The ball goes out of play and Lichtsteiner now gets his goodbye from the Juventus fans, though he won't be replaced for the final few minutes as his side are out of substitutes.
90' +1
THREE minutes added on!
89'
Just a few minutes of normal time remaining before Juventus get their hands on the Scudetto once again. Seven in a row is a rather incredible achievement.
87'
Juventus keeping pressure upon the Verona defence but a third goal continues to escape their grasp. Higuain is the latest to try to smash home but his effort flies past the wrong side of the post.
85'
Penalty saved by Nícolas!
It's given to Lichsteiner, on his 300th Serie A appearance and likely last game for Juventus, but he can't beat Nicolas - who dives to his left and prevents a rare goal for the full-back.
Lichtsteiner isn't a regular penalty taker for Juventus and his effort suggests why that's the case. It was a very tame attempt and one that Nicolas found all too easy.
84'
PENALTY! An incredibly harsh decision against Verona, who concede a penalty for handball.
83'
I don't think any of the fans are focused on the action on the field now, as all the attention is on Buffon's lap of honour. I don't know how many scarves one man needs but if the Italy legend is short of ideas after leaving Turin he could open up his own stall outside the stadium at this rate.
81'
B. Petković enters the game and replaces Ryder Matos.
Final change for Verona, who bring on Petkovic in place of Matos.
79'
SAVE! Marchisio lets fly from distance, forcing Nicolas to get down low with a good save to keep the hosts at bay.
78'
Buffon is doing the rounds in the stadium, signing autographs and saying goodbye to the fans, as this end of season clash edges closer to it's conclusion.

A. Cerci has scored a goal for Verona! Assist by Rômulo.
Superb play from the Verona captain, who put the ball on the plate for his team-mate.
GOAL! No record-breaking clean sheet for Juventus! Romulo plays an inviting low cross into the six-yard box, where Cerci tucks home easily.
74'
First we've seen from substitute goalkeeper Pinsoglio, on his Serie A debut, as he clutches onto a cross delivered from the left side.
72'
It will certainly be interesting to see how much this Juventus side changes this summer, regardless of whether Allegri moves on or not, as they could have some big holes to fill. Szczesny looks set to step-up following Buffon's departure but experienced options like Marchisio and Barzagli could also move elsewhere.
70'
Heading into the final twenty minutes but there will be plenty of time added on following Buffon's departure. Juventus have taken their foot off the gas since doubling their advantage, while Verona can't quite break through the hosts' defence.
68'
The match has pretty much been like a testiomonial for Buffon, who's been the centre of attention throughout. That must be difficult for Verona, who are looking to fight their way back into the game.
66'
G. Higuaín enters the game and replaces Douglas Costa.
Third and final change for Juventus, as Douglas Costa makes way for Higuain.
64'
There's also a guard of honour from the Juventus players on the bench and it's clearly very emotional. A very long delay and it's not over, as there will be a presentation to the veteran stopper after the game.
63'
C. Pinsoglio enters the game and replaces G. Buffon.
And there's the moment the fans have been waiting for. Buffon makes way to a standing ovation at the Allianz Stadium but he shares kisses and hugs with his team-mates before his departure. Tears are flowing in the stands as a true Juventus legend waves goodbye.
62'
F. Zuculini enters the game and replaces R. Aarons.
Second change of the game for Verona, who replace Aarons with Zuculini.
59'
Well that could have been awkward. Juventus sloppily give the ball away and Matos surges into the area, where he collides with Buffon and appeals for the free-kick. It would have been harsh but it certainly left fans nervous for a moment.
58'
M. Fossati gets yellow.
Another foul on Dybala and the second booking of the game for Verona, as Fossati has his name taken.
57'
SAVE! This time it's the Argentina World Cup hopeful that tries for goal but his effort is comfortably saved by Nicolas.
56'
Dybala again fouled in a dangerous area, which gives Juventus a chance to extend their lead.
54'
I've said all along that Juventus have recently been lacklustre in the first period before turning on the style after the break and they've proved that again here today. Allegri's team look almost unrecognisable to the team we saw in the first 45 minutes.
