M. Gaćinović has scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt! Assist by J. Willems.
NO PENALTY! The referee gives a corner instead and that's a very bold call.
Jetro Willems gets the assist, Frankfurt get the cup. What an end to the game.
GOAL! Frankfurt immediately hit on the counter and catch Bayern out, as they've thrown everybody forward. It's an easy finish for Gacinovic and the celebrations have begun. There's fans on the field but we've still got to officially finish the match.
90' +5
It's going to VAR! The evidence looks damning for Boateng, it really does.
90' +3
DRAMA! What a finish! Ulreich is up for a late corner and Hradecky is forced into action to deny Sandro Wagner but Bayern are furious and appealing for a penalty as Boateng swung for the ball but missed it completely, clattering Javi Martinez. He could be in big trouble.
90' +2
We're already into added time in Berlin and Frankfurt are minutes away from cup glory and a spot in the Europa League group stage next season.
90'
A dangerous delivery from Bayern down the right and Abraham gets a crucial head on the ball to prevent the attackers from pouncing.
89'
S. Haller enters the game and replaces A. Rebić.
Rebic's work is done. He's worked his socks off today and looks set to be Frankfurt's hero. On comes Haller, the man he replaced in the line-up for tonight's match.
87'
S. Wagner enters the game and replaces F. Ribéry.
Third and final change for Bayern, with Heynckes definitely going for broke. On comes another striker in Wagner, with Ribery's time up.
86'
K. Coman gets yellow.
Coman has his name taken after a blatant foul on Boateng, blocking the run of the Ghana midfielder.
85'
Rebic could earn himself the freedom of Frankfurt for his brace this evening. He's had to be patient for his chances but two have come his way and he's taken them both.
84'
A. Rebić gets yellow.
Rebic earns a yellow card for his celebration, taking his shirt off on the athletics track that surrounds the field, but I doubt he's too bothered.
Minute
Description
83'
It's dramatic, it's incredibly tense and there's almost silence in the stadium as the referee trots to the sideline to consult the footage. You can hear a pin drop but the silence doesn't last as he signals a goal. Frankfurt are within touching distance of history.
82'
A. Rebić has scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt! Assist by D. da Costa.
GOAL! He's got his second of the game and he could be the hero Frankfurt have been crying out for! It's a long punt forward from defence and Rebic pounces on the ball, squeezes through the two central defenders and flicks an effort past Ulreich.
Can da Costa claim an assist? I think he's just clearing his lines but it doesn't matter.
80'
OFF THE BAR! Kimmich takes a corner for Bayern and Hummels rises highest in the box, heading onto the bar.
CLOSE! Frankfurt immediately hit on the counter and Boateng, once again, is the creator as he feeds through Rebic. All on his own, he finds space for a shot and drags an effort just wide of the target.
78'
I still feel like this game will be decided in 90 minutes but I'm not brave enough to predict a winner. It really could go either way at this point.
76'
WIDE! How did that go wide? A brilliant ball to Lewandowski in the middle deflects off Salcedo and then off the Poland striker, looping agonsingly wide of the mark.
74'
M. Russ enters the game and replaces J. de Guzmán.
Another change for Frankfurt, as Russ comes on to replace de Guzman.
73'
Lewandowski has no intention of letting James have a go and perhaps he should have, as it looped over the net and was never going to threaten Hradecky.
72'
Mascarell clatters into Alaba right on the edge of the box and it's another deadly position for Lewandowski to fire at goal. He's missed the target and hit the post already. Will this be a goal or a save to complete his free-kick bingo?
70'
K. Coman enters the game and replaces T. Müller.
Kingsley Coman comes off the bench, replacing Muller. Heynckes looking to win it in normal time.
69'
What a tackle! Bayern look set to net a second as Kimmich finds Tolisso in the box and the France ace has the goal at his mercy. However, a brilliant defensive intervention keeps the game level.
68'
The longer it stays like this, the more encouragement Frankfurt will get. It's time for a hero to step-up!
66'
Set-pieces will be crucial for Frankfurt now and they force Ulreich into action after de Guzman's corner is headed away to the edge of the area. Mascarell fires a venomous effort towards goal but it's palmed away by the Bayern stopper.
64'
C. Tolisso enters the game and replaces Thiago Alcântara.
First Bayern change sees Thiago, who is far from happy about the decision, replaced by Tolisso.
62'
Bayern still in control of possession and the tempo of the game. Frankfurt, having looked good in the first few minutes of the second half, now have their backs against the wall.
60'
M. Gaćinović enters the game and replaces M. Wolf.
First change of the game is for Frankfurt, who replace Wolf with Gacinovic.
58'
I said in the first half you'd fancy Bayern if they managed to get an equaliser and I'm not going back on that prediction now. They certainly look like the side more likely to grab a second.
