An untimely slip inside the box allows PSG to clear the ball up the pitch. Kurzawa is given something to chase down and his clipped cross nearly catches out Guendouz, who helps it over the crossbar - he was taking no risks with that one.
90'
Three minutes have been added on at the end of the match. Pau have come close to scoring a couple of times in the second half, but their cup run is surely now over.
88'
PSG are simply going through the motions now. It is a case of job done as far as Tuchel is concerned, having made it through to the quarter-finals of the Coupe de France once again, despite making 10 changes to his side.
86'
SHOT! Verratti is caught in possession inside his own half and Jarju carries the ball forward. He gets a powerful shot away but it is high and wide, much to the relief of Verratti.
84'
I. Gueye enters the game and replaces E. Choupo-Moting.
Pau have given a good account of themselves in this second half. Sabaly tries to bring the ball inside but it takes a touch off a PSG player and goes out of play. Could we have some late drama at the Stade du Hameau?
82'
Draxler cuts inside but soon runs into trouble. PSG come forward again and Bakker plays the ball down the line to nobody in particular. It has been that kind of half for Tuchel's side.
80'
RICO MAKES THE SAVE! Sabaly initially loses the ball but he refuses to give up and wriggles free, before guiding a long-range shot on target that forces Rico into a pretty routine stop.
78'
Tuchel's men are being far too reserved with their passing. They are taking no risks and therefore creating no chances. With only around 15 minutes to go, however, it looks as though they have already done enough to advance.
76'
M. Verratti enters the game and replaces Ander Herrera.
Verratti is brought on for Herrera in PSG's second change. The incoming player will surely help the visitors take back control of midfield.
Choupo-Moting is replaced by Gueye in PSG's final change, meaning a slight tweak in formation.
Minute
Description
74'
PSG have been pretty poor over the last 10 minutes - Tuchel will be furious if the lower-league opposition force their way back into the game. Had Jarju taken his big chance a little earlier it would have been game on at the Stade du Hameau.
73'
Dagba is unable to shake off that injury he picked up a few minutes ago and is replaced by Bakker.
72'
P. Maisonneuve enters the game and replaces M. Name.
M. Bakker enters the game and replaces C. Dagba.
Tuchel is about to make his first change of the match following that injury sustained by Dagba.
69'
Mbappe, Verratti and Gueye have been sent to warm up by Tuchel. How likely are we to see any of that trio before full-time? Dagba appears to have badly hurt himself when sliding in to win the ball.
Name is off and Bertrand on in the third and final Pau change.
65'
Another long pass from Pau this time runs all the way through to Rico. Choupo-Moting tries to cut inside but is taken out, winning his side a free-kick in the process.
63'
A pass from deep looks promising but Kehrer calmly heads it back to Rico. Pau have definitely started to take more risks since Sarabia put PSG two goals in front.
61'
Pau have made two of their changes and have asked a few more questions of their opponents. Sarabia brilliantly controls the ball and attempts to play it through the hosts' defence, but there is not enough pace on the pass.
59'
Without really having to get out of second gear, PSG are cruising towards the quarter-finals. Pau spring a rare counter but Kouassi uses his long legs to win back the ball.
57'
WIDE! Paredes watches the ball drop out of the sky ready to volley, but Kurzawa gets there before him and scuffs his effort well wide. PSG will fancy their chances of scoring another couple of goals before full-time.
56'
L. Bury enters the game and replaces S. Sadzoute.
C. Sabaly enters the game and replaces I. Ba.
Sadzoute comes on for Maisonneuve as Pau make a double change.
Ba is replaced by Sabaly in the second of Pau's changes.
54'
GOOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!!! PAU 0-2 PSG!!! SARABIA DOUBLES THE VISITORS' LEAD!! Icardi is played in behind down by Paredes the right and plays the ball across goal. Choupo-Moting misses it but Sarabia, who has not been afraid to pop up in advanced positions, is in the right place to finish off the attack and surely kill off the tie.
53'
Pablo Sarabia has scored a goal for PSG!
52'
This is pretty much as good as things have got for Pau. Bayard decides against charging through the middle and instead drifts to the right. Once there he fires a cross into the front post and Rico has to be alert to gather with both hands.
51'
R. Bayard gets yellow.
Bayard is cautioned for mistiming his tackle.
50'
Paredes is essentially PSG's deepest players are he drops back to collect possession and dictate play. Much like the first half, though, each attack is coming to an end before a shot of any sort can arrive.
48'
The visitors have a little more urgency to their play in the opening stages of the second half. They work the ball from the left to right in the space of a few passes, but Dagba's cross is dealt with.
46'
RESTART! PSG, boasting a one-goal lead from a pretty one-sided first half, get us back up and running at the Stade du Hameau.
45'
HALF-TIME: PAU 0-1 PSG
44'
Pau boss Bruno Irles will be pleased enough if his side can hold on for the remaining few minutes of the half. PSG are god value for their 1-0 lead, but they could do with another to make things more comfortable.
42'
L. Paredes gets yellow.
Paredes slides in for the ball but fails to get any of it, instead catching Pau midfielder Name to earn the first booking of the match.
41'
Kurzawa is having a good half. He powers down the flank and the return pass is played into his path, but he cannot hold off his marker and the attack fizzles out.
