Aubameyang slid the ball into the path of Lacazette inside the right of the box, who fired in to sealed all three points for Arsenal.
GOAL! There will be no late point for West Ham this time, as Lacazette's low effort from the right of the box deflects horribly off the leg of Cresswell and into the far corner of the goal.
82'
A. Ramsey has scored a goal for Arsenal!
GOAL! Arsenal restore their advantage and it is very poor from a West Ham perspective. Ramsey's cross from the left of the box could have been easily cleared at the first man but it instead evades everyone and bounces into the far corner. Hart is furious with his defenders.
79'
Excellent save! Hart has received plenty of criticism this season but he has played a huge part in keeping West Ham in this tie. The West Ham defence stand off as Welbeck drives towards the edge of the box, inviting the striker to try his luck from range. His curling effort towards goal looks to be sneaking in but Hart tips it narrowly wide with his fingertips.
78'
West Ham are happy to sit back and try to catch the Gunners on the counter attack now. Arsenal continue to probe but are having little joy in finding a way through the West Ham back line.
Minute
Description

P. Aubameyang enters the game and replaces A. Iwobi.
Iwobi departs the field with Aubameyang coming on in his place. The Gabonese forward has just under 20 minutes to make an impact.
66'
Those substitutes seem to have taken all the sting out of the Arsenal side and West Ham are suddenly on the front foot. They win themselves another corner but this time Arsenal manage to clear their lines. Wenger is preparing his own change now with Aubameyang set to come on.
64'
M. Arnautović has scored a goal for West Ham United! Assist by M. Lanzini.
Lanzini finds Arnautovic in space inside the left of the box for the Austrian to equalise for the Hammers.

Ospina got his fingers to it but he was never stopping that. West Ham are level!

Double change for West Ham. Edimilson Fernandes is replaced by Manuel Lanzini in the first of those.
57'
Arsenal are running rampant now and West Ham just can't get out of their own half. Lanzini is readying himself on the bench as David Moyes looks to try and change the flow of the game. It has been total one way traffic in this second half.
55'
More excellent passing play gives Lacazette space inside the right of the box to unleash a shot, but it is well blocked by Cresswell. Xhaka then tries an effort from outside the box following an Arsenal corner but West Ham once more get a body in the way.
54'
Arsenal have totally dominated this second half and West Ham have barely touched the ball. They have their reward with the goal and are putting the away defence under immense pressure as they push for a second.
51'
Nacho Monreal has scored a goal for Arsenal! Assist by G. Xhaka.
Xhaka finds Monreal in space from the corner, who fires Arsenal into the lead.
GOAL! Xhaka swings in a corner from the left, finding Monreal with unmarked near the penalty spot. The left-back side foots a first-time volley into the bottom left corner and just beyond the outstretched hands of Hart.

Joao Mario's delivery from a corner is poor and Arsenal break forward. Welbeck has the pace to beat Zabaleta and uses it, but the defender brings him down. Yellow card.
48'
Much, much better from Arsenal at the start of this half. They are moving the ball around with pace and creating gaps in and around this West Ham defence. Lacazette's chipped pass from the right is chested into the feet of Monreal near the penalty spot but the left-back can only fire low at Hart.
46'
West Ham get the game back underway.
45' +5
CHANCE! Arsenal are ending the half strongly and Ramsey finds a bit of space just inside the West Ham box to unleash a powerful effort. It flies just wide of the far post though.

45'
A. Maitland-Niles enters the game and replaces Mohamed Elneny.
The fourth official has indicated five minutes of additional time.
A warm round of applause rings around the stadium as Elneny is taken off on a stretcher. Ainsley Maitland-Niles is on to replace him.
42'
A delay in play as Elneny receives treatment. It looks like he will be unable to continue as Wenger prepares a substitute.
41'
G. Xhaka gets yellow.
Xhaka is booked for a late lunging tackle on Masuaku on the left wing.
37'
The gaps are starting to appear in the final third for Arsenal now and they are finally beginning to put pressure on the Hammers defence. This time Lacazette powers down the right wing before crossing towards Welbeck at the back post. The England man tries to head the ball back across the box but cannot generate any real power on it, allowing West Ham to clear the danger.
35'
CHANCE! Bellerin races down the right wing, beating his marker and crossing. He finds Welbeck at the back post but it is just a little too high for the Arsenal forward, who can only head it into the air and over the bar.
34'
Xhaka takes and curls it towards the left corner, but the shot lacks the power to beat Hart, who punches it away with relative ease.
32'
Arsenal have a free kick from a dangerous shooting position just outside the centre of the box after Cresswell's late challenge on Welbeck.

