KHEDIRA SECURES ALL-THREE POINTS FOR JUVE! Douglas Costa draws two defenders towards him before cutting it back for Dybala. The Argentine then finds Khedira at the top of the penalty area and he makes no mistake from that range, burying it into the near corner. 3-1 to Juventus who look to have increased their lead over Napoli to four points!

IT’S JUAN CUADRADO WHO GIVES JUVENTUS THE LEAD! Douglas Costa feeds the ball to Sami Khedira who sends a perfect far-post cross to the unmarked Cuadrado who nods the ball into the far corner, wrong-footing Donnarumma and restoring Juventus’ lead! 2-1 Juve.

R. Bentancur enters the game and replaces M. Pjanić.
Both Milan and Juventus opt to make a change at this stage in the match, with Max Allegri’s substitution occurring first. It will be Rodrigo Bentancur who enters the pitch in midfield in place of Miralem Pjanic.

It’s Pjanic who directs the set-piece towards goal but he is unable to get his shot to come back down after putting it over the wall. Milan avoid the danger and restart the match with a goal-kick.

Minute
Description
66'
Douglas Costa does well to get past Calabria on the right but his cross inside is poor and immediately cleared for a throw. Upon the restart, Milan give up a cynical foul which hands Juventus a free-kick in a dangerous position for an in-swinger.
65'
N. Kalinić enters the game and replaces André Silva.
Milan make their first substitution of the evening, with Andre Silva leaving the pitch in favour of Nikola Kalinic in a straight swap in attack.
61'
J. Cuadrado enters the game and replaces B. Matuidi.
Confirmation of the change as Colombian international Juan Cuadrado enters the pitch in place of Blaise Matuidi in another attacking change which will provide Juventus with much more width.
58'
Juventus are preparing a second substitution, with Juan Cuadrado being put through his paces on the touchline.
55'
CROSSBAR FROM CALHANOGLU! From quite some distance the Turkish international takes a shot which cannons off the woodwork before falling to Suso inside the penalty area. The Spaniard takes a shot but Buffon was able to reset himself and push the shot wide for a corner which amounts to nothing.
53'
The free-kick is taken well but Bonucci gets a head to it and puts it behind for a corner. Dybala takes the set-piece looking for Benatia but he is defended tightly by Bonucci and the Moroccan defender can only send it over the crossbar.
52'
L. Biglia gets yellow.
Dybala is dragged down about 10 yards outside the penalty area by his compatriot Lucas Biglia who receives a yellow card. The free-kick is in the perfect position for Dybala who is dangerous from this range.
50'
Suso works himself into some space on the right and tries to curl an effort into the corner of Buffon’s goal but the veteran goalkeeper does well to catch it cleanly.
49'
The introduction of Douglas Costa signals Juventus’ intent to win the game as opposed to satisfaction with a single point. With the title race still hanging in the balance, Juve cannot afford to drop any points.
46'
Douglas Costa enters the game and replaces S. Lichtsteiner.
Max Allegri makes an attacking change at half-time, with Stephan Lichtsteiner withdrawn in favour of the more attacking Douglas Costa.
45'
Juventus get the second half started from the kick-off!
43'
The referee has now indicated that he will use V.A.R to look at a previous incident – though there is no signification as to what exactly is under scrutiny. After looking at the monitor, the match official decides that nothing illegal has transpired, and a goal-kick is finally awarded to Donnarumma.
41'
Higuain wins a corner for Juventus but the supporters behind the goal are claiming a handball should be called against Bonucci – though replays suggest it was clearly unintentional. The set-piece ends when Pjanic’s cross is sent over the bar by the head of Chiellini.
39'
