Paderborn have not been able to rally a third time. Bayern are keeping the ball with ease in stoppage time. They should see out a hard-fought victory.
90' +1
There will be three minutes of added time. But it is Bayern, not Paderborn, chasing the game's sixth goal.
88'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by S. Gnabry.
GOAL!! LEWANDOWSKI AGAIN! Is that the winner?! Paderborn are opened up, and there are Bayern players queueing up in the middle to meet a left-wing cross. Lewandowski sidefoots into a gaping goal. It's 3-2 Bayern. Surely there is no way back for the Bundesliga's basement side now.
Gnabry has two assists to go with his opening goal. Davies slipped in the winger, who delivered with real quality.
87'
J. Zirkzee enters the game and replaces C. Tolisso.
SUB: A last roll of the dice from Bayern. Teenager Zirkzee is on.
86'
Michel looks to be in on goal again but does not have the legs to get away from a defender, seeing his shot blocked. And then the offside flag goes up anyway.
85'
Kimmich delivers a decent ball from the free-kick after Antwi-Adjej's foul, but Paderborn defenders dive in to block close-range efforts. The visitors cannot make the most of the subsequent opportunity to counter, though.
84'
C. Antwi-Adjei gets yellow.
YELLOW: Antwi-Adjej brings down Coman on the Bayern right and gets a booking.
83'
Paderborn are working so hard but there are just a few signs they are tiring in the closing stages. Their latest foray sees Jastrzembski cheaply give up possession, and the visitors are giving away careless fouls, too.
81'
S. Friðjónsson enters the game and replaces D. Srbeny.
SUB: Srbeny took his first-half goal superbly but has been fairly quiet since the break. He goes off for Fridjonsson.
Minute
Description
80'
Audacious! Lewandowski has the ball on the right corner of the area, surrounded by Paderborn defenders, and goes for an outrageous chip. The ball just drifts over the crossbar.
79'
Tolisso has been one of Bayern's better performers and almost creates a goal from nothing! His initial volley from a corner is well blocked, but the midfielder juggles the ball to keep Bayern on the front foot, allowing Coman to get in on the right. A low cross is held by Zingerle.
77'
This has been a great game in the second half, with Paderborn really going for it despite having a point to protect. They are pushing again at 2-2.
75'
S. Michel has scored a goal for Paderborn!
GOAL!! UNBELIEVABLE! 2-2! Michel makes amends! Bayern are farcically caught out on the counter despite leading! Jastrzembski dashes down the left and hammers in a powerful shot that Neuer can only parry. Michel cannot miss this time, tapping into an open goal. Paderborn are 15 minutes away from a huge draw.
73'
Strohdiek does well to clear under pressure from Lewandowski inside the area. Bayern get a corner but it comes to nothing.
72'
Good work from Zingerle... just. In a similar move to Neuer for the Paderborn goal, the keeper darts from his line to meet Coman. He gets the tackle right 30 yards from goal, though, and cleans up. Risky but effective.
70'
R. Lewandowski has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by S. Gnabry.
GOAL!! LEWANDOWSKI! He does not miss those! 2-1 Bayern! The hosts press Bayern and win the ball back on the left. Gnabry cuts the ball back for Lewandowski to fire in from 10 yards. Simple stuff.
It is sloppy from Paderborn but great work from Gnabry. He outruns his man and puts it on a plate for Lewandowski.
69'
A long way over. Davies tries his luck from 25 yards and blasts off target.
68'
Paderborn need points just as much as Bayern do, and they are throwing men forward when the opportunity presents itself. The strugglers might well see the chance to claim a famous victory here, but they cannot afford to throw away a hard-fought draw.
65'
It is a back four for Bayern now, with Kimmich at right-back. Coman is ahead of him on the right flank, with Gnabry on the left. An early Coman cross is easily gathered.
63'
T. Müller enters the game and replaces Philippe Coutinho.
K. Coman enters the game and replaces Odriozola.
SUB: It's a double-change for Bayern. Coutinho has flattered to deceive and makes way for Muller.
SUB: Bayern play Chelsea on Tuesday and surely would rather not have used their senior stars on the bench, but Coman is on for Odriozola, who has been busy on his debut without really having the quality to hurt Paderborn.
