Germany have made four changes from their draw against Chile. Antonio Rudiger, Marvin Plattenhardt, Kerem Demirbay and Timo Werner come into the side, with the latter replacing Lars Stindl leading the line for Low's men.
Cameroon have made just one change to their side that drew against Australia. Arnaud Djoum drops out of the side to the bench, with Georges Mandcheck replacing him in the line-up this afternoon.
The Indomitable Lions know that only a victory will guide them into the next stage of the competition and even then goal difference could prevent them from progressing. They were beaten 2-0 by Chile in their opener before drawing 1-1 with Australia earlier this week. Hugo Broos' men need a fine display this afternoon to topple the world champions.