R. Rodríguez gets yellow.
Immediately following Juve’s first booking of the day, a Milan player also finds himself in the referee’s notebook. Ricardo Rodriguez is shown the caution for a dangerous tackle on Stephan Lichtsteiner.
38'
M. Benatia gets yellow.
Juventus have possession on the left flank but Asamoah loses possession to Calabria and Suso is chopped down in midfield before the counter-attack could happen. Benatia is given a yellow card for the challenge which appeared to be a stamp on the Spaniard's foot.
34'
Milan, even after going a goal up are thoroughly bossing the play, with 55% possession. Juventus have the counter-attack to thank for most of their chances as their deep defensive line is not conducive to playing on the front foot.
31'
The law of the ex-player strikes again as Bonucci has silenced the fans in Torino with a goal in his first game back. That should do wonders for the confidence of the Milan captain who has been the target of much of the home support’s jeers.
28'
L. Bonucci has scored a goal for AC Milan! Assist by H. Çalhanoğlu.
Calhanoglu's perfect corner-kick delivery allowed Bonucci to nod the ball home and he will be given an assist for it.
OF COURSE IT'S LEONARDO BONUCCI WHO PUTS MILAN LEVEL! Calhanoglu’s corner from the left is met well by Bonucci who turns it in past Buffon! 1-1 at the Allianz Stadium!
25'
Juventus are pressing high trying to force Milan into a mistake in their own third. Despite a mix-up between Donnarumma and Bonucci, they successfully beat the press and make it to midfield before Suso lets the ball roll under his foot and out for a Juve throw.
22'
Bonucci is roundly booed every time he gets a touch of the ball – after the defender left Juventus for Milan in the summer. The now-Milan captain will be hoping to leave his former home with all three points, but it is not looking likely despite the positive play.
19'
Milan, despite being a goal behind, are bossing the play. Juventus with their one goal advantage seem content to sit deep and force the Rossoneri to come increasingly forward. The five-man midfield is certainly troubling Milan as space is at a premium.
16'
Almost a goal from Milan but Andre Silva’s header is not directed with any accuracy. Calhanoglu uses his right foot to send in a beautiful far-post cross where Silva was waiting, but Matuidi did just enough to put him off. It really should have been 1-1.
14'
Calabria works himself into space on the right before laying it off to Kessie. The Ivory Coast international then sends a chip towards the penalty area for Andre Silva who was waiting but the striker’s header was never going to challenge Buffon.
11'
Milan concede within 10 minutes – their first goal allowed in over three Serie A matches. The Rossoneri will have to dig deep in order to mount a comeback against Juventus who have not allowed a visitng goal at the Allianz Stadium since November 2017.
8'
P. Dybala has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by M. Pjanić.
DYBALA MAKES IT 1-0 TO JUVENTUS! Pjanic passes to Dybala who had so much room in front of the penalty area. The Argentine receives the pass, turns to face goal and has a shot that finds the bottom corner! It was perfect placement from the striker as even at full-stretch, Donnarumma was unable to get his fingertips to it.
Miralem Pjanic is credited with the assist as his pass found Dybala with the space to shoot.
6'
A turnover in midfield leads to a great turn and shot by Higuain from outside the area but Donnarumma makes a great diving save to keep the score level.
4'
The cross is very poor but Rodriguez manages to get possession of the ball and Milan will restart the attack from Donnarumma.
3'
Juventus are happy to keep the ball in the midfield and knock it around amongst themselves without any urgency, but a vital Milan interception turns into a corner-kick after Kessie’s cross is blocked by Asamoah.

