes powerfully from range after a good turn and pass from Wilson. The shot is patted down by Karnezis though as his positioning makes the save a simple one.
60'
As we head towards the hour mark we can expect to see some changes soon, particularly from Bournemouth as they need to switch the momentum of this game if they are to win any points. Pugh has failed to make an impact after replaced Stanislas late in the first half, who was arguably Bournemouth's best player.
58'
Handball by Doucoure. Bournemouth take the free-kick quickly and Wilson almost gets in behind instantly, Watford need to be more alert there! Wilson will be desperate to get more involved here, he's looked bright but hasn't had as many touches as he would have liked.
56'
S. Prödl gets yellow.
Booking for Prodl. Andy Madley has officiated well so far in his Premier League debut. He's handled things with minimal fuss and got the major decisions right, credit where it's due! Cue him making a key error now I've said that...
54'
Play resumes after Fraser was down briefly due to a knock. He's been exposed once or twice at right-back but overall, he's adapted quite well to his new role and shown his versatility.
52'
The game continues to be an open, end to end affair with both teams feeling more at ease on the front foot! Watford are just ahead at the moment but the way this one is going, the scoreline could change again at any moment!
49'
R. Pereyra has scored a goal for Watford! Assist by W. Hughes.
Waford are back in front! Pereyra scores, assisted by Hughes. His deflected shot bobbled into the bottom corner and away from Begovic, who will feel hard done by once again!
Assist Will Hughes
46'
We're underway for the second period, surely someone had some strong words for Holebas during the break!
45' +3
M. Pugh enters the game and replaces J. Stanislas.
That's a blow for Bournemouth as Stanislas won't be able to continue, he's replaced by veteran Pugh just before the half-time whistle.
45' +1
It's really baffling looking back at the handball from Holebas, what was he thinking? Karnezis made a great save from Stanislas and all his good work was erased by the left-back's mistake! He's often been liable to disciplinary slips since his move to Watford and that record continues...
45'
Two minutes of additional time, but it's likely to be extended as Stanislas is down injured and we'll have a delay in play.
43'
Penalty goal scored by J. King for AFC Bournemouth!
Cool, calm and collected. King converts the penalty with confidence to equalize! What a great time to score for the Cherries just before half time!
42'
J. Holebas gets yellow.
Oh dear! Penalty for Bournemouth and Holebas clearly uses his hand to bat the ball away at the back post, it looked as if he was getting there first anyway!
Holebas booked for the handball too, no surprise there!
39'
Bournemouth had the home fans worried there for a split second, the ball dropped awkwardly in the box from the corner but Deeney managed to clear in the nick of time!
30'
Holebas hits the wall with the free-kick, the rebound is hit with more venom but right down the throat of Begovic who collects comfortably.
29'
Clumsy foul from Stanislas after giving the ball away in his own half, he's fouled Hughes in a dangerous area and Watford have a chance to double their lead here.
25'
Lewis Cook picks the ball up on the edge of the box after some precise play from Bournemouth in the final third, his effort is way over though!
23'
Great run from Femenia, he cuts the ball back to Hughes who drags his shot, eventually deflecting off the heels of Deeney and out for a goal kick.
18'
Watford are just edging the midfield battle so far in this game, Doucoure and Hughes in particular have started well with plenty of involvement.
17'
What a start we've had to this game! Both teams are showing a willingness to attack and it's making for great viewing!
16'
Deeney is caught just offside as he almost broke in behind the defence there!
13'
Kiko Femenía has scored a goal for Watford! Assist by J. Holebas.
Another corner for the Hornets as they look to respond to Bournemouth's promising start...
Assist José Holebas
GOOOALLL! The corner drifts over everyone and Femenia is waiting at the far post, his volley was heading on target but a deflection off King has bamboozled the keeper and the ball has ricocheted into the back of the net! Watford have scored with their first shot on target! Begovic may well have saved that but for the deflection!
12'
Fraser was almost caught out in his new right back position by a long ball over the top, but his pace allowed him to recover and concede the corner...
9'
Ake gets involved defensively now, as Deeney cuts inside onto his favoured right foot and looks to offload but Ake blocks well for his team.
7'
The Cherries have started really strongly here, as Karnezis is put to test by Stanislas who cut inside and struck well towards the far corner.
4'
What a chance! Clever routine from the free-kick and the cross ends up on a plate for Ake, who diverts his header onto the crossbar! So close, but the defender should really be converting the chance there.
3'
Wilson has won a free-kick for the away side in a promising position here, as the Cherries will look to create an opportunity...
1'
We're off! Nothing to report in the opening stages here as both teams settle in to the game.
Good afternoon and welcome to our live text commentary coverage of Watford v Bournemouth at Vicarage Road. Team news coming next!
Bournemouth XI (4-4-1-1): Begovic; Fraser, S. Cook, Ake, Daniels; Stanislas, L. Cook, Gosling, Ibe; King; Wilson. Substitutes: Boruc, Arter, Defoe, Pugh, Simpson, Smith, Surman.
Both teams head into the game level on 36 points, a win will take either side within touching distance of the acclaimed 40 point landmark so plenty to play for here!
The teams are out and we're about to find out who will come out on top in this mid-table battle to secure Premier League status!
Half-time now as the sides head into the changing rooms on level terms.
Bournemouth will be delighted with their equaliser, but their mood will be soured slightly by the injury to key player Stanislas late in the first half. Pugh is a capable replacement but doesn't possess the same pace and trickery, so the away side will require more input from Ibe in the second half who was relatively quiet during the first 45!
Watford will be furious to have conceded such a cheap goal, gifting their opponents a pathway back into the game as we head in to the second half with it all to play for!
It's all over here at Vicarage Road. It looked as if Pereyra's goal was going to make the difference, but Defoe stepped in for a late starring appearance to pick up a point for his side! He'll be delighted to get a goal on his return!
Watford will be slightly dispirited after missing out on a win so late in the day, but a draw was probably a fair result after a fighting display from Bournemouth. Both sides shown today why they are more than worthy of Premier League status.
That's all from us today, what a game! Both sides take another step towards safety after a thoroughly entertaining game!