61'
S. Michel gets yellow.
YELLOW: Michel was frustrated a few minutes ago when he did not get a foul running up against Alaba, and now he's booked for kicking the ball away.
60'
It is all a little frantic at the back for Paderborn. A neat Coutinho pass in behind finds Gnabry, who draws Zingerle from his line but then has his back to goal and can only cross towards the centre. Lewandowski and Odriozola each fail to connect, although a defender misses his kick before belatedly clearing.
58'
Bayern are throwing men forward and really remain open to the counter-attack going back the other way. Surely Paderborn will not get another gift as they did for the leveller, though.
54'
L. Hernández gets yellow.
ANOTHER SAVE! Remarkable! From the corner after Zingerle's previous save, Lewandowski again works the goalkeeper. Zingerle cannot hold on but reacts to kick the ball clear from the goal line. Some Bayern pressure at last.
YELLOW: The first Bayern man into the book is Hernandez, who shoves Proger off the ball and pays the price with a card.
53'
S. Michel enters the game and replaces S. Mamba.
SUB: Paderborn are belatedly able to bring Michel on for Mamba, their second enforced change.
51'
Paderborn have spent chunks of this game playing with 10 men due to fitness issues. Bayern cannot capitalise this time, as Tolisso miscontrols a flick from Lewandowski in the area.
48'
Bayern have struggled for rhythm today and it's another low-key start to a half. Frustration is building already among the home supporters.
46'
KICK-OFF: Bayern get the second half up and running!
45' +3
HALF-TIME: Bayern Munich 1-1 Paderborn
45' +1
CROSSBAR! Almost a Paderborn own goal! Odriozola drills a cross from right to left, and Tolisso controls well and cuts the ball back. Strohdiek cannot get out of the way and inadvertently prods goalwards, the ball looping up and against the crossbar and behind. Paderborn survive.
45'
There are a minimum of two minutes' stoppage time as Bayern chase a second to restore their lead.
44'
D. Srbeny has scored a goal for Paderborn! Assist by C. Strohdiek.
GOAL!! INCREDIBLE! It's 1-1! This is awful from Bayern! Srbeny runs alone in pursuit of a ball in behind and beats Neuer to the ball on the right wing. It is a really dreadful attempt at a tackle from Neuer, allowing Srbeny to cut inside and run at goal. The recovering Bayern defenders dive in front of the ball, but the Paderborn man cuts onto his left and drills into the net.
The assist goes to Strohdiek, but the captain merely sent a hopeful ball into the channel. While Paderborn need to get in behind Bayern more often, this goal owes everything to Srbeny.
40'
Again it's Lewandowski! This time he bullies his marker out of the way as Tolisso crosses, but the striker cannot make contact with his head.
39'
Almost an opportunity for Lewandowski! He has taken up dangerous positions even if the finish has not quite been there. The Poland international throws himself at Gnabry's teasing cross but can only make minor contact, failing to direct the ball towards the target. It is a tough opening.
38'
Davies, Lewandowski and Coutinho link up on the left, but the latter opts against crossing. He prods the ball back to Gnabry, who darts forward and wins a corner. The set-piece is knocked clear by Zingerle, though.
36'
Bayern send in a corner from the right, prompting a scramble in the centre. Paderborn finally clear, and Strohdiek goes down, although the captain seemed to take an arm in the face from his own team-mate. Strohdiek is able to continue.
35'
Paderborn are furious as Vasiliadis goes down in a challenge with Hernandez on the right. The visiting player falls off the pitch and there's no foul, meaning Bayern can play on and win a corner.
34'
K. Gjasula gets yellow.
YELLOW: Gjasula cannot believe it. He snaps into a challenge on Coutinho and actually gets to the ball before the Bayern man, but his trailing leg wipes the Brazilian. It's a foul and a booking.
33'
Coutinho has been a little careless in possession. He attempts to link up with Davies on the left and twice mistimes the pass, before underhitting a pair of switches out towards Odriozola on the right.
31'
Proger drills in a cross from the right, and Odriozola, unaware of what's behind him, is forced to head the ball out for a corner. The set-piece is expertly punched clear by Neuer, though.
29'
D. Jastrzembski enters the game and replaces G. Holtmann.
SUB: Holtmann makes way when the ball goes out of play, with Jastrzembski coming on.