Milan get the match underway!
Good evening and welcome to our live text commentary of the Serie A fixture between Juventus and Milan from the Allianz Stadium in Torino!
With nine matches remaining in the 2017-2018 season, both Juventus and Milan find themselves in a fight to the finish for positioning. The Bianconeri have maintained pace with Napoli all season and currently hold a one-point lead over the Partenopei with a game less played, which could have been four had Juventus beaten SPAL prior to the international break.
Juve are in search of their seventh consecutive Scudetto whilst anticipating a difficult quarter-final first leg against Real Madrid in the Champions League. Such is the strength of Max Allegri’s side that they have also made it to the final of the Coppa Italia on the 9th of May against none other than their counter-parts today, Milan.
Three successive victories without allowing a goal against in the Serie A away from home bodes well for Gennaro Gattuso’s side who are up against a Juventus team who have not lost in domestic action at the Allianz Stadium since mid-October 2017. In a similar vein, Max Allegri’s Juve have kept three straight clean sheets at home – signaling an inevitably tight and tactical affair.
Undefeated in their last 10 matches, and on a five-match win streak, Milan are still in the hunt for a Champions League position. Five points behind Milanese rivals Inter with a Derby della Madonnina in four days’ time, this run of matches will be absolutely crucial to the Rossoneri’s hopes of returning to Europe’s premiere competition.
The biggest subplot of today’s match will be the return to Torino of former Juventus and current Milan defender Leonardo Bonucci. This will be the current Milan captain’s first trip back to face the side he spent seven years with – and it will be interesting to see what kind of reception the Italy international gets.
Juventus Starting XI (3-5-2): Gianluigi Buffon; Giorgio Chiellini, Mehdi Benatia, Andrea Barzagli; Kwadwo Asamoah, Blaise Matuidi, Miralem Pjanic, Sami Khedira, Stephan Lichtsteiner; Gonzalo Higuain, Paulo Dybala.
With ten minutes to go before kick-off, the team news has been announced! Let’s begin with the home side.
Juventus substitutes: Douglas Costa, Carlo Pinsoglio, Wojciech Szczesny, Juan Cuadrado, Stefano Sturaro, Mattia De Sciglio, Claudio Marchisio, Daniele Rugani, Rodrigo Bentancur, Benedikt Howedes.
Milan substitutes: Jose Mauri, Patrick Cutrone, Luca Antonelli, Nikola Kalinic, Mateo Musacchio, Fabio Borini, Antonio Donnarumma, Riccardo Montolivo, Manuel Locatelli, Marco Storari, Cristian Zapata.
Milan Starting XI (4-3-3): Gianluigi Donnarumma; Davide Calabria, Leonardo Bonucci, Alessio Romagnoli, Ricardo Rodriguez; Franck Yannick Kessie, Lucas Biglia, Giacomo Bonaventura; Suso, Andre Silva, Hakan Calhanoglu.
Max Allegri changes from a 4-2-3-1 against SPAL to a 3-5-2 against Milan, and makes four personnel changes in the process. Mattia De Sciglio and Daniele Rugani make way in defence for Mehdi Benatia and Andrea Barzagli in order to establish a typical back three. In midfield, Stephan Lichtsteiner plays instead of Douglas Costa and Sami Khedira enters the centre of the pitch replacing Alex Sandro.
Milan boss Gennaro Gattuso makes three changes from the team that emerged victorious over Chievo on the 18th of March. Fabio Borini and Cristian Zapata are replaced in the defensive third by traditional right-back Davide Calabria and Alessio Romagnoli respectively. The only other difference is Patrick Cutrone will not start up front for the Rossoneri – with that duty being given to Portuguese international Andre Silva.
Despite being at home, and on top of the table, Juve have been dominated in the first half by the visitors. An early Dybala strike gave the Bianconeri the lead but a Bonucci header on his return to Torino restored parity. From there, Milan controlled possession and the passage of play with Juventus restricted to quick counter-attacking moves.
HALF-TIME: Juventus 1-1 Milan.
There is all to play for in the second half, with this match hanging in the balance. Can Milan hand Juventus their first domestic home loss since October 2017, or will Max Allegri’s side use their experience to string together a third successive Serie A victory over their bitter rivals?
In an extremely exciting affair, Juventus continue their winning run at home and put further space between themselves and second-place Napoli. An early Dybala strike was cancelled out by a Bonucci header from a corner. Juan Cuadrado’s goal at the 79th minute after coming on as a substitute proved to be the all-important winner before Sami Khedira doubled the insurance and made it 3-1 at the 87th minute.
FULL-TIME: Juventus 3-1 Milan.
That’s all for our live commentary of the Serie A fixture between Juventus and Milan from the Allianz Stadium. We hope you enjoyed the match and we look forward to seeing you again soon!
Milan are also in action midweek as they host Inter in an extremely important Derby della Madonnina with Champions League implications. They need to rebound from this defeat quickly if they are to cut the deficit between the two sides to five points.
Next up for Juventus is a midweek meeting with Real Madrid at the Allianz Stadium for the first-leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie. That is followed by a trip to the Stadio Ciro Vigorito to face bottom-dwelling Benevento.
Milan dominated large spells of the match and looked fully deserving of their point but a couple moments of static defending proved costly for Gennaro Gattuso’s side. They will feel the result, and the score line are extremely harsh considering their brave performance, but Juventus are masters of late game-winning goals.