40'
PSG have had five attempts in the first half, compared to one for their third-tier opponents. Paredes is caught a little late by Gueye and is left in some pain. He soon gets to his feet and shakes hands with the Pau attacker.
38'
PSG turn over possession just inside the opposition half. Sarabia leads the charge put his attempted reverse throughball trickles through for Guendouz to gather. Pau are struggling to get the ball out of their own half.
34'
Dagba dribbles the ball past his opponent and picks out Sarabia, who is unable to either get a shot on goal or return the pass. That was a good opportunity for PSG.
32'
Pau are having to dig in now to keep the scoreline at 1-0. As long as it remains that way, they still have a chance of pulling off a huge upset. Tuchel will therefore want a second goal before half-time.
30'
GOOD DEFENDING! Draxler slips the ball through for Icardi, but the on-loan striker is unable to bring it properly under control and Zahary makes a vital sliding tackle.
28'
PSG are looking a lot more comfortable now thanks to that strike from Paredes, which was his first of the season. Choupo-Moting and Draxler link up but the latter's cutback into the centre is well defended.
26'
Paredes started that attack by playing the ball out to the left and then rounded it off when the cross from Kurzawa arrived. Credit to Icardi, too, for having the presence of mind to chest it into the path of his team-mate.
25'
L. Paredes has scored a goal for PSG!
GOOOOOAAAAALLLL!!!!! PAU 0-1 PSG!!! PAREDES FIRES THE VISITORS AHEAD!! PSG make the breakthrough with a well-worked goal. Icardi chests a left-sided cross into the path of Paredes, who sets himself and then fires past Guendouz.
24'
Much more of this and Tuchel may well be tempted to turn to Mbappe! PSG are seeing plenty of the ball but chances - and indeed shots - are proving hard to come by. The visitors probe down the left, the right and through the middle but there is no way through.
21'
SAVE! Gueye carries the ball into the box from the right and attempts to fire home from the angle, but Rico gathers with both hands at his near post. Pau are looking more likely to score than PSG when they break forward.
19'
Jarju is proving to be a good out-ball for the home team. He manages to bring this latest pass down the line under control and hold it up. Pau win a free-kick at the end of the attack, but the cross is poor and PSG can regroup.
17'
Kurzawa is off target when picked out inside the area. Up the other end, Jarju chases down a long pass but the bounce goes against him and PSG's centre-backs clean up.
15'
So far so good from Pau's perspective. Paredes is being allowed to control the flow of the game and Sarabia is occasionally getting in down the left, but PSG have yet to have a shot of any note.
13'
Paredes is picking up the ball in pockets of space but Pau are forming a compact shape outside the box. Patience is proving to be the key for PSG as they string together passes galore without really getting anywhere.
11'
The visitors have had to deal with a fair few aerial balls into the box early on. Ligue 1 champions PSG have yet to create anything of note, but Tuchel will not be too concerned just yet.
9'
Jarju initially does well to burst away from Herrera down the left, but he tries to buy his side a penalty when throwing himself to the ground in the box. The referee rightly waves away the weak appeals.
5'
Pau win a free-kick wide on the left and it is delivered into the penalty box. The delivery is flat and PSG easily deal with the danger. Still, that will give the hosts some confidence.
3'
Sarabia's cross towards the front post is cut out. It comes as little surprise to see PSG dominate possession in the opening stages of this last-16 tie.
1'
KICK-OFF! PSG may have made mass changes to their starting line-up, but this is still a pretty strong side on paper - certainly strong enough to get the job done today. It is Pau who get us under way.
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the Coupe de France last-16 tie between Pau and Paris Saint-Germain at the Stade du Hameau.
The reigning French champions won this competition four years running prior to a shock penalty shoot-out loss to Rennes in last season's final. They remain on course for a domestic and European quadruple this time around and boss Thomas Tuchel has the strength in depth to take this match seriously.
PSG thrashed Linas-Montlhery 6-0 and battled to a 1-0 win at Lorient - Pablo Sarabia scoring a late goal in that one - to make it to this stage. Third-tier side Pau pulled off an upset by knocking out Ligue 1 club Bordeaux in the last round, meanwhile, and are now aiming to get one over on the record 12-time winners.
PSG XI (4-4-2): Sergio Rico; Colin Dagba, Thilo Kehrer, Tanguy Kouassi, Layvin Kurzawa; Pablo Sarabia, Leandro Paredes (c), Ander Herrera, Julian Draxler; Mauro Icardi, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.
Subs: Marcin Bulka, Presnel Kimpembe, Mitchel Bakker, Marco Verratti, Idrissa Gueye, Angel Di Maria, Kylian Mbappe.
Subs: Benjamin Bertrand, Louis Bury, Quentin Daubin, Paul Maisonneuve, Abdourahmane Ndiaye, Cheikh Tidiane Sabaly.
The teams are coming out onto the pitch at the Stade du Hameau, with kick-off just moments away.
Tuchel will know that, as things stand, this tie is far from over. Pau had one or two promising moments in the first half and will surely offer more of an attacking threat in the second half, knowing there is nothing to lose. The likes of Verratti, Di Maria and Mbappe are all on the bench for PSG today.
That's all for today's live coverage. Thanks for joining!
On course for a sixth successive final appearance, PSG will now turn focus back to their Ligue 1 commitments and a home match with Montpellier on Saturday. As for Pau, they face Beziers on their return to league action three days from now.
