Gubbing

A slang term commonly used in the UK gambling industry, gubbing means a bookmaker has heavily restricted you, as they believe you are betting unfairly or suspiciously.

If you cannot log in at all (suspended or blocked account)

If you enter your login information and find your account suspended or blocked, it’s not yet the end of the line. There’s still hope of saving your betting profile.

How long does it take to get resolved?

That’s an interesting and important question, but there’s no definite answer to how long it takes for an issue to be resolved at Midnite.

Here are some timeframes I’ve found to be accurate.

• A document or KYC check can take just a few hours to process.
• Verifying your source of funds can take a little longer due to the checks involved.
• Trading or commercial decisions can’t be changed or can run on for weeks.

Can I withdraw my money?

Let’s use an example of a winning bettor.

So, you’ve studied the stats, picked a player to score first, and landed a handy profit. Now you want to get your hands on the cash by transferring it from your betting account to your bank account. An easy job, but not always.

You log in, but see that your betting profile has been suspended. How do you fix this as quickly as possible? Let me explain.

When your account is frozen, so too is your balance. You must complete the verification and Know Your Customer checks.