A little lull in play as Arsenal calm the game down and start to see more of the ball. Welbeck tries another effort from outside the box but this time it is far wide of the left post.
25'
CHANCE! Welbeck is afforded a bit of space on the edge of the box to shoot and he happily obliges, but his powerful low effort is just wide of the far post. Better from the Gunners.
23'
A bit of fortune falls to Welbeck as Masuaku's interception deflects into the striker's path. Welbeck plays it back to Bellerin inside the right of the box, who can only blaze his effort over the crossbar.
22'
West Ham are on top at the moment and Arsenal seem very easily undone by the long balls to Arnautovic. There is acres of space in behind for the front three of West Ham to exploit and they look the more likely side to score at the moment.
19'
Arsenal try to work something in attack but it again comes to nothing as West Ham swamp them. The Hammers launch a quick counter attack with a long ball over the top of the Gunners' back line for Arnautovic. There's just too much on it this time though and Ospina can collect.
16'
West Ham have their first corner of the game and it is whipped in by Joao Mario from the left. It finds Kouyate near the centre of the six-yard box but the midfielder can only head the ball into the air and onto the top of the crossbar.
14'
Another long ball over the top and once more Arnautovic is on the end of it. Mustafi slips as he races back and the Austrian only has the goalkeeper to beat from a tight angle on the left. He tries to curl it into the far corner but reads it well to punch the ball safely away.
13'
A long ball over the top finds Arnautovic, who charges into the box. He tries to side foot it towards the far corner but it is excellently blocked by Koscielny. West Ham are finding it easy to get behind this Arsenal back line at the moment.
12'
Joao Mario causes more problems for the Arsenal defence as he gets away from two defenders before unleashing a low shot from the edge of the box. Easy save for Opsina though.
11'
Arsenal are almost undone by the simplest of through balls at the other end. Joao Mario is given space on the edge of the box and he spots the run of Fernandes into the penalty area, but it is just a little too ahead of the Swiss winger.
9'
CHANCE! Arsenal have another corner, this time from the left wing. It is another good delivery by Xhaka and this time he finds the head of Koscielny, who rises above his marker and heads very narrowly wide of the left post.
7'
Arsenal get the first corner of the game and it is a brilliant delivery from the right. Iwobi rises to meet it in the centre of the box but it is pinched away from him in the air by Ogbonna. Excellent defending.
5'
Arsenal continue to probe but West Ham are keeping their shape well and denying the Gunners any space in the final third. It's all one way traffic at the moment.
3'
Arsenal set the tone of the game as they move the ball around confidently in midfield. The Hammers are pressing quickly but are having little luck so far.
1'
Arsenal get the game underway, playing in their usual red and white. West Ham are in black. The home fans are in fine voice already.
Good afternoon and welcome to our live coverage of today’s Premier League game between Arsenal and West Ham at the Emirates Stadium.
The big news from the Arsenal camp is Arsene Wenger has decided to leave the club at the end of the season, with the visit of West Ham today marking his first game since the announcement. It will be interesting to see the kind of performance the Gunners put on today as well as the reaction of the fans, who have not been shy about voicing their displeasure towards the Frenchman this season.
Arsenal were undone against a determined Newcastle last weekend, effectively ending any hope of a top four finish. The Gunners have lost only one of their last 19 Premier League meetings against West Ham, winning 14 and drawing four; but they will face a different beast this afternoon.
West Ham looked like they were going to be dragged deeper into the relegation scrap before Andy Carroll’s well-taken volley rescued a point at the death. The Hammers are six points above the relegation zone with five games left to play but have a very tough run in, with Manchester City, United, Leicester and Everton left to play after today.
David Moyes’ side are putting in the performances to scrape points and climb slowly away from danger zone though, and it seems only a matter of time before West Ham secure their Premier League status for another year.
There’s just over 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this afternoon…
Arsenal XI (4-2-3-1): David Ospina; Hector Bellerin, Shkodran Mustafi, Laurent Koscielny, Nacho Monreal; Granit Xhaka, Mohamed Elneny; Alex Iwobi, Aaron Ramsey, Danny Welbeck; Alexandre Lacazette.
Arsenal substitutes: Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Per Mertesacker, Rob Holding, Reiss Nelson, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Calum Chambers, Matt Macey.
West Ham substitutes: Jordan Hugill, Patrice Evra, Josh Cullen, Andy Carroll, Chicharito, Adrian, Manuel Lanzini.
Arsene Wenger wrings the changes with one eye on Thursday’s Europa League semi-final clash against Atletico Madrid. Opsina replaces Petr Cech in goal, while Koscielny and Bellerin replace Chambers and Holding in defence. Ramsey is in for Joe Willock in midfield and Aubameyang is amongst the substitutes as Welbeck starts in his place.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
West Ham XI (3-4-2-1): Joe Hart; Declan Rice, Angelo Ogbonna, Aaron Cresswell; Pablo Zabaleta, Cheikhou Kouyate, Mark Noble, Arthur Masuaku; Edimilson Fernandes, Joao Mario; Marko Arnautovic.
David Moyes opts to stick with the same starting 11 that drew 1-1 against Stoke City last Monday. Despite his match winner in that game, Carroll remains on the bench with Arnautovic leading the line for the Hammers.
HALF-TIME: ARSENAL 0-0 WEST HAM.
Goalless at the break but it has been far from dull. Both sides have created chances and both could have been in the lead were it not for some good defending at both ends. Welbeck came closest for Arsenal, curling an effort narrowly wide of the far post, with Arnautovic causing plenty of problems at the other end. All to play for in the second half.
FULL-TIME: ARSENAL 4-1 WEST HAM.
Arsenal secure an emphatic victory after tearing apart a battling West Ham with a late flurry of goals. Monreal had given Arsenal the lead with a volley early in the second half before Arnautovic levelled matters with a powerful low finish from inside the box. West Ham looked to be trying to hold out for the point as the Gunners dominated possession but it did not last. Ramsey's weak cross evaded everyone and found the far corner to restore Arsenal's lead before a late double from Lacazette sealed all three points and gave Arsene Wenger an impressive win in his first game since announcing his departure at the end of the season.