56'
Will be interesting to see Frankfurt's approach now, as they've been focused on defending ever since Rebic's goal early in the first half. If they want to end their trophy drought, they'll have to push forward a bit more now.
54'
It looked like there was a significant deflection on that effort taking it past Hradecky but Lewandowski will claim what is incredibly his fourth DFB-Pokal final goal.
53'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by J. Kimmich.
GOAL! Quick as a flash, Bayern are level! Kimmich finds space down the right and pulls the ball back to the middle of the box, where Lewandowski slots home his sixth goal in as many matches in the DFB-Pokal Cup this season.
Brilliant play from Kimmich down the right and he put the ball on the plate for the striker. Game on!
51'
Yet to see Bayern get going since the restart, with Frankfurt putting their defenders under a lot of pressure and still remaining contained at the back.
49'
Corner for Frankfurt is taken by de Guzman towards the far post but Hummels flicks it on and behind for a throw in. A decent start to the second half from Kovac's side.
47'
SAVE! First chance of the second period falls to Frankfurt, as a free-kick from deep is fired to the head of Boateng and he forces Ulreich into action. However, it was a far distance from goal and comfortable for Bayern's stopper.
45' +2
J. Willems gets yellow.
Another yellow card issued to Frankfurt, as Willems clatters into Kimmich off the ball. A very good spot by the referee.
45' +1
M. Hasebe gets yellow.
An edge starting to develop in the game, with Bayern not happy with the tactics that Frankfurt are adopting. Hasebe has just barged into Thiago and gets a deserved booking.
45'
KICK-OFF! Back underway at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, where Bayern get us started and look to turn the tide of the game around.
44'
WIDE! A decent break for Frankfurt, as da Costa whips a brilliant cross into the middle where Wolf glances a header off target.
43'
A brilliant tactical set-up from Frankfurt so far today and Bayern fans can look forward to this sort of thing next season, although you'd expect him to be a bit more attacking.
41'
Frankfurt look like they're going to hold onto their advantage for the break, which would provide a huge boost. There's still a few more minutes for them to hold out though.
39'
Lewandowski wins a free-kick this time after being fouled by de Guzman and he's frustrated not to see the yellow card issued to the Frankfurt man.
37'
R. Lewandowski gets yellow.
A big, big chance for Frankfurt to double their lead. Rebic looks to turn provider this time as he excellently cuts inside and looks set to shot but he disguises a pass towards de Guzman instead, though it's just beyond the midfielder.
Lewandowski smashes into Hasebe and earns a booking for the foul.
35'
It's Lewandowski who strikes again and, this time, it's off target. Hradecky was rooted to the spot but it's curled wide of the mark.
34'
Another free-kick for Bayern in a dangerous position, as da Costa fells Ribery. We've already seen what Lewandowski can do from this sort of situation and the Poland international will go for goal again.
33'
SAVE! Muller takes the ball down on the edge of the area, then striking at goal but it's a comfortable save for Hradecky.
31'
Bayern continue to knock the ball around with intent as they seek a way back into the game. You get the feeling that the next goal is crucial, as a second for Frankfurt could be enough but you'd fancy Heynckes' side to turn it around if they get an equaliser.
28'
Frankfurt playing a very dangerous game as they sit to soak up the Bayern attacks and, given the chances we've seen the Bavarians have, it's clear it's not working. They do still look capable when they push forward though.
26'
CLOSE AGAIN! The chances are mounting up for Bayern! A wonderfully worked counter-attack ends with Ribery feeding the ball through to Lewandowski, who flicks an attempt over Hradecky but it bounces past the wrong side of the post.
24'
CHANCE! That could have gone anywhere! Muller lofts a superb ball towards the near post, where Kimmich gets ahead of Calcedo and Hradecky but can't divert his attempt into the net.
22'
Boateng continues to find room in the attacking half and he's already shown his ability in picking out team-mates. This time he's thwarted but alarm bells will be ringing for Heynckes.
20'
Bayern have had the lion's share of possession since falling behind but they're finding it difficult to break down Frankfurt's organised defence, which is packed with bodies.
18'
CLOSE! Another free-kick for Bayern is whipped into a dangerous area, where Muller flicks an effort towards the far post but it bounces wide. Going for the header, it looked like he misjudged it and the ball came off his shoulder in the end.
17'
It's not just cup glory on the agenda though, as Frankfurt need to win today to seal European football next season. They battled at the top-half of the Bundesliga standings throughout the campaign but a dip towards the end of the campaign saw them drop out of the European places.
15'
The only trophy Frankfurt have won in the past 30 years since they last lifted the DFB-Pokal Cup was the 2. Bundesliga in 1988. Since then, they've finished runners-up in the cup once and also runners-up in the second division.
13'
Well then, an excellent start to the game and it's pretty much exactly what the neutrals will have wanted. Frankfurt don't want to lose again after heartbreak last year and you can sense that in the way they play.