52'
M. Pjanić has scored a goal for Juventus!
WHAT A STRIKE! Pjanic steps-up and curls superbly over the wall and into the net, leaving Nicolas flat footed and putted Juventus well on their way to another victory.
51'
M. Fares gets yellow.
First booking of the game is issued to Algeria international Fares, who fouls Dybala from behind and concedes a free-kick in a dangerous position.
49'
D. Rugani has scored a goal for Juventus!
GOAL! Juventus take the lead! Pjanic takes a corner short to Douglas Costa, who surges into the area and drills an attempt towards goal. It's fumbled by Nicolas and Rugani taps home easily.
48'
We've immediately found ourselves back into the tempo we saw in the first half, with Juventus dominating possession, but the attention remains on Buffon. Now at the other end of the stadium, he continues to be cheered by the fans for everything he does.
46'
E. Bearzotti enters the game and replaces A. Caracciolo.
Verona make their first change at the break, bringing on Bearzotti in place of Caracciolo.
45'
KICK-OFF! Back underway at the Allianz Stadium, where there is just 45 minutes remaining of Buffon at Juventus. However, he's expected to be substituted at some point in the second half.
44'
R. Bentancur enters the game and replaces S. Sturaro.
OVER! A golden opportunity for Mandzukic, who received the ball from Dybala and turned inside the box but could only fire an attempt over the crossbar.
I wondered if Sturaro would be looked at during the break but Allegri is taking no chances. Off he comes, with Bentancur introduced as his replacement.
43'
After some brief treatment, Sturaro is back on the field and seems to be ok. We're now just minutes away from the break.
41'
Looks to be a problem here for Sturaro, who tried to bundle home the loose ball after Dybala hit the frame of the goal, so Juventus are down to ten men for the time being.
39'
OFF THE BAR! Excellent work from Dybala, who finds some room before scooping a shot across towards the far post but seeing it bounce back off the woodwork.
35'
Juventus are getting closer to netting the opening goal but Nicolas is proving to be a force to be reckoned with. You have to wonder whether the World Cup is on the mind on some of the players though, as it's clear they're not playing to their full capabilities.
33'
WHAT A SAVE! That wasn't an easy one! Mandzukic volleys an effort towards goal that seems destined to tuck into the top corner but Nicolas tips the attempt over the bar.
32'
SAVE! Douglas Costa surges forward again and forces a save from Nicolas but it's a fairly easy one, as the attempt came from a tight angle.
30'
Still an extremely dull match in Turin and it's clear that there isn't anything but pride to play for today. The game has got a very 'end of season' feel to it.
28'
Strange moment in the game as Dybala takes a kick and is then bundled over but the referee seems to issue a free-kick to Verona.
26'
WIDE! Dybala is starting to get increasingly involved as he drills an effort just wide of the mark, having fired straight at the keeper moments ago.
25'
SAVE! Douglas Costa continues to look like the most dangerous player in the game, as he beats Ferrari and lofts a ball into the middle where Mandzukic heads straight at Nicolas.
22'
It's not just Buffon who could be playing his last match for Juventus today, as there is plenty of speculation regarding the futures of Alex Sandro and manager Allegri.
20'
The home faithful still a good voice but they certainly want a goal to sing about. Juventus have struggled in the first half of their matches in recent weeks and have look considerably better after the break. It seems like we could see the same here today.
18'
That chance hasn't changed the flow of the game though, as Juventus are quickly back in control of proceedings. They're still not turning the screw though.
16'
SAVE! The first real chance of the match falls Verona's way, as Fares dribbled his way through the Juventus defence before curling a shot towards the far post. Buffon is equal to it though and earns plenty of applause from the fans.
14'
Really not much going on here, with Juventus in a party atmosphere and the two sides looking like they're already on their holidays.
12'
The hosts still dominating possession but not really doing too much with it, although Douglas Costa down the left is looking increasingly dangerous.
10'
Juventus have updated their stadium this week with the number of Serie A titles they've won but the Italian FA may argue the number. Officially, it's the 34th league title for the Turin giants but they're still adamant it's 36, refusing to discount the two titles taken off them during the Calciopoli scandal.