Paderborn have not made the most of Mamba's pace in behind since a couple of early forays. A ball in behind brings Neuer from his line again.
25'
S. Gnabry has scored a goal for Bayern Munich! Assist by C. Tolisso.
GOAL!! Clinical from Gnabry! 1-0 Bayern! The winger does really well to keep control of the ball in the area, surrounded by Paderborn defenders, and dires into the bottom-right corner.
It is Tolisso who prods the ball into Gnabry's feet, Paderborn twice having failed to clear when Lewandowski cut in from the left flank.
22'
Bayern's play is all coming down the right at present, with Davies rather underused, and Odriozola picks out Coutinho with a deep centre. The midfielder controls on his chest on the left-hand side of the area but loses his footing and the ball runs behind.
21'
Holtmann has been busy up against Odriozola and Gnabry on that flank, but he does well this time, stepping in front of the winger when Lewandowski teases a pass through on goal. That allows Zingerle to claim the ball.
19'
Important defensive contribution from Davies. Paderborn work the ball really nicely down the left, but Vasiliadis' low cross is tame. The poor delivery still deceives Hernandez, though, and Davies has to step in ahead of Mamba in the area.
10'
Odriozola is involved in everything right now. He races down the right and goes down rather theatrically in the area under pressure from a Paderborn defender. There are half-hearted appeals from the home supporters but no foul is given.
9'
Momentary concern for Bayern. They do not need any more selection problems in defence, and Odriozola goes down under a challenge from Srbeny. The defender lifts himself, though.
6'
Balls in behind this makeshift Bayern back line are causing a few issues! Srbeny hares after the latest pass and he is onside, but Neuer just gets their first, sweeping up, and smashes clear.
5'
Gnabry executes a lovely turn on the right wing but cannot find a man in the centre. Bayern have created very, very little so far, out of keeping with their trend of fast starts.
2'
It looks like Bayern are actually lining up in a back three, with Kimmich filling in as a right-sided centre-back alongside Alaba and Hernandez.

KICK-OFF: The visitors get us under way!
Hello and welcome to our live text commentary for Bayern Munich against Paderborn!
It's top versus bottom in the Bundesliga, with Bayern able to build a four-point lead at the summit - temporarily at least - with victory here. Title rivals RB Leipzig, Borussia Dortmund and Borussia Monchengladbach are not in action until Saturday.
Paderborn are just a point shy of the relegation play-offs but six behind 15th-placed Mainz. They face a huge fight to stay up.
Subs: Sven Ulreich, Mickael Cuisance, Jann-Fiete Arp, Leon Dajaku, Thomas Muller, Kingsley Coman, Lars Lukas Mai, Oliver Batista-Meier, Joshua Zirkzee.
Bayern Munich (4-2-3-1): Manuel Neuer; Alvaro Odriozola, David Alaba, Lucas Hernandez, Alphonso Davies; Joshua Kimmich, Thiago Alcantara; Serge Gnabry, Corentin Tolisso, Philippe Coutinho; Robert Lewandowski.
Let's get the team news from Bavaria...
Subs: Jannik Huth, Uwe Hunemeier, Samuel Kari Fridjonsson, Marlon Ritter, Sven Michel, Rifet Kapic, Mohamed Drager, Ben Zolinski, Dennis Jastrzembski.
Paderborn (4-4-2): Leopold Zingerle; Laurent Jans, Christian Strohdiek, Sebastian Schonlau, Gerrit Holtmann; Kai Proger, Klaus Gjasula, Sebastian Vailiadis, Christopher Antwi-Adjei; Streli Mamba, Dennis Srbeny.
Bayern are whistled off at the break, having thrown away their lead. It has been a tight contest, although Bayern have had all of the ball and just about deserved their opener through Gnabry. However, the hosts look shaky at the back, missing a number of regulars, and Neuer's dismal error allowed Srbeny to equalise.
The Bundesliga leaders should really win this game quite comfortably, but the Allianz Arena might well get a little nervy if Bayern do not score early in the second half.
Bayern can now look forward to facing Chelsea in the Champions League knowing they will be top of the Bundesliga this week. Hansi Flick might have hoped for a more comfortable outing before that European task, though.
That's all from this one after a narrow Bayern win. Thanks for joining us and, until next time, goodbye!