11'
A. Rebić has scored a goal for Eintracht Frankfurt! Assist by K. Boateng.
Frankfurt forced the error and swiftly punished the mistake. A perfect start for Kovac's side and they have something to defend.
GOAL! Frankfurt take first blood! Rebic nicks the ball off James and the ball breaks for Boateng, who plays a superbly weighted through ball back to the striker and he tucks home excellently.
10'
Frankfurt not afraid to get stuck in as the tempo of the game shifts in Bayern's favour, with Willems conceding a free-kick out wide but James' delivery is easily dealt with.
8'
OFF THE BAR! A glorious effort from Lewandowski! He steps-up to take the free-kick and strikes against the frame of the goal.
7'
C. Salcedo gets yellow.
A very early card for Salcedo, as he blatantly blocks Lewandowski and concedes a free-kick in a very dangerous position.
5'
The first shot of the game comes from Muller, after a strong Bayern break down the right side, but it's not one to remember as it soars into the crowd.
3'
Frankfurt doing well to keep the ball in the early exchanges and they're pushing the Bayern defence back.
1'
KICK-OFF! We're underway at the Olympiastadion in Berlin, where last season's beaten finalists Eintracht Frankfurt get us started.
Having clinched the Bundesliga once again, Bayern Munich are looking to secure a domestic double this evening and send manager Josef Heynckes out on a high. To do that, they'll have to overcome a side led by his successor Niko Kovac, who is moving to the Bavarian giants this summer.
Good evening and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the DFB-Pokal final, where Bayern Munich tackle Eintracht Frankfurt in the last game of the season for both clubs.
Runners-up in the DFB-Pokal last season, losing to Borussia Dortmund, Frankfurt are seeking their first title in 30 years. It's been an excellent season for Kovac's side and winning at the Olympiastadion would be the perfect send off to their Croatian boss.
Bayern Munich XI: Sven Ulreich; Joshua Kimmich, Niklas Sule, Mats Hummels, David Alaba; Thiago Alcantara, Javi Martinez, James Rodriguez; Thomas Muller, Robert Lewandowski, Franck Ribery.
Eintracht Frankfurt XI: Lukas Hradecky; David Abraham, Makoto Hasebe, Carlos Salcedo; Jonathan de Guzman; Danny da Costa, Marius Wolf, Omar Mascarell, Jetro Willems; Ante Rebic, Kevin-Price Boateng.
Bayern subs: Manuel Neuer, Sebastian Rudy, Juan Bernat, Kingsley Coman, Rafinha, Corentin Tolisso, Sandro Wagner.
Frankfurt subs: Jan Zimmermann, Marco Fabian, Taleb Tawatha, Sebastian Haller, Mijat Gacinovic, Luka Jovic, Marco Russ.
Heynckes makes two changes to the side that lost to Stuttgart last weekend. Alaba and Martinez are back in the side, with Tolisso and Rafinha dropping to the bench. Neuer, returning from injury and named in Germany's World Cup squad, is also named amongst the substitutes.
In his final match in charge of Frankfurt, Kovac makes 4 changes to the team that lost 1-0 to Schalke on the final weekend of the Bundesliga season. Abraham, Hasebe, de Guzman and Rebic come in, with Russ, Gacinovic and Haller dropping out. Gelson Fernandes is also absent through suspension.
HALF-TIME! A very entertaining first half in Berlin, where Eintracht Frankfurt hold a narrow advantage over Bayern Munich. Ante Rebic's goal has been the difference so far and has his side on course for a first trophy in three decades.
Bayern have certainly had chances in the game, Robert Lewandowski coming closest by striking the frame of the goal with a superb free-kick, but they've paid for a mistake at the ball. James Rodriguez lost the ball too easily and Frankfurt made him pay.
Niko Kovac's side have been extemely contained since taking the lead, as they focus on holding onto their advantage. They're certainly not afraid to get stuck in and will need to be disciplined after the break, as three of their defensive players are on a booking.
VAR came into action at two crucial moments late on, confirming Rebic's second goal but the big incident was right at the death. Boateng swiped for Javi Martinez and missed the ball, which looked to be a certain penalty, but, after review, the referee said no. Bayern can feel very hard done by.
No double for Josef Heynckes then, who will retire after this match and will be replaced at Bayern Munich by the man who has just thwarted him - Niko Kovac. It didn't seem to be their day at all, hitting the frame of the goal twice, and the dramatic ending will be a real kick in the teeth.
FULL-TIME! It's done, it's over! The celebrations can officially begin! Ante Rebic is the hero with goals either side of the break, after Robert Lewandowski equalised shortly into the second half, and Mijat Gacinovic capped it off right at the death but that isn't even half of it!
30 years since they last got their hands on the DFB-Pokal Cup, Eintracht Frankfurt can celebrate their triumph again. It's the perfect send off for departing manager Kovac and he'll leave his successor with Europa League football next season.