8'
Still awaiting the first big chance of the game, with Juventus knocking the ball around with ease but putting Verona under an intense amount of pressure.
4'
Verona showing they're not just here to make up the numbers as the visitors launch a threatening attack, which requires Lichtsteiner to expertly intervene.
2'
Early chance for Juventus as Douglas Costa curls a superb ball into the middle and it's put behind for a corner. Pjanic plays it to the edge of the area, where Dybala fires an effort over the bar.
1'
KICK-OFF! We're underway at the Allianz Stadium and the farewell to Buffon has begun. The hosts get us started in a packed stadium.
Good afternoon and welcome to our LIVE coverage of the Serie A clash between Juventus and Verona, where the hosts will lift the league title once again after sealing their crown against Roma last weekend.
Juventus have overcome a stern challenge from Napoli this season to clinch the Scudetto for the seventh season in a row and will look to end their campaign on a high. It's also an opportunity to say goodbye to Gianluigi Buffon, who confirmed this week he will be leaving the club after 17 years of service.
Verona, meanwhile, have already suffered relegation to Serie B for next season and have a poor record in their travels to face the Old Lady, suffering defeat 23 times in 27 trips to Turin. They've never beaten Juventus on their travels and it would be a shock if they broke that trend today.
Juventus XI: Gianluigi Buffon; Stephan Lichtsteiner, Andrea Barzagli, Daniele Rugani, Alex Sandro; Claudio Marchisio, Miralem Pjanic, Stefano Sturaro; Paulo Dybala, Mario Mandzukic, Douglas Costa.
Verona XI: Nicolas; Romulo, Antonio Caracciolo, Alex Ferrari, Samuel Souprayen; Rolando Aarons, Marco Fossati, Andrea Danzi; Mohamed Fares, Alessio Cerci, Ryder Matos.
Juve subs: Wojciech Szczesny, Kwadwo Asamoah, Carlo Pinsoglio, Juan Cuadrado, Giorgio Chiellini, Mattia De Sciglio, Mehdi Benatia, Blaise Matuidi, Rodrigo Bentancur, Sami Khedira, Gonzalo Higuain, Benedikt Howedes.
Verona subs: Ferdinando Coppola, Gian Filippo Felicioli, Franco Zuculini, Bruno Petkovic, Marco Silvestri, Daniele Verde, Enrico Bearzotti.
Massimiliano Allegri makes five changes to the side that sealed the title with a goalless draw against Roma last week, bringing in Buffon, Lichtsteiner, Sturaro, Marchisio and Douglas Costa. Szczesny, De Sciglio, Matuidi and Higuain drop to the bench as a result, while Federico Bernardeschi does not make the squad.
Verona make three changes to the side that lost 1-0 to Udinese last weekend, with Aarons, Danzi and Matos all coming in. Zuculini drops to the bench, while Jagos Vukovic and Lee Seung-woo are not in the squad.
It's not been a vintage performance from the Serie A champions, who have struggled to get going. That's been a trend for Allegri's side in recent weeks but they usually come into the second period looking deadly and revitalised, so Verona still have plenty of work to do.
HALF-TIME! Not too much happening at the Allianz Stadium and it's goalless after the first period. Juventus have come closest, with Mandzukic forcing a good save from Nicolas and Dybala looping an effort against the frame of the goal.
Verona haven't been put under too much pressure in the game but they have had moments where they've needed to be alert. Nicolas is having a fine game between the sticks and the visitors have had a few openings on the break, although Buffon is yet to be properly tested.
FULL-TIME! That's it! The curtain draws on another successful season for Juventus, who will now get their hands on the Serie A title for the seventh campaign in a row. Daniele Rugani and Miralem Pjanic were the scorers today, with Alessio Cerci netting for Verona, but the game has been all about Gianluigi Buffon.
Buffon has been doing a lap of honour since being taken off to a standing ovation shortly after the hour mark and it's strange to see how the weather in the game has changed. It was glorious sunshine at kick-off but switched to rain on pretty much the same moment Buffon was substituted.
Verona did well today but they're set for a spell in the second-tier after suffering relegation. It was a decent enough performance today but Juventus' class showed in the end.
