Good evening and welcome to the live commentary of the Bundesliga clash between Bayern Munich and Borussia Monchengladbach at the Allianz Arena.
Jupp Heynckes' men enjoyed a successful week, securing the Bundesliga crown with a 4-1 win over Augsburg before sealing their place in the last four of the Champions League, drawing 0-0 with Sevilla. Bayern will be eyeing a famous treble with the DFB-Pokal semi-final clash against Bayer Leverkusen on the horizon. Health and form will be on their mind of the veteran manager heading into the climax of the campaign.
Gladbach could make a late surge for a Europa League spot, sitting six points behind Eintracht Frankfurt in fifth place. Dieter Hecking's men ended a four-match winless run last week by defeating Hertha Berlin. They were forced to come from behind on home soil, but a brace from Thorgan Hazard delivered the three points. However, they will need to be flawless against the champions this evening.
